2. Write a program that determines (i) the area, (ii) the Center-Of-Mass, and (iii) the Second-Order-Moments about the Center -Of-Mass, for each connected segmented object. Apply this to the binary image obtained from the thresholding of the image above. Determine for each binary object the eigenvalues and eignevectors for the Second-Order-Moment matrix and determine how many “classes” of objects there are in this image.
