He is just two min in room then runs of f in a rush.he got to big I heard of infections I'm worried. Bec my stitches look hprrible, when I asked him if infected he dint listen .the following week boom infection I was right.he needs to learn to take time with patients and listen.go to another surgeon Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	4	3	4	5
4	1	I consulted with a few doctors before choosing Dr Chang. I am delighted with my decision! He was very knowledgable & professional. I loved that he didn't talk down to me like many other doctors. He made sure I had his cell number 'just in case'. I never had a long office wait and the staff was always friendly. I am so excited with my tummy tuck that I tell (and show) everyone. I love the new me! Thank you Dr. Chang! 4/21/11	5	5	5
4	1	Dr.Chang and his staff were wonderful. They made the whole experience of cosmetic surgery easy. They were very knowledgable, and made me feel very comfortable. I'm very happy with my results! 5	5	5	5
4	1	My experience with Dr Chang was amazing he is a GREAT doctor!.His surgical knowledge and skills are beyond any other plastic surgeon I had a consultation with.He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.Coming from N.Y it was a concern of his that he give me his personal cell an email.Dr Chang give me the results I wanted and more he is a very gifted and skilled surgeon.I look amazing, that at times I take a double take in the mirror and thank him some more. His office staff are all great they know there jobs and treat you with the care and professionalism you expect to receive. The wait time is not bad at all (10-15 mins)to have a consultation or post op visit is well worth it.I never regret being Dr Chang patient!, I plan on getting some more work done after my Tummy Tuck heals. I recommend him and his staff to every one he is a great Doctor!!. M.R 5	5	5	5
4	1	My experience with Dr. Chang and his entire team has been nothing but positive and encouraging. Dr. Chang explained my surgery to me, what he was envisioning for me and told me how great I would look. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Chang because he took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me the results that I had only dreamed about. Choosing Dr. Chang and his team was the best decision that I’ve ever made in regards to my tummy tuck. 5	4	5	5
4	1	Exemplary care received from Dr. Chang. Diagnosed with malignant melanoma and had 2 surgeries. There have been multiple visits for exam and follow-up and very impressed by the skill and knowledge of Dr. Lawrence Chang. Very patient and very attentive to our needs, treating us with as much time as we needed to ask questions and understand the treatment and post operative plan. Rarely waited 15 mins and his staff is great!!Very helpful and caring--especially navigating the nightmare of the many requests of insurance co and disability provider. Highly recommend!! Insurance:Aetna	5	5	5	5
4	1	I would strongly recommend Dr. Chang for surgery. He took his time to explain exactly what he was going to do, how he would do it and how I would feel post op. I am so pleased with the results. I am three weeks post op today and I can breathe better and I have not had a sinus headache since my surgery. His staff was very helpful and kind. I have now had 5 appointments with his office and they have all been scheduled at different times. I have never waited longer then 15 minutes for my appointment. (This is a big pet peeve of mine, my time is as important as the doctor) Dr. Chang's office keeps the office running in a timely manner. If you need to have any type of reconstructive work this is the doctor to see. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
4	1	I was recommended by two different doctors to go to Dr. Chang for reconstruction after breast cancer. The first time I met him, I was convinced he was the doctor for me. At my first consultation he gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions for him. The day of the surgery he came in and talked to me and reassured me that everything would be okay. I think he did a fanatastic job and I would certainly recommend him to any one. I did have to leave my drain in longer than anticipated but that was because I had gone through intensive radiation. The drain came out today and I am so thankful that he was my doctor!!!! He knows his patients by name even when he sees you out of the office. Loved him! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
4	-1	I was sent to Dr. Chang from an orthopedic surgeon who "fixed" my dislocated & broken ankle. He had problems with the incision healing. Dr. Chang did a flap/graft procedure to close the incision. I was left with one of the ugliest scars on my ankle. Also, the nerves to my toes were damaged. Three years later, I still have no feeling in my toes. I have stubbed them more than once causing bleeding & did not know because I could not feel it! I would not ever recommend Dr. Chang to anyone. Had I a choice & not been sent by the other doc, I would never have gone myself! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	1	1	1

