Cmp-lg and CoRR (Stuart Shieber)

Unfortunately, I won't be attending ACL-2000.  I am more or less completely out
of the loop on CoRR, the successor to cmp-lg (though I'm on the CoRR board of
advisers).  It doesn't seem like there's any need for a report, however, as the
system seems to be humming along.  

On a related topic though: Ideally, there would be someone within ACL to be a
CoRR evangelist (as I did with cmp-lg when it started) to make sure that people
submit papers, that new people subscribe, that conferences push their authors to
submit, etc.  I'd love for the exec to brainstorm a bit about how that could happen.
