Submissions

Assignments should be submitted via Gradescope in Canvas:
- Assignments are required to compile in Gradescope autograders. It is your responsibility to make sure your submission compiles on Gradescope. Submissions that does not meet this requirement will receive a 50% deduction on the final result when we regrade manually.
  The Gradescope autograder is nested in Ubuntu. We recommend trying to submit early to see if the compilation passes. If you have questions you can reach out on piazza.
- For each assignment you will need to submit the code, a write-up, and an art contest submission folder if you participate in the art contest. Each assignment will specify it's format. Please check detailed information for each assignment. Please carefully review the submission details for each assignment before submitting.
- Submission to the regular submission should include a write-up named <jhed-id>.pdf (.pdf format is recommended, but you can also use .html or other text formats) describing what was implemented and optionally the images of the results. Included in the write up should be:
  - Name
  - JHED ID
  - Compiler / Environment / Platform used
  - Number of late days used
  - Description of the parts of the assignment that have been fully implemented, partially implemented, or left un-implemented. This can be a single sentence for each functionality. If there are things that you would like to note about your code, please note them here. Optionally you can include your results for each functionality. When the implementation is partially correct/working, this can help you to get partial grades back.
- If you are submitting the art contest, briefly describe what you did in the write-up. The assignments are presented so that implementing the necessary code can be done completely within the *.todo.* files. Please restrict your coding to these sections. For some submissions we only accept *.todo.* files and remember to make sure your submission compiles on Gradescope.
