Xin Jin, an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science, won best paper award at the 15th annual USENIX on Networked Systems Design and Implementation Symposium. The paper, “NetChain: Scale-FreeSub-RTTCoordination” presents NetChain, a new approach that provides scale-free sub-RTT coordination in datacenters.
