What is Joshua?

Joshua is an open system, developed to produce high-quality, state-of-the-art results in statistical hierarchical phrase-based machine translation.

Joshua development is centered at the Center for Language and Speech Processing at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
