Below is the current head count for the October 4 Exec-Plus dinner.

I expect a minimum of 38 people (33 YES/LIKELY plus 5 of 10 unknowns)

This list does not include the 3 invited speakers (are they invited)?

The list also does not include the workshop chairs who are not 
presenting another report. It has been unclear from past years
whether they are invited or not. But they would be 5 extra if invited.

The list also does not include any accompanying persons (spouses, guests).

Priscilla, Kathy, Wolfgang or Dekai should give the final number estimates
based on both their policy decision regarding attendance and expectations
regarding accompanying persons, but based on the list below I would 
recommend planning for 50 people (which includes the 3 invited speakers 
and 5 workshop chairs and 4 extras).

If space or cost is a problem, then with aggressive limits on attendance
it should be possible to cut this number to 42-43, but I would not recommend
planning for fewer people than this.

The previous email from Judy referred to 60 persons, which would also
be a reasonable number if 10 extra accompanying persons attend.

The final number is really a policy decision.
