SUBJECT: projects have the students been given any deadline for choosing projects ? The webpage seems to just say workplan by the end of term . I wonder whether it might be a good idea to give them an interim deadline for agreeing a supervisor / project outline , &NAME otherwise we 'll be inundated in week &NUM ... If there is such a deadline already , maybe &NAME ought to send round a reminder ? the webpage is still saying we 're seeking project proposals , btw , which may also lead them to think there 's no hurry . &NAME