4	0	I went to meet with him today for a consult for beast aug and nose surgery. I to waited a very long time, but I don't mind waiting if he is a good dr. Is he??? And what is up with these infections??? What exactly are they, I haven't heard of any other drs with this prob. 2	1	3	3
4	0	Is he a good doctor? Perhaps. I was disappointed with his office practices. I was taken back to the examination room where I waited for 1.5 hours. He came in and spent, 2 minutes with me. I, too have a antibiotic resistant infection after surgery. What's up with that? Insurance:Medicare 1	2	3
4	1	I saw the Dr. after a severe burn that I incurred and I was in and out of there. I was squeezed in whenever it was best for me. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield 5	5	5
4	0	Bright man, knows his patients well...however many many of his patients have resistant infections in their wounds. I don't think this is really his fault, but it would make me not want to be his patient. Also, many of them come back for repeat surgeries. 1	2	4
4	0	Perhaps this should be directed to an office manager, but I feel the doctor could be part of the problem or at least care enough to know about it and improve the situation. On the initial visit I waited 57 minutes for a three minute consultation. On the day of surgery he was 35 minutes late, came in and called for lunch in my presence before starting the procedure. For the stitch removal I waited 77 minutes for a nurse to take out the stitches and then a two minute consultation. People were sitting on the floor in the waiting room that day. I will be mailing a letter to the office with this information. Could it be that they don't know it's happening? Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield 1	2	4
5	1	Great doctor! And I travel all the way from Maryland to receive care. Insurance:Tricare	5	4	5	5
5	1	I was sent to Dr Clayton in Sept 2006 by my PCP to look at a suspicious mole. He opted to remove it and biopsy it, and turned out to be pre-cancerous. That started a series of surgeries that have occured over the past few years, several moles have been removed, and one was found to be melanoma. Over the course of the last few years, Dr Clayton has been more than a Dr to me. He and his staff have been absolutely excellent with my care, always taking my best interests into consideration with every care decision made. He has an amazing gift of caring for his patients, excellent bedside manners, and has absolutely always taken the time to explain every little thing to me in order to ensure I fully understand what is going on. He even recommended I see someone at Johns Hopkins, which I did, and as good as they are - I choose to stay with Dr Clayton vs going back there. In my opinion, he is taking better care of me than the "specialists" there. Insurance:Aetna	5	5	5	5
5	1	Dr. Clayton has taken apart and rebuilt several members of my family in various surgical situations. Awesome job every time! He's very direct and knowledgeable, with a good sense of humor. He's the man to call when you're in need of a repair! 5	5	5	5
5	1	Dr. Clayton is the best surgeon in Delaware. Very personal and explains everything to you in laymans terms. I highly recommend him to anyone needing surgery. His staff are pleasant and a pleasure to speak to. Alex T. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
5	1	Outstanding doctor in EVERY way. Gets patients in quickly, excellent diagnostician, highly skilled, addresses needs effieciantly, explains in detail, answers all questions w/o rushing, great bedside manner,TRULY cares about his patients. He did 2 surgeries, a femorial hernia, which he DX'd immediately on initial appt, after 2 other doctors told me the pain was in my head. I had surgery promptly, total success. He saw me after a gallbladder attack, scheduled surgery promptly, I recovered quickly w/o very little pain. Earlier this year I sent my married daughter to him when she had a severe gallbladder attack,an emergency, severly infected, ready to burst. The OR staff was astounded w his ability to safely remove it arthoscopically w/o an open incision, less pain, quicker recovery. Just referred my neighbor gallbladder surgery, she called immediately to thank me for the referral. His staff is great, efficienty, friendly, helpful. I'd recommend him to anyone in a heart beat. 7/23/07	5	5	5
6	1	No hotshot showoff here. Just an old school doctor who knows what he's doing and cares about his patients. Waits can be long but he will take his good time when you have a problem causing a wait for others. Give and take. No bum's rush at Dr. Corrin's office; you get his attention for as long as needed. 9	1	I came to Dr. Conway with a suspicious lump in my breast that turned out to be cancer. Needless to say, I was terrified. I found him to be a caring, compassionate physician. He calmed my fears and answered my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Conway to others. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
10	1	Dr. Cahoon took my case without having to pay one cent. I have not been able to get insurance sinct having a major medical event in 2008. That same medical event led to complete decay of 10 teeth, all needing extraction. With a financial situation on the brink of bankruptcy or worse, Dr. Cahoon took my case and has done a wonderful job. He has not asked for any money and told me not to worry about it. Every other dentist and oral surgeon wanted a huge deposit up front and a payment plan set up. Payment plan? I can't work and have been denied disability. The staff in his office did a marvelous job. No difficulties with my IV and they were well beyong courteous. Dr. Cahoon used the xrays from my previous dentist even though they were 2 years old. He has worked out a plan for me to have partial plates since the loss of 10 teeth has left large gaps. Finally, someone cares enough to help me even though I cannot line their pockets with cash or from insurance.Previous reviewer had a bad day! 5	5	5	5
10	-1	My dentist sent me to Dr. Cahoon to have a tooth cut out because it decayed and was fractured & could not be saved. Took my xrays & they wanted to give me a whole mouth of xrays. I said no because I just had a cat scan. He didn't even look in my mouth and said he could give me a root canal and cap. That should have been a red flag. Neither him nor his assistant treated me with respect or tried to make me comfortable. The assistant jabbed me with the IV to put me to sleep and it hurt. The next day I had a one inch red lump on my arm. Went back to doctor and was told "oh, that happens sometime, put warm water packs on it. Alsowas told (and you will not believe this) "Oh, I had to numb your arm before the injection that's why you have this problem" along with the dr. standing there. I went to another doctor a couple days later for another problem and it was verified, she put the needle through the side of the vein. My intelligence was insulted & my personal treatment was horrible. 1	4	1	1
11	1	I really like Dr. Chou! She was smiling and joked during the exam, which is important to me. She discussed everything I wanted and answered all my questions. The exam itself did not take long, which I liked. I would recommend her to anyone. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	4	4	5	5
11	-1	This doctor is not patient friendly..When I was speaking to her about my concerns, she answered me like I was stupid and she made me feel uncomfortable. She also rushed through the examination. She is very rude and arrogant and I will NEVER recommend her to anyone! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	4	1	3

12	-1	Misdiagnoses too quickly, inattentive and uninterested in how patients feel and ignored and diminished their input. Poor bedside manor and pill pusher. Didn't respect patient privacy. Saw him years and years ago, perhaps he's changed since but when I saw him he was terrible. 4	3	1	2

14	-1	Any Chang is one of those doctors who thinks that she would come out a very good doctor if she prescribes medicine. She would never tell you to wait or give a less strong medicine. No sir ! She would give your chuld the strongest medicine possible.. even if it is totally unnecessary. For example, if your child has a rash, she would not say give him benadryl. She would prescribe steroids.. Get a sense of what I am saying ?? Avoid her like plague.. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	3	3	3	1

15	1	Dr. Cooksey is the best OB/GYN in the area! Just wished he was my doctor during my child-bearing years, but I'm glad I moved to Delaware and found him. He did deliver my first grandson for my daughter because I recommended him to her and she just LOVES him. The delivery had some complications, but Dr. Cooksey was able to deliver without a C-section, which we thought was going to be the case. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He gave me two procedures that helped releave me of some female "discomforts" and I am pleased with the results. 15	1	Dr.C was backup physician for Birth Center at birth of my 2nd child. I've since used him for reg OB/GYN care. He recommended an outpatient procedure to relieve some horrific symptoms I was having, explaining ALL alternatives in detail. This man is possibly the ONLY male OB/GYN I would ever feel comfortable with. He is sensitive, thoughtful, perceptive, bright and has a great sense of humor. The man "gets it" and if you're looking for a great practitioner - look no further. 15	1	Dr. Cooksey is very gentle and will explain almost anything to you if you ask. I never felt uncomfortable during the 7 years he was my ob/gyn. 16	-1	I've only seen him twice for sick visits. This is no reflection on the other doctors in the practice, but he does all the talking in a loud voice, won't let you get a word in edgewise, and is in a hurry to leave the exam room. I have a chronic illness that is known to have an impact on gynecological health and it troubled me that he was completely unfamiliar with what the complications could be. Insurance:Medicare	5	5	3	1
16	1 5	4	5	5
17	0	Wait, wait, wait. Then he comes across as a distant, un-caring doc. 'Run as many patients through so the oney comes in' type. If you're late, you're screwed but if he's late, oh well!Think I'll choose someone else. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	3	2	2	3
17	-1	Long wait time. You wait in the big room (waiting room) for about 20 - 30 minutes and then they call your name so you can wait in the small room (exam room) some more (about 5 - 10 minutes). The time he spent with you will be about 5 - 10 minutes. So, the total time you spent for your very short visit is about 40 minutes to an hour. God forbid if you forgot your appointment or you have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your time, they slap a ridiculous $50 on your bill. What about all the time we wait for him? Our time is worthless right? Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	3	1	1	3

