1	-1	Waiting room times area always over an hour. Doesn't return phone calls in a timely fashion - count on calling repeatedly to get an answer. Doesn't respond to pharmacy requests for refills in a timely fashion (still waiting nearly 2 weeks). Quick to whip out her prescription pad, and doesn't like you to ask any questions. Don't like the mistreatment? She doesn't care. Since she's keeping me waiting for blood pressure medicine because she can't be bothered to respond to 3 requests from the pharmacy, I'm finally fed up and will get a new doctor. 2	1	I had been experiencing a variety of vocal and facial weakness issues when I was referred to Dr. Reichman. He quickly determined that I needed to see a neurologist instead of an ENT and what he did was amazing. He ordered much needed tests that they would need, he made sure I followed up with another ENT to do a test he couldn't in his office. He immediately called my primary care to find out what tests had been done already too. Basically, he cared more about me in 1 visit to help me more then any other doctor I had seen previously...and knowing the entire time that he would not be seeing me again as his patient. It shows a deep knowledge of medicine as well. This doctor is a keeper, I can only imagine how well he would treat patients that require his specialty. 5	5	5	5
3	1	Dr Raviendran is kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
3	1	Very educated, rational advice, caring way, excellent therapist Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
3	1	Dr. D. gives you her attention for 45'. She does her own talk therapy and does not punt you to an associate. 5	5	5	5
4	0	I will not be going back. Took three extraordinarily painful attempts to remove an endometrial tissue sample. Received a curt letter in the mail stating results recommending hysterectomy. Ridiculous. Although I did receive an apology for the way results were delivered, I'm not impressed. 3	1	2	3
4	0	While I was pleased with the service on the first visit, and have gotten good ultrasounds, everything went downhill from there. I wait 45 minutes in the waiting room, ten minutes in the exam room, and she comes in and talks to me for five minutes. She doesn't take time to answer questions or help me understand what's going on, she asked me to call but then didn't return the call for a week, and I get "that's normal" a lot when other health professionals say it's not normal. We also have great insurance, but the office refuses to bill them. I really wanted to like her, but she just hasn't given me the care I expected. Insurance:United Healthcare	2	1	2	3
4	-1	I had one of my kids there. About a year after that i kept bleeding and she kept putting me off (it's normal). Changed Docs and was anemic already and needed surgery. After I asked for my records to be transfered I got a nasty letter. Would not go there ever again. 1	2	1	3
4	1	Dr. Richards has been my ob/gyn for 7 years. I have the absolute highest regard for her. She delivered our son about a year and a half ago, even though she wasn't supposed to be at the hospital when he was born. We had a few complications, and she stayed with us through the delivery to ensure that everything went smoothly. Talking with her about concerns is easy -- she is realistic, yet compassionate. I feel safe in her care and would highly recommend her! 4	2	5	5
4	1	I have been seeing Dr Richards for approximately nine years and have received outstanding care. Dr. Richards is very compassionate and knowledgeable. She truly cares about her patients both medically and emotionally. She does occasionally run behind in seeing her patients, but I know that she is giving her other patients the same type of attention that will be given to me in my appointment. I have recommended her to numerous patients including my three daughters. She has already delivered one of my grandchildren and is about to deliver two more. I would not want my daughters or myself to see anyone else and would recommend her highly to anyone who wants that special one on one attention that she gives to all of her patients Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente 3	5	5
4	1	I have been seeing Dr. Richards for almost 16 years now. She has been amazing!!!! Dr. Richards has seen me through three pregnancies and has given me the absolute best care. She is very thorough and and knowlegeable. I feel that I am in the best hands having her as my doctor. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield 4	5	5
4	1	Whoever wrote the bad review about Pam Richards is totally off base! I have been going to Dr. Richards for about 15 years. She cared for me during my infertility and 2 pregnancies (one with twins) and gave me and my babies’ excellent care. She always errs on the side of caution, which is so appreciated especially during a high risk pregnancy, and always offers great medical advice. OB/GYNs have to know the intimate details of our lives and I feel Dr. Richards is very compassionate and understanding; and she helps her patients make healthy decisions. I know several other women who go to Dr. Richards and have referred numerous friends to her and not once have I heard anything bad about her! She is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. Yes, it takes a while to get in to see her & on most days she does run behind; but I would rather go to a doctor who takes her time & cares about her patients than one that herds you in and out like cattle! There is no one I'd rather have as my ob/gyn! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield 3	5	5
