Codes: My real-time ultrasound elasticity imaging (elastography) code can be downloaded from here. The algorithm is based on publications J3 and J4 (below) and has been rigorously tested in variety of simulation and experimental data, as well as in several patient trials. The download package also includes ultrasound RF (Radio-Frequency) data of a phantom and of patient trials.
