1	1	Our 12 year old daughter is suffering from tick borne diseases. Her physician recommended that we take her to see Dr. Jones. He was very thorough - reviewed her records in advance and did an extensive examination. While we did have to wait a little bit for our scheduled appointment, he spent approximately 3 hours with us. He is very knowledgeable and answered many questions and qwelled our fears. We were impressed and feel that our daughter is in good hands. He is compassionate and just a wonderful human being. Thank you Doctor Jones for your dedication in helping children overcome tick borne illnesses. 4	3	5	5

1	1	Dr. Jones was one of the best pediatric doctors I've been to see in a long time! He's so smart, helpful, loved- oneof the best Lyme doctors ever! He knew what to do, from the moment I stepped into his office till the time I said good-bye. Wonderful man! 5	5	5	5
1	1	One of the BEST most compassionate Dr's you will find on the planet. Practices for the kids, and not for money, ego, fame, or anything else. Who spends 2-3 hours on an initial consultation with a child-- and in advance reviews piles of prior medical history. God Bless this man. 5	5	5	5
1	1	The finest children's doctor in the US. He's being persecuted for treating Lyme disease and it's an outrage. 5	5	5	5
1	1	He is a hero to every person in the Lyme disease community. He is a gift. 5	2	5	5
2	-1	Please read this before you decide to take your child to see this doctor: Our 5 week old daughter started having vomiting episodes, so we took her in to see Dr. Jubelirer. He didn't seem concerned, even though she lost 7 oz., and after we explained that her father had pyloric stenosis as a baby. He said it was normal for babies to vomit. He diagnosed her with acid reflux and perscribed zantac. He also blamed the scale for her weight loss, claiming that the 7 oz loss was due to the scale being "off". He then had us make an appt to see our baby in 4 days. We knew something wasn't right, so we decided to just take her straight to the pediatric ER at Yale the next night. And what did they find? They did an Ultrasound and found she had pyloric stenosis. She was so dehydrated from all of the vomiting that her electrolytes were out of wack. She needed surgery to correct this, otherwise she would die without it. He totally neglected our concern. He could have costed us our baby's life. 4	2	1	1

3	-1	I have been seeing the Dr for 3 years. 1 1/2 years ago I began having thyroid trouble and she was very unknowledgeable about the issue, and refused to treat me, even tho my test results indicated an under-functioning thyroid. She is rude, as is the office manager. The staff seems over-worked and under-trained and is not reliable. I would NOT recommend this practice. 1	4	1	1
3	1	WONDERFUL doctor! Our entire family feels we are in good hands with Dr. Jamrozik. She is knowledgable, through, professional and friendly! I wish all doctors were like Dr Jamrozik. Insurance:CIGNA	5	5	5	5

5	1	Dr Jambor is an excellent physican...although I am scared to see him again~ I think I ruined his wonderful allograft only 6 months after he reconstructed my acl for the 2nd time...overall great doctor-very good bedside manner (and cute too ?) at every corner he made me feel important, he was always punctual and equally always personable!! 6	1	Wonderful with children and very caring. She's a great doctor. She has great nurses too but the staff is horrible. 1	5	5	5
6	1	i have never met a kinder, more down to earth docter. She and her staff go out of their way to connect with you and your children on a personal level. I would recommend Dr.Jackson and her staff to anyone. I never wait long and always feel my concerns are address with concern. I couldn't ask for a better provider for my children. 7	-1	After being a patient for nearly over 2 years, I never expected to be treated the way I did when I missed one of my appointment. Dr Jacobs' secretary calls me and tells me that I have to pay them 75$ for missing an appointment. I went back the same day to apologize but Dr Jacobs did not take it the right way and said he doesn't need my business anymore and I had to pay him 75$ to get my file transferred to another dentist. The staff was always unfriendly and unhelpful and I am glad I switched to another dentist. 14	1	I've been a patient of Dr. Jakubowski for many years. He is very attentive, I like that he meets with you in his office and takes the time to discuss your reason for being there before he brings you in to examine you. This does however mean that there is usually a lengthy wait. But, I don't mind because Dr. Jakubowski will not rush you because he is running behind. Everyone receives the same courtsey and respect. I find this to be a great quality in which most other physicians lack. Insurance:Oxford	5	3	5	5