4	-1	She really doesn't know a lot about medicine and is judgmental too. I was really uncomfortable with her and I don't feel that way for no reason. I ended up going to another doctor to get proper treatment for what turned out to be cancer. Stay away. Insurance:Humana 2	1	1
5	-1	I do not recommend Dr. Revoal. She is inconsistent and did not seem confident in her diagnosis or treatment plan. 2	2	1	2
6	1	Awsome Doctor....she interned with Children's Hospital. If she doesn't know the answer, she will refer you, which is very refreshing, since most docs think they know it all. Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente	5	5	5	5

9	1	Wow, a great surgical outcome. Recovery is going faster than planned. Good preparation for the surgery. I was well-informed and knew what to expect. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
9	1	Dr. Rajpal is very knowledgeable, but he is at times brusque and flippant. He relies heavily on technology and much less on a thorough physical exam. 5	5	5	5
9	1	Dr.Rajpal is a great doctor!He does miracle work!I had surgery 10 weeks ago for a herniated disc on L4-L5.Dr. Rajpal got my life back on track! Insurance:CIGNA	5	5	5	5
9	1	Dr. Rajpal ... I would trust him with my life. He treated my elderly mother with a neck fracture. His associates were also responsible for treating her lower back injury years earlier when another MD refused to take the case. I see a professional who is driven by a passion for perfection. Has a good "bed-side" manner too, 5	5	5	5

13	1	Dr. Ricca is the best. Unlike almost every other physician, when you talk to Dr. Ricca, you clearly have his undivided attention. And he sincerely CARES about you. I wish all physicians could be like this - I'm certainly glad I found the one who is! 4	5	5	5
13	1	Dr Ricca is the best physician we have ever had. He is thorough, kind, and concerned. He follows up through phone calls and emails, and is always accessible. Dr Ricca is an excellent physician, and is truly concerned about his patients. There are not enough words to describe the high quality of care we receive from Dr. Ricca. Insurance:Anthem	5	5	5	5
13	1	This is an amazing Doctor, takes the time to listen and reviews your file before you see him. He reminds me of things I've forgotten to ask about. This doctor doesn't miss anything. 14	1	Dr. Rail is compasionate. She once spent 90 minutes uniterupted with me and did everything to find the right doctors in specialties she knew I needed assistance in. She's a great doctor! Insurance:CIGNA	5	4	5	5

16	-1	She was very unknowledgeable about my first time pregnancy questions. She would often answer me with 2 words. I was very glad she was not on call for my delivery. Also when I reffered her to my family member she was very rude and told me(family member) she was treated as an unwanted patient. Insurance:Tricare	4	2	2	1
16	-1	Dr Raley was on call and attended my birth rather than my regular doctor. She arrived as I was pushing, and within ten minutes was trying to give me Pitocin even though I was having no particular problems. After every push I had to fight to keep her from giving me injections. I had a healthy baby in under 40 minutes of hard labor and there was no reason for drugs to be given. Felt I could have had the baby more easily if I could have relaxed and not had to worry about getting unwanted injections after every set of contractions. 5	3	2	1
17	1	He's an amazing doctor. He's the only child psychiatrist we found that both counseled and prescribed medication. He communicates clearly, on an age appropriate level. In addition, he gives my child a feeling of personal responsibility and self-confidence as well as the tools to give him control over his own development and personal growth. Insurance:CIGNA	5	5	5	5

20	1	Dr. ReichHardt airs on the side of safety, however he is a good doctor. Doc listens, helps and truly cares about his patients I do believe. Insurance:Workers Comp	5	4	4	4
20	-1	This Guy is an idiot. After being forced to see him by work comp I looked into his sketchy background. He is a one sided insurance company puppett. Has moved from state to state giving half ass medical treament. You are better off seeing anyone else, my dog is a more competent doctor. Insurance:Workers Comp	1	1	1	1
21	-1	I have only been to the dr 3 times in the past few years. He misdiagnosed each time, then I had to have surgery and he never sent the pre op labs to the suergon, but he did bill me for it! 1	1	1	1
21	1	Excellent Dr. 5	5	5	5
22	-1	Dr. Reedy is the most inept and rude doctor I have ever been to and this includes military. He misdiagnosed my condition and gave me medication that I was allergic to. He told me to keep taking it anyway. Also, he would not acknowledge my pain and made me feel like it was all in my head. I would not recommend this doctor if my life depended on it and let's face it, our lives DO depend on doctors! Please reconsider another physician. 3	3	1	1
22	-1	The doctor could not help me with my illness so he just got up and left me to sit in the exam room. After 10 minutes alone I went out to ask staff where the doctor was. Nobody would talk to me. Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente	1	3	1	1
22	1	The entire staff is caring, comforting and overall OUTSTANDING!!!!!! Dr Reedy listens and is detailed in explaining your treatment. Best doctor in Colorado Springs. Thank you. Insurance:Humana	5	5	5	5
