Each generates 1 point of Essence a day, to a maximum of 100 stored points. This can be removed from the Word but not put back. You have 80.

30 Word-Forces can be spent to create a Word-relevant Attunement. (90 Word-Essence to bestow it.)
3 Word-Forces can be converted to a single Force, given to anybody.
1 Word-Force can be converted to a single Force when creating a new Servitor of 9 Forces or less.
1 Word-Force can be spent to create an additional manifestation for a day.

100 Word-Essence can be spent to create a new Word-Force.
80 Word-Essence can be spent to imitate another resonance. Resonance remains until used successfully.
60 Word-Essence can be spent to mimic the effects of the Song-teaching Attunement for one set of lessons.
50 Word-Essence can be spent to mimic the effects of any appropriate Attunement for a day.
40 Word-Essence can be spent for a 1-month attunement to places where Bravado is strong or endangered.
30 Word-Essence can be spent to create an additional manifestation for an hour.
20 Word-Essence can be spent to give the Bravado Rite to someone else.
10 Word-Essence can be spent to empower an object or person with the "spirit" of the Word.

Some limiting factor or other kicks in when Word-Forces get above a certain amount - possibly only a Superior can have more than 100 Word Forces.