14	1	Excellent doctor, takes his time to listen to you, only thing I could say could be improved is wait time, but that's all, everything else...excellent! 5	4	5	5
14	1	Excellent. Asks a lot of questions unlike my last doctor who just wanted to try different medication. My health has improved since I visited this doctor. Very professional staff at this office. Insurance:CIGNA	5	4	5	5
14	1	Excellent office staff and Dr J is the best physician in this area if not the whole state 5	5	5	5

14	1	I LIKE DR JAKUBOWSKI. I THINK HE IS A GOOD DOCTOR.MY FAMILY HAS BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR SEVERAL YEARS & WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.I FIND HIM VERY HELPFUL & KNOWLEDGABLE Insurance:CIGNA	5	4	5	5
14	1	Dr Jakubowski is the BEST Dr. I have ever had..He istens to everything I have to say, he goes over my whole history, and is so thorough. Whomever the person was that said he treats them like the biggest loser, must be a loser, and definately a liar..and probably has a narcotic addiction..because that just isn't possible. I know so many people that go to him, and they all just Love him. Insurance:Aetna	4	4	5	5
14	1	I've been with this doctor many years, and I find him to be throughout. I enjoy visiting this doctor, I never have a problem getting papers for work, if needed. He covers all possiblities, and reads my papers before hand so he knows where we left off..hes never moody or mean- consistantly sweet. Looks me in the eye, and has concern even when I complain of something that is slight..I like him. 4	4	4	4
14	1	Dr Jakubowski is very thorough. Every visit he sits down in his office and talks with me for at least 15 minites about my ailment before examining me. On my first visit, he spent a good hour with me. I never had a doctor spend that much time with me before. He is an excellent Doctor. Insurance:CIGNA	5	5	5	5
14	0	He will treat you like you are the worst looser ever and know nothing of your condition, if you are after a surgery or fracture and in a lot of pain he will say advil and good bye 1	1	2	4

17	1	One of the best polish speaking doctors in the greater hartford area. Insurance:Aetna	4	3	5	5
17	-1	My mom has been going there for years because he is one of few doctors that speaks polish. He doesn't know what he is talking about! He gave her medication that nearly put her in the hospital...he doesn't know medicine. And as I saw in a previous comment...yes, the office staff does talk about medication and health problems over the phone that the entire office can hear. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	2	1	1	1
17	1	Have been going to Dr. J for many years. Cares about his patients. Always reachable even on weekends. Excellent Overall. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	3	5	5
17	0	I waited 2 hrs for being seen by him. The visit was long, around 30 min, but not helpful about the problem I went with. 4	3	3	3
17	0	always overbooked, rushing thru the visit, waiting up to 2 hours to see him for 10min,never on time most of office staff unwilling to help and just trying to get you out.overall the practice in my opinion-JUST WRONG 1	1	3	3
17	-1	Always overbooked. Had to wait up to two hours for my appointment. Do not spend enough time with individual, always rushing. Staff members talk to patients on the phone or in person (including medications or health issues)and you can hear it ALL in the lobby. 1	1	2	2
17	0	My mom found a lump on her breast after he examined he told her not to worry if it ends up being cancer, she would get chemo, and if that doesn't work they can always chop it off.Needless to say he scared her to death and she has never went back. She was fine afer all. Insurance:CIGNA	5	1	3	3
17	1	EXCELLENT Insurance:Anthem 5	5	5
18	1	I have been seeing Dr. Jain for many years. He has helped me through many life experiences and there isn't anything that I have asked him that he could not have answered. His pharmocolgy skills are excellent and if I have an emergency he will always make time to see me. I would recommend him to anyone. Insurance:Oxford	5	5	5	5
18	1	Dr. Jain was my psychiatrist when I was hospitalized. I agree with the person below me. He is very knowledgeable in his field and explained everything to me without my needing to ask him. He listened to everything I had to say and was always very helpful. Doctors were always very rushed at the hospital because they had to see so many patients but he didn't hurry off to see someone else until he made sure I didn't have any other questions. Also, he managed to help me more than any of the other doctors I've seen even though I was only in the hospital for a limited period of time. I would recommend him to anyone. Insurance:Anthem	3	5	5	5