22	1	Dr.Reedy is awsome. I was on disability when I found Dr.Reedy. I am now back at work and functioning 100% Ive been with Dr.Reedy for 4 years and by far the best Doctor Ive had in the last 20 years. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
22	1	Dr. Reedy has an excellent staff, and is the only doctor who has helped me in the last 7 years with my back pain. His practice stresses life style changes and natural remedies over prescription medicine, appointments are easy to get and I have always been seen within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I chose him because medical professionals recommended him and his staff as the doctor they preferred to go to personally. And I recommend him to friends who have not been satisfied with their current physician. Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente	5	5	5	5
22	1	I HAVE HAD BACK PAIN FOR SEVERAL YEARS. GOING TO MILITARY DOCS,AND CIVILIANS. WAS IN THE ARMY FOR 20 YEARS AND MESSED UP MY BACK. DR. REEDY WAS THE FIRST ONE WHO ACTUALLY HELPED ME WITH MY PAIN. I DONT WAKE UP IN EXCUTIATING PAIN NOW. A SIMPLE RX THAT NO OTHER DOC THOUGHT OF OR JUST WERE TOO SCARED TO PERSCRIBE. I ACTUALLY DANCED A JIG IN HIS OFFICE ON THE SECOND VISIT! HE IS MY DOCTOR NOW AND I WILL HAVE NO OTHER. I TOLD THE QUACKS AT FT. CARSON TO FIND ANOTHER GUINEA PIG,IF YOU CAN GET IN TO SEE THEM. Insurance:Tricare	5	5	5	5
22	1	I've been going to Dr. Reedy for over 4 years. I've have nothing but great things to say about him. He's always punctual, patient, he listens. He doesn't say alot so people may get the wrong idea, like he's being arrogant or ignoring them but that's not the case. He's done alot for me. Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente 2/24/09	5	5	5
22	-1	A very uncaring man. Explained NOTHING about my medical condition and has rushed through my appointments with him. One of the drugs he gave me made me lightheaded and made chest tighten, which scared me because I felt like I was going to die. I asked for an alternative medication that wouldn't give me those symptoms, and he refused, telling me to stay on the drug anyway. I've since moved on to better physicians and to a chiropractor, who have informed me that Reedy misdiagnosed me. (I'm sure he could have diagnosed me correctly had he spent more than a few minutes on my case and actually LISTENED to me, so this is not to impugn Reedy's medical skills.) The bottom line is that I would recommend Reedy only for easy, basic situations (like you need your cholesterol checked or something). If you are genuinely sick, definitely go to someone else who actually cares. Insurance:Anthem	4	4	1	1
22	1	Nothing but good experiences with Dr. Reedy... very down to earth, helpful and punctual. Love that he puts himself on your level, I never feel talked down like some doctors tend to do. Insurance:Aetna	5	5	5	5
22	1	I've been seeing Dr. Reedy for almost three years now. It is an incredible DO, I have a lot of muscle aches and back and neck problems for over 10 years. Dr. Reedy is the first doctor that has ever properly cared for my aches and pains without using drugs. I am honestly much healthier person now because of Dr. Reedy!!! Insurance:Anthem	5	4	5	5
22	-1	I do not feel this is a professional or caring doctor and I would not recommend him to family and friends. Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente	3	3	1	1

23	1	Amy is incredibly compassionate, caring and skilled. 5	5	5	5
24	1	Dr. Reynoso has been my primary physician for more than five years. As a retired RN, I am very particular about whom I have assisting me with my healthcare. Dr. Reynoso always listens to what I have to say, always asks pertinent and directed questions, and is careful to follow up with me after any change in my healthcare. Insurance:Anthem	4	4	5	5
25	-1	This dr. advertises a holistic approach to medicine. He does not like to prescribe meds. Doctors for insurance companies get incentives to not prescribe meds. He must get a lot of bonuses. If you want to be prescribed fiber and advil, go see this guy. Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente	3	2	1	1
26	1	Fantastic experience. He always runs out time. Great staff. Great bedside manner. Very smart. Very kind. Great listener. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
26	1	Dr. Rakotz is the best! Very knowledgeable, reassuring, and doesn't just want to churn patients through. He really cares about what ails you and wants to fix it! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
26	1	Dr. Rakotz is an excellent physician. I will give you examples and allow you to judge for yourself. He returns calls for bloodwork even if it's at 8pm at night, on his day off, even on a Sunday. He returns phone calls the same day. I met him because he came down to our office( a specialty dr.) to check on the status of one of the patient's he referred over. He really cares. When I saw him personally come to see how this patient's visit went I decided to try him. He has excellent bedside manner, listens, takes you seriously, takes the time to answer all your questions, and gives you a plan of action which makes you feel like you will find a solution to the problem and gives you a piece of mind that you are in good hands. I have worked in the medical field for 9 years and choose my personal doctors very carefully. I think this dr. is just phenomenal and one of the only dr's I have used that truly still has passion for his work and helping others! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