19	1	Dr.Tony is an EXCEPTIONAL doctor in his practice and knows how to treat me when in pain. He is genuinely concerned and shows empathy. He is so on with targeting my problem and taking care of it so I am not in pain for a long period of time. I have been going to Dr. Tony Cucuzzella for the last 10 years and there would not be another doctor that I would want to treat me on my back. I would refer him to everyone. He is the BEST! Insurance:Aetna	3	5	5	5
19	1	Dr. Tony was very nice, knowledgeable and seem very caring. I liked his whole staff on my first visit. I had shots done yesterday in the Spine Surgery Unit. They were the nicest people from the start when I first entered the office until I left. Dr. Tony was almost on time. :) Really didn't need to wait ling. He was very gentle, and informative. Almost no pain, I have very little. He let me know each step before he did it and he let me know when he was almost done. I liked that. When I go back for my follow up exam I will probably schedule the other side of my neck. Thanks Dr. Tony and staff for such good treatment and your caring during the procedures. Mary 5	5	5	5

19	1	I have been seeing him off and on since i got hurt in 2002. He has done procedures on me and has taken the time to explain everything. He also called afterwards to see how i was. Also left a movie he was at with his family to take a call from me because i was having a problem . I think he and his father are both excellent doctors and would recommend them to anyone. I am going back to see him this month as a matter of fact Insurance:Workers Comp	5	5	5	5
19	1	I've been seeing Dr. Tony since May 09. I can not say that I am happy with the results so far, but he did explain that these things take time to heal. However, I am not happy that he doesn't take the time to explain more, and in my case do more to tell me what's wrong with neck. I feel as if he could be taking a more aggresive approach and he is choosing not too. He is very knowledgable but has a very dry personallity. It's like he has a certain proticol he sticks too, and thats it. Also, his office staff is terrible. I am charged for every piece of paperwork they need to fill out for my insurance company. They are very slow to fill it out, and even slower to keep in touch with the insurance companys. Insurance:Aetna	2	3	4	5

26	1	Personable. Took a good deal of time to address my concerns. Thorough in evaluating problems and tries to find answers even when they are not easy to find. Office is extremely nice as well. Would recommend to others. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
26	1	Dr Campo has always provided me with the best of care. His ability to comprehend what it is I am trying to communicate is outstanding. He listens carefully and maintains eye contact the entire time. He send prescriptions electronically to my pharmacy. His office staff is engaging and friendly. Have not once been made to feel I was a bother. Comfortable setting. I have witnessed patients ahead of me, having conversation with the staff and still talking when I was checking out. Waiting room is so comfortable , I could sleep there. Deanna always is so friendly and warm when I arrive. Copays collect at the END of the visit. Tina is new, but is as pleasant as the rest of the staff. Dr Campo has obviously hand selected his staff who share his vision and ability to communicate with his patients. I love this office and know no matter what, they are there for me, as they always have been. Insurance:Coventry	5	5	5	5
26	0	Dr. Campo is well spoken but I got the feeling that he didn't listen to what I had to say. Been a patient for several years but I'm switching Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	3	4	2	3

26	1	Dr. Campo breaks the mold from that horrendous Total Care Physicians Office. He had the courage to leave and start his own practice. I admire that and his skills at helping people. Him and his wife run a terrific practice. 5	5	5	5
26	1	Dr Campo's awesome! Every time I see him he is very thorough. He goes above and beyond to make sure there are no stones unturned when it comes to your health. He's so attentive to his patients needs that he actually came in on his day off and opened his office just to see my daughter. We took her to an urgent care facility but felt our concerns weren't addressed. We called his answering service and left a message in reference to her symptoms and our experience at the urgent care facility. when he called back he asked how soon we could make into his office. I was thinking he meant on his next available open day. To my surprise he asked if he would go open the office building could we be there within the next 15min. I was so happy because she looked awful and felt her symptoms getting worse. He said I'll prop the outside door open when I get there. Just bring her upstairs to my office and come on in. Dr Campo set aside his private time with his family on his day off to ease our minds. Insurance:Aetna	5	5	5	5
26	1	Dr. Campo was our family doctor at his previous practice. He has since opened his own practice in Middletown, DE. It is a long drive for us, but we value his service so much that we still go to Dr. Campo for our medical needs. We feel that he is the best and have highly recommended his practice to others. 5	5	5	5