18	1	I have seen five different psychiatrists, and Dr. Jain's understanding of psychopharmacology is extremely helpful. He truly understands how medications affect the body and works with you to coordinate the right combination of medicine. He may appear to be blunt, but he has worked in many different settings in psychiatry and can easily get a feel for someone's condition from the moment you walk in the door. He was the first doctor who took the time to get an accurate history from me - MY ACCOUNT - not others. If you ask him for an explanation of why he thinks a specific medicine may help you, he will take the time to explain it to you, as well as how your medications interact. He has experience in teaching psychiatry at UConn, as well as doing fellowships at Cornell and another at New York Hospital I believe - the previous rating had indicated no training in the USA and that is simply not the case, his training in the United States is extensive. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	4	5	5
18	-1	This doctor has no training or residency experience in the United States and his behavior reflects it. He purposely gave me a prescription that my insurance did not cover when I was released from the hospital. I had been switched to a new psychiatrist but did not have an appointment with him for over a month. Dr. Jain knew how the system functioned, yet he would not prescribe a prescription that Medicaid covered. As a result, I could have went off my meds directly after having a relapse and being hospitalized for two weeks. I do not believe he cares about his patients or their welfare. He was very upset with me because my family wrote a complaint about him to the hospital administrator. Insurance:Medicare	4	3	2	1

21	1	Dr Johnson took the time to truly listen and understand my issues. He is very empathetic and kind, and over time he greatly helped my address my problems with some effective advice Insurance:CIGNA 5/14/11	5	5	5
21	1	Dr. Johnson is a dedicated professional, devoted to his patients and his profession. I have found his services very helpful. 5/12/11	5	5	5
21	1	Dr. Johnson has always been a caring, helpful individual. He is a great listener and offers practical suggestions for changing my behaviors. He is very punctual and knowledgable. I really don't understand what the other rater was talking about. I can only imagine that the person was holding a grudge because the account was referred to collections. I think that is very mean and vindictive. Dr. Johnson has never refused to help me and he is very responsive to my concerns. Insurance:Medicare 5/10/11	5	5	5
21	-1	** Letter to Dr J **I have never had a good experience with anyone in the psychology field, and sadly you were no exception. I made the mistake of trusting you, and hoping to find resolution to the issues that plagued me.I guess in the end you didnt believe a word I said, and basically told me i 'couldnt be helped'. You suggested i not make any additional appointments. Despite your lack of help, i tried on several occasions to pay you for the copay i knew i owed. On at least 3 visits, I would offer - and you would tell me you really didnt know what the amount was, but the bill was in the mail and i could pay it then. Well - i never received a bill. At least-not until 8 months later when you decided to turn me over to collections telling them i never attempted to pay my debt. I truly resent this. I made every effort to pay you.....My poor rating is not just due to the billing issue - it is from the absolute lack of help i received from you. Insurance:Oxford	3	5	1	1
22	-1	He is pretty arrogant and has no reason to be. Insurance:Aetna	3	1	1	1
23	-1	Terrible physician, treating babies and young children is a serious matter... He should take up another profession. Insurance:Aetna	3	3	1	1
23	-1	very unconcerned about child's health and condescending 2	2	1	2
24	0	I do not feel that Dr. Jafri is a people person. My experience is that he spends more time staring quietly at his tablet computer than interacing with me as a patient. Average wait time to actually see the doctor as opposed to getting into the exam room is normally 20-30 min, one time I left after an hour and had not see him yet. I feel that there should be a bond with your physician as you are entrusting your well being to them. After over 5 years here, that has not happened. I have decided to try another physician and see how that goes instead. I do think Dr. Jafri knows what he is doing but I feel more like a number with $$ than a patient. 3	2	3	3
24	1	Dr. Jafri has been my physician for the past 2.5 years. I have found him to be thorough and takes the time to talk and explain things. Each time I have blood work he gets back to me within a couple of days. Recently had a stomach virus and again he was very responsive with excellent followup. Although you must leave messages when you contact his office his staff his prompt in returning phone calls. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	4	5	5	5
