I am a fourth-year Ph.D. student in Computer Science department at
Johns Hopkins University. I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. @Ryan (Peng) Huang and work with other people in @OrderLab. Our primary research interest focuses on building more robust and reliable systems for emerging platforms including cloud data centers, mobile phones. I obtained my B.S. degree in Computer Science from
Shanghai Jiao Tong University in June 2016.
I am broadly interested in research related to systems. Currently I am focusing on an on-going project to improve
availability of distributed systems by detecting @Gray Failure in cloud services. My past experience is mainly on improving
performance scalability and
reliability of systems during undergraduate study. I have been fortunately advised by the following researchers:
- @Prof. Haibo Chen and @Prof. Rong Chen at @Institute of parallel and distributed systems
- @Zhenyu Guo at
- @Prof. Junfeng Yang at
Columbia Software System Lab
- @Prof. Xiaofeng Gao at
SJTU Advanced Network Lab.
Immense appreciation for their guidance and help.