26	1	This guy really gets it. He left his last practice because he thought patients should be treated better. He has surrounded himself with a staff that seems to get it too. I am thrilled to be back with him. The other doc I was with during his absence was goos, but once I found out he was back, I went back. I do not mind travelng the extra distance. He is well worth it. 26	1	Dr Campo is managing my cardiac bypass followup, diabetes, and prostate cancer treatments, in addition to the routine medical issues and checkups. I find him very thorough in his approach, knowledgeable about treatments and options, with excellent communication skills. He always has time to deal with multiple issues during my visits, and always asks what else is on my mind at the end of my examinations. Dr. Campo's office is a small intimate practice, managed by Kate, the head nurse, and Deanna, the medical secretary/receptionist. I am impressed by the efficiency of their tidy, electronic record keeping, and they order my prescriptions from my Medco service electronically, shipped directly to my home, as well as electronically handling referals and ordering short term precriptions for me at my local CVS. Dr Campo runs a very efficient and very competent medical practice where patients are on a first name basis with the staff, not lost in the hordes of a big office. Insurance:Aetna 5	5	5
26	1	I only had my first appt, but from the way he cared I think he is the doctor I needed for several years. Dr. Campo is really compassionate and really LISTENS and really pays attention to what you are saying!! I have been having a problem for over 10 years and I wish I knew about him years ago!! He is also direct and I like that in a Doctor. He wants to answer your questions and make sure you are comfortable with your treatment. My husband called for me this AM we had an appt. this afternoon. Dr. Campo office staff seemed courteous, professional and concerned. My previous doctor was also from Middletown and I wanted to find someone closer, but a friend of mine saw Dr. Campo and suggested for me to make an appt. After looking on here I thought I would make an appt., the trip was well worth it and think sometimes you have to travel a little to find a doc that fits your needs! It took several doctors but I think I finally found the right one. Insurance:Aetna 5	5	5

26	1	I would recommend Dr. Campo to family and friends and have done so. I first met him when he worked for Limestone Associates and continued as his patient when he went to Total Care Physicians. When he established his own practice in Middletown I followed him there. I'm impressed with his devotion to medicine and his caring about his patients. I am particularly pleased that he established his practice in Middletown. He is approachable, knowledgable and ready to answer any questions you may have. His office staff are uniformly helpful and courteous. Dr. Campo is a most welcome addition to the Middletown area although I would travel outside the area to be his patient. I finally found a doctor whom I can recommend whole heartedly. Insurance:Coventry 5	5	5

26	1	Dr. Campo is a very through Dr. He is highly inteligent. Extremely resourceful and determined to find the solutions for your illness. Or the cause of the illness. I have had the pleasure of being his patient for many years. He is down to earth, very truthful, and honest with his thoughts regarding your care. He can be very forceful with his words when he feels it is needed. He is still working on a solutions for me. Never a dull moment with me that is for sure. I respect the man and the doctor. His staff is professional, caring, and thoughtful regarding how you are feeling. Recommend him absolutely. I have to all my family and friends. They are now his patients. For those of you who want one on one care he is your man. Insurance:Coventry 5	5	5
26	1	I have known doctor Campo since he was a resident and had the pleasure of working with him as a registered nurse. Once he began praticing I chose him as my PCP and have been with him ever since. He listens he researches problems thoroughly, presents all the alternatives and best of all speaks in plain english to his patients. He is prompt at returning phone calls, and follows up on issues in a timely fashion. Best of all he practices on a one to one basis rather then an assembly line fashion. I have always felt that I have gotten top notch care and would reccomend Dr Campo as a first choice for a primary care physician. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield 5	5	5

28	1	I have been seeing Dr. Case for the past 2 years. He has taken excellent care of me. I was such a wreck before I met him. I did not have confidence in any doctor to treat my medical problems. I am so much happier as a person and patient because I found him. He is now my husband's doctor as well and he takes really good care of him too. So if you are extremely picky and can't handle waiting when he has tons of patients on a particular day or simply because you don't understand how things work... then I suggest you find another doctor and leave those of us to enjoy being taken care of by this treasure of a doctor. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	4	5	5
28	-1	I was seeing DrCase for months, things seemed ok at first but after calling me in his office to explain that b/c the billing co he hired did not do their job, basically none of my claims were ever filed, leaving a rather large bill behind- then he stated that he is also unable to resubmit the claims due to the time lapse and that I was going to have to be held responsible for the remaining balance. What?! B/c he hired a co that didn't do what they should have done I am now responsible for this when all along I have been paying all my co-pays and estimated costs that the insurance wouldn't cover up front. He said until I paid in full he would not treat me any further. I couldn't believe what he was saying... 2 years later I still can't believe it. My current PCP explained Case had me on a very unnecessarily dangerous medication, it baffled him, he said the only reason he could imagine was that I had to be monitored every month taking it, which meant more money in his pocket. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	3	1	1
28	0	He is horrible! He and his staff act like they're in high school. They will actually argue with you if you complain. He actually says "well, how am I supposed to make money?" And his wife...she should have her own rating. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	1	2	4

28	-1	Former patient. Found Dr. Case to have the "GOD" complex in the worst way. Gave false lab results to my husband (breaking HIPPA laws) and caused major problems. Doesn't take the time to listen and like others said spend more time taking about his "expertise" than finding your diagnosis. Glad to have found a new PCP! Insurance:Coventry 11/7/09	1	3	1
28	-1	Front staff rude & s-l-o-w. Dr.Case only allowed two issues per visit. If you had a third problem, you had to schedule another appointment. Had a BIG hairy dog in the waiting room/treatment areas. More interested in $$ than patient. Charged for everything-copies of reports etc. Left his practice to find someone who treated you as a person! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	1	1	1
28	-1	Rude front staff. Seems to complain a lot about insurance. Doesn't listen very well. 1	1	1	1

33	1	She seems to have a great knowledge base, which was very helpful Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
33	0	Expect Conte''s line to be busy or to get her answering service during regular office hours. Do not expect return calls when you can get through. You will need to call again the next day. When you do get an appointment there is a 50% chance it will be cancelled at the last minute because Conte is sick, or your wait can be well over 30 minutes. if you need a referal expect calls from the specialist office one or two days before appointment, saying they have not recieved the referal from Conte and they can not get through to Conte''s office and messages left with answering service have not been returned. Get to specialist office early so you have time to call Conte''s office again because the referal still has not been sent. Conte is very personalble when you do see her, but the stress of knowing that every time you call there will be a problem I am looking for a more reliable PCP. 4	1	4	2
34	1	I rated Dr. Covell the way I did because he is great at listening to complaints and researching if needed to find newer treatments that are available. He is very good at returning calls, and at calling with test results. Always quick at calling during off hours. schedules appointments so that your wait time is short. Overall very thorough and concerned and considerate towards his patients! He's a rarity in this day in age! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	4	5	5	5