24	-1	very impersonal doctor. had A physical with this doctor and blood work taken and never got back to me with the results of my blood work. He did let me know that I had a condition but never went beyond that and tell me if I needed medication or what foods to avoid. left me in the dark. To this day I have not been informed. Insurance:CIGNA	2	3	1	2
25	1 5	4	5	5
26	-1	I would not recommend DR Tricia Jacobsen to a single person, I would recommend they find someone/anyone else. My wife was having pregnancy complications and had blood work done which showed dropping HCG levels at 10 weeks. We came in for an ultrasound on Tuesday morning, which showed that the baby had stopped growing at 6.5 weeks, which was heartbreaking. Jacobsen recommended a D&C;, we wanted to go home and think about it. Jacobsen said that was fine, if we called back she'd answer any questions and schedule it. We went home, talked, and decided we wanted to get the D&C; performed ASAP. We called the office back at 1:50, were told Jacobsen would call back, which she did not. We called back today, and apparently she had taken the day off, which of course she hadn't mentioned to us. So now we have no idea when we'll be able to get the procedure done, they said possibly Monday. For my wife and I, that is just prolonging the pain. So please, cross Dr Jacobsen off of your list. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	1	1	2
26	1	dr jacobson is a "real" dr. she doesnt sugar coat anything. i apperciated her blunt openess. she was an awesome dr to birth with. even though i had an emergency c section after laboring for 16hrs with no drugs.. she was personable, friendly, and an adovocate for my birth plans. i appreciated that she worked with my doula and my dissapointment after birth. i am happy to have a healthy son Insurance:Tricare	5	4	5	5
26	-1	I will never recomment Dr. Jacobsen or her staff to anyone. Horrible experiences! Insurance:Tricare	2	2	1	2
26	-1	staff is rude and will advise your family to stay in waiting room just because its not a ultrasound! wtf she her self will insult you every opportunity and refuses to help get you a referral tells you to talk to your real doc. and will do the same if you ask for something as simple as medicine for a head ache DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN SHE IS RUDE AND DOESNT CARE FOR HER PATIENTS AT ALL NOR DOES HER STAFF! Insurance:Tricare	1	2	1	1
26	0	I feel that they whole group ignores their patients and just tries to fit as many in as possible. They don't listen and don't seem to care especially when i was in extreme pain they schedule to see me 2 weeks later and told me to go to the er because there was nothing they can do for me, even after i had gone to the er. I ended up with a uterine infection. But when i was pregnant i had all the symptoms and signs on pre-eclampsia and they told me that it was normal. I ended up going to the hospital thinking i was having contractions when low and behold i had severe pre-eclamspia and was 4 hours from death from their neglectfullness. I do not recommend them to anyone unless you want to feel like cattle. Insurance:Aetna	2	2	2	4

32	1	I have been going to Dr. J since I was born 25 years ago. My husband now sees him and we intend to bring our children to him as well. I have never met such a caring, compassionate, and knowledgable doctor. 33	1	Dr. Jaziri is very caring , he makes you feel comfortable and he has a great sense of humor . His very good at diagnosing. He does seem to run late but he is worth the wait. I have recommended him to several friends who are very happy with him. 5	5	5	5
34	1	I had an office visit with Dr. Johnson on a Tuesday. On the following Monday, I was still waiting for him to contact the pharmacy to refill my prescription for a medication I must take once a day. I'm getting tired of calling his office to plead for my medication. It's a ridiculous situation. Even if he was the best MD I'd ever had (and he's definitely not), this medication problem alone makes dealing with his office intolerable. I plan to make this a one-stop visit. The yellow pages are filled with doctors and there's bound to be one better than this. In addition, the physical Dr. Johnson gave me was far from thorough--mostly listening to my lungs--which you'd expect from a lung doctor. As the previous person wrote, he's probably okay as a specialist but not as your primary care physician. The reason I ended up in his office in the first place is because my previous physician retired and sent my records to Dr. Johnson's office. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	2	2	3	4
34	0	Does not follow up on patient requests such as prior authorizations for medications. Depends heavily on office staff and frequently states that he did not get messages, faxes, voicemails. Does not return calls to specialists. Very knowledgeable but stretched too far. Would recommend as a pulmonologist but not as a PCP. Office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Serious lack of communication between office staff and MD! Insurance:Anthem	1	4	2	4

