Visa Requests

For traveling to the United States to attend SPAA 2007, please allow extra time for travel planning. Attendees visiting the U.S. should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance. Visa information can be obtained from the sites http://www.unitedstatesvisas.gov/ and http://travel.state.gov/. Both sites have links to web-sites for U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. The embassy and consulate web-sites have very helpful information about procedures, time-lines, communities served, required documentation, and fees. If you need a visa to attend SPAA, please send your request for a letter in support of a visa application to Ashley Cozzi (acozzi@acm.org) at ACM headquarters, and include your name, mailing address, and fax number. Indicate that you plan to attend SPAA (authors of papers and brief announcements should also include the title).