36	1	Dr. Virginia Clemmer is one of the best Doctors and surgeons in Wilmington. She has a great bedside manner and helped me get through surgery and breast cancer. With Dr. Clemmer's guidance I made a great recovery, and years later I still make the trip into Wilmington for my yearly visit. 38	1	Dr. Crain was very helpful when I injured my knee. Due to circumstances byond my control, surgery wasn't an option until ten months after the injury occurred. He worked with me to relieve the pain during that time. The day of the surgery, I never saw him! That was rather disconcerting. He also got annoyed when he asked me if I was still doing the exercises he had prescribed post-surgery, and I told him I was doing the more difficult exercises that I received from physical therapy. He told me if I didn't do HIS exercises, my knee wouldn't get better. I left his office quite angry because I had progressed beyond the simple ones given directly after surgery, and he didn't understand that. I have continued to exercise and now go to the fitness club three times a week, and I also have a personal trainer. I don't want any more knee surgeries, nor his arrogant attitude. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	4	2	2	5
38	0	I feel rather dismissed by him. There have been far too many times that I've been left to sit for over an hour in his waiting room for an appointment. Twice I left without seeing him because he doesn't seem to realize that my time is also important. He has been able to releave some pain I've had in my knee but can't help but feel as though he'd rather do something else. Insurance:Aetna	3	1	3	3

40	-1	Horrible experience! Do not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. The only thing he and the so called "office staff" care about is how much money they're going to get out of you. Had a filling only last 2 weeks... Come to find out the place is known as "Cookes Chop Shop"..wish I would of looked into him b4 putting myself and the rest of my family through that. Not only are the people rude, the office is dingy w/no new technology besides their little flat screen tv in the waiting area that they probably purchased with the $80 no show fee that we were charged. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! My husband could of done a better job on my teeth with his Dremel! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield 4/12/12	1	1	1
40	0	Dr Cook, awesome, sweet man, really put my dental issues to rest. His staff is full of it. Most of the nurses are fine but there is a woman at the front desk that needs to pull the stick out. She's rude, arrogant, has no bedside manner and over charges patients by $30 on the regular. I had gotten into a car accident and missed my appointment. She had no tact no compassion and slapped me with a $40 fee for not showing up. Excuse me for being in the hospital. When I did return for my appointment and paid for the day thank god another woman was there who had a heart and took the fee off but the next month a get a bill stating they "undercharged" me for my visit and the rude one slipped the $40 fee back in! I don't understand how you as a professional who's worked in the office for years can claim you don't know what to charge people for their visits. Never again. 9/27/11	1	3	3