I went to him for another issue and he suggested running test that had nothing to do with my issue. 39	-1	Sadly, "Mr." James has much more money than I do so I will limit my comments to the empirical ones above so that he won't sue me. I had a very bad experience with him. 1	1	1	1
40	1	Dr. Jackson does not rush through your visit. She listens to all your concerns and addresses them. I have fibromyalgia and she has been very attentive. Most doctors dismiss alot of my symptoms because of the fibromyalgia but she has not. I really feel supported by her. My only complaint would be that it takes a long time to get in and out of there. But thats mostly because she doesnt rush through her patients. Its well worth the wait. She has faught for me. Especially with my insurance company to make sure I have access to the best treatments and tests. Overall, I am satisfied with the care and attention she has provided me. 42	1	We love Dr. Juan! He's calm, smart and dedicated to his patients. Dr Juan takes the entire life of the child into consideration while determining the course of treatment. He is as much of a support to the parents as the children. I appreciate his calm manner during an emergency (and with 2 young boys, we've had our fair share) and his passion for getting them the right type of care. His nurses, Susan and Rhona, are just the best- they mean as much to me as the doctor himself. They follow through with paperwork and always make my kids feel special. 42	1	I love him. I am so thankful we found him. He is extremely knowledgeable and wise. Insurance:CIGNA	5	5	5	5
42	1	Dr. Juan is very knowledgeable & thorough. He knows case study findings & will answer your questions very specifically in regards to immunizations etc (we found that others just gave us a vague "we'll work with you" or "there are many diff opinions on this." Dr. Juan has kids of his own & is very down to earth & easy to talk to. His office is brand new & his staff is super friendly and helpful. Insurance:Aetna	5	5	5	5
43	1	She was very patient and took the time to explain everything. Insurance:Anthem	5	5	5	5
44	-1	He has been in the business too long. Very lax and just breezes by his exams. Not even close to being thorough and doesn't appear to really care about the patient one way or another. I do believe he is knowledgeable but just doesn't care to use his knowledge. Insurance:Workers Comp	5	5	1	2
44	1	I was very pleased with Dr. Jacobson. I went to see him with a badly torn (60\%) right meniscus. I found him to be professional and personable. He took extra time to answer my questions. I would go to him again. Insurance:Anthem	4	4	4	4
44	-1	There are a lot of adds to go see this guy, which show the office to be nice, modern and clean. They are not. He is very dangerous. HE injured me VERY badly during a knee exam. Repeatedly accused me of being there just to lie to him. Was rude to my mother. Total creep. Insurance:Medicare	4	4	1	1
44	1	I went to this doctor for two different problems 10 years apart and both times was exceptionally well treated by both him and his staff. 4	5	5
45	1	I was very insecure about the way my breasts looked for years and finally decided to get surgery done. One plastic surgeon I went to said my breasts looked like a 50 year olds which was really hurtful to hear. I went around to many plastic surgeons before choosing. It was my first surgery I've ever had and I wanted a doctor I could trust 100% and felt comfortable with. Dr. Shareef Jandali was the best plastic surgeon in the area because of the expertise, skill, and artistic ability he brings. He showed me before and after cases he had done, and the change and improvement he made was outstanding. He was educated at the best plastic surgery program which made me even more confident in his skills. But what made me definitely choose him was his concern and the time he took with me to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was fully comfortable with everything. I'm so appreciative he understood all my concerns and I have to say I am ecstatic with how my body looks now! 5	5	5	5
46	-1	The office staff rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I have no further interest in this doctor or his practice. Insurance:Aetna	1	1	1	1
46	1	Dr. Joyce was very knowledgeable about my injury. I had previously gone to two different drs for my injury and both were incorrect about the injury and only took X-Rays while dr Joyce had me go for a MRI so he could make sure that it was the right injury. He performed surgery on my shoulder for a slap tear and my shoulder has never felt better. Insurance:CIGNA	5	5	5	5
