Assistant Research Professor,
The Department of Computer Science,
NSF Engineering Research Center for
Computer Integrated Surgery Systems and Technology.

I have only recently joined the department. My research interests are in medical robotics and vision.

Before rejoining Hopkins I worked at Intuitive Surgical Inc. on  research and development of next generation systems and methods, in particular for teaching robotic surgery with the daVinci Surgical System.