I mean what am I going to do, hop in a time machine and travel back 30 minutes ago? I said I was sorry, what more can I do and she's like alright fine and slams down the phone. Ummm hello, I'm a customer, it's not like you've been waiting all day for me to come in. 40	1	I have been a paitient of Dr. Jeffs for years and never have I once been displeased, upset, or in question after leaving the office or receiving a bill. I admit, he has his own style about him, but a style that should be appreciated. The girls in the office are amazing. They always are professional and do everything in their power to take care of you, both at the desk and in the chair. I find it hard to believe that I am the only paitient who after having many cavities filled, two root canals and sometimes not so faithful cleanings,( my fault) that I am alone in seeing Dr. Jeff as a great dentist. I personally have reffered many people to his office when they are looking for a dentist. Insurance:Tricare	5	4	5	5
40	-1	PART ONE: This was a very bad experience. I had a tooth ache, but no dental insurance. Dr. Cook said the tooth was not too bad, a previous filling (one he put in years ago) had fallen out and the tooth was infected. He gave me an antibiotic and had me return in one week. He then re-filled the tooth. The next day my tongue hurt from a cut I am not sure how I got. The tooth hurt too and became much worst. After a week and a half of pain that got steadily worst, I was told to come to the Middletown office. Another x-ray was taken and he recommended a root canal or extraction as the tooth was abscessed. I could not afford the root canal and opted to have the tooth removed. He scheduled this for the following Tuesday in Christiana office at 11:30am. 1	1	1	1
40	1	I had been going to this doc for 15 years. He always did great quality work on my teeth. But, he is always running behind and I feel the dental techs do not clean teeth very well. They use to clean them very well but the last 5 years they hired a lot of young techs and they just weren't very good. Also, very outdated as previous comments have mentioned. I have since switched dentists so I can get my teeth the cleaning I want. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	3	1	2	5
40	-1	Went to Dr. Jeff until the work he had done on my teeth back fired. They started to fall apart. I ended up loosing 6 teeth. Beware Insurance:Delta Dental	5	1	3	1
40	0	Although he is a friendly doc and does a wonderful job on my teeth I would not recommend him if you are in any sort of pain. Flat out refused medication and treated like an addict for asking for meds after a very painful proceedure. 5	2	2	4
40	-1	Most horrible experience of my life. Went in for a filling. Pain lasted for week after filling was done. Went back and Dr. Cook told me it was my wisdom teeth causing the pain and he wanted to pull them out (himself, not send me to a specialist). I told him no and left the office disgusted. He never even bothered to do an ex-ray to see what was going on. Went to a pediatric dentist (family friend) who did ex-rays and found that the tooth that Dr. Cook filled was infected (horribly). He failed to clear the cavity completely before he filled it which caused an infection. This man should not be a dentist in my opinion. Please be very careful and do your homework before going there. 3	1	3	1
40	1	I have been going to this dentist for more than twenty years. Dr. Leigh's has always gone good quality work on my teeth when I have seen him, but his patient interaction could be improved so I try to see his brother, Jeff. His brother is quite different. Jeff is much more friendly, and I believe that he has always done excellent work, too. Insurance:Delta Dental 4/7/08	4	4	4
40	-1	You may end up with an infection if you go there. The doctor doesn't even wear gloves, Is he trying to spread something? I will never go there again? Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	1	1	1
40	-1	Office is so outdated, no computers or modern technology. There is always a wait even when you get in the chair, and then it is like an assembly line, four chairs in a row with half partitions and dentist just move from one to the other, no privacy. Also, low quality work, I had to have 2 root canal on the same tooth, they wanted to post and cap it but after going to a specialist a cap would have been a temporary fix because there was not enough tooth left to attach it to. It seem like there was always something that had to be done, more money, more money. After years of putting up with inadequate treatment I finally smarten up a changed to a dentist that has all the lastest equipment and technology. What a difference, the technology alone was amazing, they took xrays and showed me digital picture on the computer screen while I was still in the seat and clearly pointed out that the work from Dr. Cook was insuffient. Will never go back to the shabby, inadequate facility of Dr. Cooks 1	2	2
40	-1	went in to get a tooth pulled. He was practically on top of my trying to get it out and busted my bottom lip open. Then had the nerve to say..I hope it wasn't too bad for ya. Go home and take tylenol. 2	1	1
40	-1	Office help is extremely rude and uncaring. Waiting room is filthy and the rug needs to be replaced. 3	1	2
41	1	Dr. Cramer takes the time to explain everything... You ask, he answers. He is a bit jumpy and rushed at times, but he always takes the time to give you an answer. He is extreemly intelligent. Very detailed. This man knows how to listen and help. I am very fortunate to be his patient. He is on top of my treatment and his plan is working. I have never felt better. I am taking almost no meds at this time due to his immediate intervention and assistance. I feel well and want to stay that way. I love the office staff. They are on the ball. I never seem to "get lost in the shuffel"... I am always treated with respect and care. I'm lucky to have him as my SDr. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	3	5	5
41	-1	Terrible experience. Came in for full physical; first, he couldn't find the bloodwork result, then, he couldn't analyze the result because it was not "in database format", and he talked about his and his wifes medical issues when I mentione the side effect of my medication. The nurse who promised to look for my chart never come back. My visit was rushed and did not get what I came for. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	1	1	1
41	1	Very helpful and well mannered. He makes you feel comfortable and keeps you informed. Insurance:Aetna	3	4	4	4
41	-1	I left this practice as a patient. If you have concerns about this doctor, go with your instinct. He handled a very sensitive matter with me with such lack of professionalism and respect for my feelings, I no longer trusted him with my health and well-being after being a patient for 20 years. 3	2	1	1
41	0	I believe Dr. Cramer is a knowledgeable, capable physician who seems to have a particularly good way with older adults. However, he was very flippant and rushed whenever my husband and I visited his office, almost as if our concerns weren't warranted. My husband has since left this practice. 4	3	2	4
41	1	Cramer is a great family doctor. BUT, the wait time in his lobby is unacceptable. I have since transferred PCPs because of the wait time alone. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	3	1	5	5
41	1	Dr. Cramer is very knowledgeable and shows a true concern for the health and well being of his patients. He doesn't rush your visit, and he also cares about any emotional issues as well. He is empathetic, and expert in his field, and just an all around good person and doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone. 4	5	5
42	1	I recommend him to everyone. He's not a big shot know-it-all doctor that doesn't have enough time for you. He takes his time and is thorough and treats you like you're his only patient. He has called my cell phone to answer questions without a problem. I'm pregnant and came down with swine and rather than jumping the gun and treating me he chose to consult with my OB to make sure that she also agreed that Tamiflu was the best treatment for me (and baby). I really appreciated that because I'd rather a doctor check to make sure than think he knows everything. But don't get the wrong impression from that story- he definitely knows his stuff and I feel totally confident in his medical advice. He has very good bedside manner and treats you with dignity and respect- not high and mighty like some docs. I really like him as a doctor. Can't recommend him enough! 5	5	5	5
43	0	Hygiene issue....One thing I didn't like about this doc is, HE DIDN'T WEAR GLOVES when he is checking through my mouth...eeew! It hapenned twice when I went there. I wonder how many patients he does that to? 2	4	3	3
44	1	Very knowledgable. Best gastro doc I have seen in PA/DE area and I have been to a few. Excellent w/ Crohns. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	4	3	5	5
44	1	Wonderful Caring doctor. Checks your medical problems thoroughly, before procedures. Would not have any one else. Explains everything & makes you feel at ease & a very knowledgeable Doctor. Insurance:Medicare	5	4	5	5
44	1	I was referred to Dr. Corso by another doc in his practice for an ERCP in Dec 2008. (Just found this site, so pardon the delay.) He's the "go-to" doc for this procedure with more experience than any other in the state. He is very knowledgeable, explained the procedure before, and the findings afterward. Very pleasant experience, all things considered, and I highly recommend him. 5	5	5	5
44	1	I wasn't too impressed the first visit. BUT, when I went in for an Endoscopic Exam, I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. He took time, before the exam began, to explain what he was going to do and what he expected to find. Afterwards he was extremely informative as to his findings and what they meant. 5	5	5
44	1	Dr. Corso and Candy, his assistant were extremely helpful during my visits. Help was even given while traveling to other side of the country. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain diagnosis and what to do moving forward. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield 4	5	5
44	1	Very courteous and knowledgable; took time to review medical info with me and answered all questions; great bedside manners Insurance:Aetna 5	5	5
44	0	condescending, arrogant, over-estimates his clinical acuity 3	2	3
45	1	She is very nice and inspiring. Very smart. The receptionists are very rude, though. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	2	5	5	5
46	0	Could not be more disappointed if I tried. Went to him for severe issues for months...he had the audacity to tell me that I was getting better when I wasn't. Informed me my colon took a while to 'relearn'. Assured me that he could always do a surgery as an option. When he FINALLY came to the conclusion a surgery would be necessary - informed me he was not the guy to do it. Even his nurse was surprised. Said he would give me a referral - I had to wait over a week for that. Be prepared to wait over an hour for your appointment...and then when YOU have to leave because you have sat their waiting and have other obligations, they try to inform you it will be five weeks until the next appointment. Appointment lady is horribly rude...nurses are nice. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	2	1	2	3
46	-1	Personal experience with Dr Cloney ended in 2 family members having poor outcomes and emergent care was required post operatively. Not my favorite person. 3	3	1	1
46	1	I have one surgery from this doctor, and it went very well. I healed well, and the scars are VERY minimal. He seemed very interested and very concerned for me and what was going on. He seemed to know his stuff. The nurses are nice too.... they seem to care. The office-different score. Dr. C has a 9 out of 10, and the office has a 2 out of 10. I was told that my app was at one time, and then called to check a week later to make sure, and when I got to my app, I was told that I had missed it, and it was for 45 minutes ago, and I told them that had double checked, and the office told me that I was wrong, and I missed the app and I would have to reschedule, an it would be 7 weeks before I could get another appointment. In closing, if you want a good Doc, go for it, but know that the office staff is rude, lies and changes things without you knowing. They are rude, snappy & rude You will wait 4EVER to be seen, waiting for an app, and waiting to be seen when you get there. Good luck. Insurance:Medicaid / Medi-Cal	1	1	3	5

