For now, the Real-time Regularized Ultrasound Elastography code can be downloaded from here. The zip file contains the compiled MEX functions, Matlab files and sample ultrasound RF data. The zip file also contains a readMe.txt file that explains how the code should be run. The mex functions are compiled for the following platforms:
PC, Matlab 7.0, 32 bit
PC, Matlab 7.5, 32 bit
PC, Matlab 7.4, 64 bit
Mac OS X, Matlab 7.4, 32 bit
Linux, Matlab 7.8, 64 bit
The code runs for more recent versions of Matlab in PC, Mac OS X and Linux platforms also. Please let me know if you have problems running it.
The algorithm is based on the following two papers. If you use the code or the RF data (which contains data from some patient trials of liver ablation), please cite these papers.