46	1	Dr. Joyce is fantastic. I'd seen another ortho before him who completely missed the problem. He told me I had hip dysplasia and initially tried hip arthroscopy to try to hold off hip replacement, which it did for a couple of years. He just did my first hip replacement about 3 weeks ago and it's feeling fabulous--I was up and walking on it the day of surgery and now 3 weeks later it feels great. He's going to do the other hip in a couple of months. He's very knowledgeable, answers your questions, and I have complete confidence in him. EVERYONE at the hospital told me that if they needed a hip done, he's the doc they'd have do it. Insurance:Anthem	5	4	5	5
46	1	He is the BEST!!! Nobody else could fix my knee but I KNEW he could. Not only am I walking again but I am working out and riding my bike as well. Thank you Dr. Joyce for giving me my life back! Insurance:Anthem	5	5	5	5
46	1	Dr. Joyce is excellent. I had both a general orthopedist and another hip specialist turn me away, telling me that my x-rays & MRI showed nothing wrong and that my pain (which I'd had for 6 months at that point) would resolve itself. Expecting a similar result at my initial appointment with Dr. Joyce, I was pleasantly surprised. He immediately told me he was confident that he knew what my problem was, pointing out spots on the MRI he said clearly looked damaged (I don't know how the other two doctors and MRI technician didn't notice...). He was very helpful and took a lot of time to answer my questions. He performed a relatively extensive hip arthroscopy procedure on me, and now 6 months later it feels great. My physical therapist described him as "THE hip guy." I would highly recommend seeing him (took 6 weeks for me to see him the first time though). I see someone wrote that he doesn't do second opinions... that is not true. He was acting as a third opinion for me. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	1	5	5

48	1	saved in my life in the hospital, seeing her in her new office in bloomfield, she is the best doc I have had in last 30 years Insurance:Medicare	5	5	5	5
49	-1	Dr. jasthi lacks experience, She is very bad in diagnostic too. She just wants her patient to revist them. I went there for my annual Physical. For same Physical I went 3 times but still could not complete. - First time I had to wait there 2 hours and then she called me and said that She is bussy and asked me to come next time. (My annual converted into regular visit, so I paid copay). - Seond time , When I went there She did half of my physical, and for remaining half (inclding EKG.) She asked me to come next week, on promise that next week visit will be part of my physical and will not require copay. - Following week when I went there for my remaining physical She asked for copay that I denied and reminded her of my last visit. When she insisted then I felt cheated and lost all trust from this doctor. I dumped her and simmply walked away. My personal experience is very bad and would like folks to stay away from her. Insurance:CIGNA	2	1	1	1
49	1	I am surprised to hear negative comments about her. I have been going to Dr. Jasthi since last year, ever since I moved to Stamford. I initially went for an annual visit but after, I had to do 12 week follow up. I really like her and her staff, very nice and approachable. She is very caring and attentive. In my opinion, she listens very well and seems knowledgeable. I was very pleased to have her as my physician because its had to find a doctor that you feel comfortable with and trust. So based on my experience with her, I have nothing but positive things to say about her!! 5	4	5	5
49	-1	Terrible doctor. She told me that i really need B complex injection and it is fully covered with my insurance also there will not be any co pay for such visits.Guess what,I received $300 notice from Dr. Jasthi stating that my insurance did not pay her.She is not a real doctor trust me.Stay away from her. Insurance:CIGNA	2	1	2	1
49	-1	Might sound friendly. Unfortunately her knowledge of medicine is zero. If you need a doctor to cure you (especially if you are sick), please find another one. It s okay if you are just going for annual exam and are otherwise healthy. She talks well.... But when you need help, she is quick to jump to conclusions and sometimes she surprises me if she is a real doc! Insurance:United Healthcare	3	3	1	1
49	-1	Can seem friendly at times, but also prone to talking down to patient inappropriately. Does not seem to listen well and is forgetful. Seems to quickly prejudge and preconceive or refer out rather than diagnose. Seems to still have a lot to learn. Makes one feel very aware of how hurried she is. 4	2	2	2
50	-1	Inefficient office management, very poor communication. Took 1 month to reach Doctor to find out results of tests. Had to go to office to get two letters that had never been mailed out. Called office more than a dozen times before finally going through answering service to speak with dr. Insurance:CIGNA	1	1	1	3