47	1	My son has been seeing Dr. Campbell for almost a year now. Each visit he has been WAY behind schedule, but considering that he is a specialist that is not surprising. He does a great job explaining things, and his staff is great with kids. 5	1	5	5
47	-1	My child was diagnosed with a severe neurological disorder that requires surgery and he didn't want to do anything more than monitor her yearly. I have since found out that this is because most nsg's don't know much about this disease. In any event, he should have recommended her to someone that COULD help her! 1	1	1
48	1	I absolutely LOVE Dr. Cooper! As someone who is not happy when I have to visit my OB/GYN, I am always put at ease as soon as Dr. Cooper comes into the room. She is extremely kind and compassionate. She is very fast with her procedures, but very thorough. Whenever an issue arose, she always reassured me that everything would be okay (and it was). I wish she was my Family Doctor and I could go to her all the time. I can't say enough about her! I am now pregnant with my first child and am considering delivering in Dover because I really don't want to leave her practice. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	4	4	5	5
48	1	Dr. Cooper has been my OB/GYN since 2006, shortly after she joined the practice. She is extremely knowledgeable AND compassionate. I have a young daughter with special needs who has accompanied me to several annual exams (not an ideal situation). Dr. Cooper said my daughter is "always welcome to come" - which warmed my heart. Overall, Dr. Cooper is a wonderfully caring doctor! She treats you as a patient AND a person. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	3	3	5	5
48	1	Dr.Cooper is the best doctor ever. I have been a patient of her since 05 when my daughter was born. I live in newark and I also followed her to middletown because she is just that great. I don't mind driving for good service. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
48	1	I love Dr. Cooper! Have been a patient for 10 years. actually I liked her so much I followed her when she moved from newark to middletown/dover. I will say I do not like some of the office staff and procedures as much as her old place. But not her fault and when I told her about some of the issues like not being able to get an emergency appt or leaving msg directly for her she fixed the problems and I've never had an issue since. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to answer question and make you feel comfortable. I have had some medical scares and she always reassured me. Fantastic bedside manner! I am not trying to conceive and she is making sure I will be healthy and everything will run smoothly. I'll put it this way I live about 40 mins from the hospital she delivers at and less then 10 from a major one in Newark and I am still willing to keep her as my doc Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	4	5	5	5
49	1	Very good doctor Insurance:Aetna	4	4	4	4
50	1	Very concerned, approachable. Returns phone calls promptly and is willing to discuss problems over phone. Knowledgeable about many medications. Willing to try patient suggestions. Schedules 30 minute appts. to give each patient plenty of time to discuss issues. Very, very helpful in treating my condition. Makes me feel I always have someone to turn to. 51	1	I have been going to Dr. Conaty since I was very young. I absolutely LOVE this man and his staff. I've never had a problem with the receptionists. My hygienist has always been great to me and I can't say enough about Dr. Conaty. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a professional and personable dentist in North Wilmington. 5	5	5	5
51	1	Nice manner. Very pleased with restoration work on my tooth. 5	5	5	5
52	1	Dr. Choy is an excellent surgeon. However, I plan to use another physician should I ever require another orthopedic surgery as his staff (especially the office manager) is rude You get what you pay for, Dr. Choy! 1	3	4	5
52	1	Dr Choy is very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me diagnosing my problem right away. Because of the severity of my condition, I had surgery in 2 days of seeing him. He was very caring and very professional with me in treatment after surgery. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody. He is wonderful!!!! Insurance:CIGNA	5	5	5	5
52	1	Dr. Choy understand his patients needs immensely..He has put Beebe Medical Center in the top 5% in the NATION for Orthopedics!! Extremely compassionate, caring, intelligent and professional...We are extremely fortunate to have Dr. Choy as he is a very sought after professional all over the US..(to the previous writer, you can have D.C., we'll gladly have Dr. Choy all to our selves here in Delaware).. 5	5	5	5
52	-1	Did not understand the health demands of a 96 year-old woman. After 2 unsuccessful operations on her broken elbow suggest a third based on the diagnosis of the physicians assistant. Office personal rude and uncooperative with record transfer when I decided to go to Washington DC. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	2	3	2	2
53	0	No follow up after surgery - no follow up after referral to another surgeon. Office staff is horrible - zero personality with patients. Does not respond back to patient after tests are performed. Doesn't want to hear what patient has to say. Would not recommed at all. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	3	3	3
53	-1	Terrible....No bedside manner, arrogant and condescending. No followup with patient after surgery...PA and doctor must not communicate regarding patient care or problems. 2	1	1	3

