Besides academics, I focus myself on some serious and fun projects:
- libpinyin: open-source Unix-based Chinese Pinyin input method.
- listing map extension for WikiTravel: aims to
automatically identify Places of Interest from WikiTravel and export
them into GPS coordinates. Check out OxygenGuide
for poor man's Lonely Planet!
Here are two Question Generation systems I programmed:
- MrsQG: A semantics-based (HPSG, Minimum Recursion Semantics) question generation framework.
- OpenAryhpe:A syntax-based (PTB-style phrase structure) question generation framework.

- Pupsniffer (finished): A Parallel URL Pattern (Pup) Sniffer to build bilingual corpora.

(finished): A toolset (Linux only) to convert the Penn
Discourse TreeBank (PDTB) version 2.0 into XML format .

- Keystroke Counter: provides graphical statistics of your everyday keystrokes and mouse clicks.
