Topics
The course covers current topics in the area of communication in networks
and parallel systems. This includes the presentation and analysis of
switching and path selection strategies, sorting networks, simulations
between networks, PRAM simulations, and distributed data management.
Weekly assignments. Some knowledge of probability theory is helpful.
Pre-req: 600.427 or 600.344/444 or permission. [Analysis]