54	1	He actually listens when you talk and is a nice doctor. 4	4	5	5
55	-1	The doctor is very nice but I had a filling done in 10/10, had to go back 3x after that to have problems fixed. I've been in pain and discomfort ever since. Just had the filling completely redone, and I'm praying this is the last time I have to go back. I will be changing dentists once this nightmare is over. The one thing I can say positively is that I haven't been charged for any of the issue visits since the original filling. The office staff and dental hygenist are very nice. Insurance:Aetna	4	4	2	2
55	1	Been going for 10 years no issues. Always accomodating, great with my boys 5	5	4	4
55	-1	Stay away, ruined an implant with SILVER filling!Had a simple procedure of plug on implant replaced. He drilled the back off and replaced with silver! TOld me that I came in with silver tooth and that I should be happy with the work and actually said "I was a fool" to want the corrected back to porcelain. I think he should retire and his new doctor at office is worse. 1	5	1	2
55	1	They are expensive but its good service. The last time I went it took 4 visits to see that I needed a root canal. Although I only paid for the intial visit and the actual root canal. Be sure to check with ur dental insurance when getting filling because tooth-colored fillings cost substantially more depending on the tooth being filed. Overall Dr. Casalena and his staff are great!! Insurance:Delta Dental	5	5	5	5
55	-1	Appt made by secretary's call to my husband while he was at work and unable to write down date. She said they call the day before to remind, so not to worry. No call received. Appt missed. Still trying to bill us for the visit. 1	5	1	1
55	1	The Doctor and staff were very nice thus far. Everytime we went in they were non judgmental and held the kids accountable for taking care of thier own teeth. I have been felt to feel like a "bad" parent else where. They allow you to be with your child if you prefer. Also The Doctor called my home to make sure DD was feeling good after a procedure. Also they are very generous with thier "goodies". My kids are very happy when they leave. They give knowledgable advice and explain procedures in length before they do them. We have been about 4 or 5 times so far and have had no problems. Good Luck Hope this helps. 56	1	thanks dr. cedres you are a great doctor. 5	5	5	5
57	-1	His receptionist is horrible. I cringe whenever I have to make an appointment because she is unbelievably rude over the phone for no apparent reason. Dr. Cohen is pretty useless... he doesn't listen and starts writing a prescription while youre talking- I've been seeing him for 4 years and I've had ENOUGH. 1	2	2	2
57	-1	Ok, so we've all experienced this guy and his antics. He is very old, probably out of touch, etc. He is quick to label and talks down to you like you are a piece of dirt. Not exactly the person you want to depend on if your hanging off the side of a building....good gracious no. Please Avoid if at all possible. He DOESN"T care and it is about the money. He needs to change his attitude quickly. He is very jaded from all he has probably seen in his many years of practice. Its time for him to move on, take up golf or whatever. He should not be in practice for these reasons alone. 1	4	1	1
57	-1	O B N O X I O U S !!!! 1) He made me wait 90 minutes past my appointment for an important lunch with a pharmacy sales rep! 2) During an appointment-only 45 min wait this time- he took three THREE!!! cell phone calls from his wife and two from another family member. This ate into 15 minutes of my time and he charges by the hour. 1	1	1	1
57	0	My first experience was not the best, I went as a teenager and was asked by him " so whats your problem". I walked right out! AS an adult I was referred to him for med management after battling depression and eating disorders since age 16. After trying 2-3 meds I found one that worked, coincidence only because I felt he didnt care or "get" me. Which I would expect after only spending 5 minutes with me. Usually runs late, does apologize. On a positive note, he was helpful when I was having money problems, offering samples, and spaced out the med checks since I could not always afford the co pay.But really I think its time to hang up the hat. Hes pretty old and doubt he knows what hes doing anymore. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	3	4	2	3
57	1	DR.COHEN HAS BEEN A GREAT DOCTOR FOR ME. HE HAS ALLWAYS BEEN NICE AND EVEN GAVE ME FREE SAMPLE PACKS OF MY MEDICATION TO TAKE HOME. THE DOCTOR I SAW BEFORE DID NOT TAKE INSURANCE,AND I HAD TO PAY OVER $100.OO FOR A MEDCHECK.DR COHEN TAKES INSURANCE AND I ONLY MAKE A SMALL CO-PAY. I LIKE DR.COHEN AND HIS STAFF VERY MUCH! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
57	-1	Not only is the doctor semicompetent at best but I was never kept waiting for less than 1/2 hour to see him. Further his staff is incompetent. They charged a no show fee for an appointment I never made. After arguing for a year I gave up rather than have it reported to a collection agency and paid it. 3 months later I got another bill! I feel fortunate that I escaped only being charged a late fee by his staff. 1	1	1	1
57	-1	This guy may be a nice man but should not be in practice. Dr. Cohen should be retired and does not listen to you!!! I had to correct him several times for getting my name wrong, he even wrote it wrong on my script! He constantly kept writing things down and was reading from a survey. His demeanormade me feel very uncomfortable. I needed a psychistrist because I have anxiety, he just added to my problem!!! Seeing him was a waste of money and TIME!!! AVOID 6/30/08 3	1
57	-1	Dr. Cohen is quick to "label". I have a therapist and never was diagnosed with the array of things he had me under. The medications made me woozy and pass out and did not fit my clinical picture. I would never recommend him and plan on taking this matter further. If you want drugs, see him, If you want help, find someone else. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	3	3	1	1
57	-1	Cohen's bedside manner falls in between bizarro and rude. His specialty is to use drugs to help patients with psychological disorders. In my situation, I was trying to overcome anxiety in public speaking and he pegged me as "depressed" within 10 minutes. He prescribed anti-depressents and I was on my way. The problem is I'm about as depressed as I am open to seeing him again. When I walked into the waiting room, he was yelling at his help like she was a child and then pointed to me and said,"What's his story?". I should of left right away. Bottom line: if you're looking to score drugs I bet he'd work well for you. Otherwise, stay away. 1	4	1	1
57	-1	I did not like him at all very cocky. I switched immediately. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	5	1	1
57	-1	This man was rude from the beginning. He did not know what he was doing. He was upset because we didn't know every detail about medications that were taken over a 10 year period. He did listen. He billed for an 1-3 hour session and spent about 20 min. with us. We have been to other doctors who spent that time with us and did the right treatment. After argueing with his office staff that he billed incorrectly I wound up paying $300 because my insurance company wouldn't pay for this service twice. We had this type of exam earlier in the year. We were there for a consultation and he billed a very expensive examination. He was very nasty to my daughter and had no empathy what so ever about her condition. I asked him if he was knowledgable in her condition. He stated he was and proceeded to yell at her and caused us severe anxiety. Wasn't very caring at all!!!! Would not send my worst enemy to him. 4	1	1
