On Wednesday, May 24, 2017, Johns Hopkins University held its annual commencement at the Royal Farms Arena. The Department of Computer Science (CS) at the Whiting School of Engineering, awarded degrees to 65 CS Majors and 24 CS Minors. Thirty-five majors earned departmental honors. There were 47 Master of Science in Engineering degrees conferred and 16 PhD degrees conferred.
This year, CS had 11 BS/MSE Combined Program students graduate with both degrees in 4-years total! This is a rare achievement for the department; congratulations to this cohort of high-achievers.