53	1	I've found Dr. Jarda to be very helpful. I was addicted to heroin and opiate painkillers for several years. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable about addiction and it's effects on both the individual and family. He's been very flexible with his time and is willing to work with individuals who are willing to put in the effort. I highly recommend his service. Insurance:Aetna	5	4	5	5
53	1	Dr. Jarda specializes in addictions and is a good source to get Buprenorphine if you are addicted to opiates if you want to stop. He is very intellegent, but as just a general psychiatrist, he could learn a little more. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	4	5	4

55	-1	Horrible experience. She wanted to remove existing fillings to do root canals because she saw I had a high insurance premium. Went in for a cleaning and x-rays, roughest cleaning and x-rays ever. She all but chipped my teeth putting x-ray tabs in the sides of my mouth. I felt like she was skipping teeth on my cleaning. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I was looking for a new dentist and she is not the one for me. She jerked my head to the side when she wanted me to lean a certain way for the cleaning rather than ask me to move. I could only imagine how rough she would be for an actual procedure. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	1	1
55	-1	Worst Dentist ever. I just went in for a cleaning and it was the most painful 15 minutes of my life. That's right: 15 minutes. No floss, no gum exam, no fluoride, just blasted my teeth with her ultrasonic cleaning tool and left. I would never go to this dentist again. I can clean my teeth better myself. Insurance:Delta Dental	1	1	1	1
55	1	I have a phobia of dentists. The staff are friendly & help me with my fear of dentists-The facility is clean & they accomodate with a new toothbrush if you forgot to brush prior to your apt. The Dentist is always punctual. You don't wait more than 10 min. The staff are all helpful, answering questions, the Dental Ast. applies ointment to your mouth to prevent dry/cracked lips during procedures, the med.secretary works out the Ins. & financial payment plans for your dental work. The dentist has a great bedside manner & will even use the computer to show you what she is talking about- when talking about your dental work. All the staff are knowledgeable in their area of expertise, my dentist is very good,I have had extractions, fillings, lasor surgery, intensive cleaning,& now braces without any problems.I would refer her to others & I WOULDN'T, WONT & REFUSE TO GO TO ANY OTHER DENTIST-She has a gentle touch, she listens, & I trust her with me & my family, that's why we wont go anywhere else. 55	-1	- extremely rough during cleaning and fillings - didn't react to when i was indicating excruciating pain; instead she continued to drill at my tooth, indicating it required a crown... turns out i was digging holes in the arm of the chair from pain because that tooth needed a root canal - 2 days after filling a cavity, pieces of the filling chipped off 1	3	3	1
55	-1	This dentist performed a root canal on me that had to be THE WORST experience ever. She started by roughly injecting me with 2 shots of novacaine. Before it could even take affect, she started drilling so it was very painful. She then punctured a hole in my frenulum (skin under the tongue) when she was drilling the tooth and I started bleeding. She continued to drill which was still very painful and which I still indicated by my squirming and screaming. She finally stopped and walked out of the room as did her assistant. I had no idea what was going on because she did not say a word the entire time. She came back 10 minutes later to continue the root canal which was not as painful at this point most likely because the novacaine now took affect. She had to do the final part of the root canal three times before it was good. She left the room again without saying anything to me or apologizing for such a bad experience and no info provided for my bleeding tongue. DO NOT GO TO HER Insurance:Aetna	4	2	1	1
56	1	i have had nothing but great service from dr and office. very helpfull. dr alwasy returns calls no matter time or day. always visited me hospital no matter why i was in there. he now has moved his office to st francis hospital in hartford ct, which is actually better for me. he has one of the best bedside manners i have encountered in my life. 57	-1	I did not like this doctor at all. I felt like an inanimate object. Not sure if it is because of his nationality? He has zero personality and zero bedside manner. The folks at the car repair place in Bristol were nicer than this doctor. I would not recommend this doctor and I would not see him again. 3	3	2	2