27	1	Ok..This man is my HERO!! I have seen Dr. Reinsma since 1986 that's 23 years. I have been in numerous car accidents (not my fault) and had other injuries in those years, where I was sent to other doctors via ambulance, or what ever, again not my fault... and none of them had a diagnosis or treatment plan. EVERY time I went to Dr. Reinsma he had it evaluated and diagnosed. He started me on a treatment plan and followed up with the correct specialists, so I could get better! There are no words that can be expressed for the way I feel about this man!! Ok now I am teary eyed. He has helped me SO MUCH, as a doctor, that I can call him my friend. I thank God for him and he is currently helping me now with my current medical injury which has been so hard. I know there is a place in Heaven for doctors like him. j 5	5	5	5
27	1	Dr. J is the best. I have been going to him for 18 years and could not ask for a better doc. He cares and is very responsive. He just won't quit until he finds out what is wrong. He is also very honest. If you are over weight or a smoker or have any other detrimental habits he will tell you. His nurse Kim is also very caring and willing to help you out anytime anyway. Kudos to Dr. J....he is the BEST!!! 5	5	5	5
27	1	Dr. Reinsma is great. Will do what it takes to see you healthy. And he is very personable but pragmatic as well. My old Doc was great as well but I moved further away from him. I am glad I found Dr. Reinsma. 5	5	5	5
28	1	Dr. Rampy was so accommodating to my 85 year old mother. He was very professional and thorough but also showed great sensitivity to the delicate issues she was dealing with. I felt his diagnosis was spot-on. He was respectful of the research we had done on our own and did not discard our insights. Sara, his assistant was friendly, kind, and helpful in setting up tests and everything for us in a very time efficient manner. I have gained great confidence in Dr. Rampy and would recommend him to anyone. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
28	-1	I have never met a more egotistical, rude and unkind doctor in my life. He spoke extremely condescendingly and talked tremendously fast, firing question after question at me. He did not give me time to respond, or to ask questions. He kept steamrolling over my voice. He interrupted me frequently. He incorrectly repeated back to me what I said numerous times, changing what I said to fit what he wanted to diagnose. He made a quick and ridiculous diagnosis. It was a most unpleasant experience. I strongly urge you to seek health care elsewhere. Insurance:United Healthcare	2	5	1	1
29	1	Front office was HORRIBLE! Rude rude rude I have been w/ Dr Rachjaibun for 6 years and will never go back 90% of your time is with the doctors staff they should be as professional as the doctor 1	5	4	4
29	1	Dr. Rachjaibun is a first rate, young, doctor. He takes the time to get to know his patients, and their health issues. He is wonderful with both kids and adults...very professional, yet he's not afraid to let you see the lighter side of him. 4	4	5	4
30	1	I have been seeing Dr. Redal for over 10 years now. I have found him to be very caring, collaborative. Most important to me, however is that he really listens and takes my concerns and preferences into consideration when formulating a treatment plan. His office is now part of Boulder Valley community hospital and the administrative procedures have changed (not all for the better). However, I will overlook this detail to receive the care that Dr. Redal delivers. Insurance:Anthem	3	4	5	5
30	0	I switched health insurance companies and My previous doctor was no longer covered under my new plan so I switched to Northwest Family Medicine. After 1 visit they told me that they werent covered by Humana any more. Over a year later I got a call from a debt collector saying I owed 290 dollars, without ever having received a bill or call from the practice. Apparently the practice was sold to the hospital, and instead of making any attempt to treat former patients fairly, all outstandign debt was handed over to a collection agency. Pretty bad business if you ask me. Insurance:Humana	1	4	3	3
30	1	Dr. Redal is excellent. Takes his time and never rushes through an appointment. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
30	1	Dr. Redal listens intently to what you say, and does not interrupt. He then pauses to think about what you said. Finally, he asks questions to elicit more information, or he gives advice. He does not rush out to see the next patient, but instead gives you as much time as you need. He is thoughtful, attentive, and caring. I am no doctor, but from what I can tell he is also knowledgeable, has good judgment, and gives good advice. My whole family uses Dr. Redal, and I think we are lucky to have found him. -Jerry J. Anderson, CCIE #5000 Insurance:CIGNA	5	5	5	5
30	-1	I had selected this doctor's office based on reviews however, I was very disappointed. I have visited this office twice, the second time in hopes of changing my mind about this facility. Unfortunately, my second visit only confirmed my initial determination. The front desk staff is friendly enough however I found the intake nurses to be very rude and unhelpful. One nurse even rolled her eyes each time I asked her a question. I have not seen Dr Redal, just other PAs on his staff, neither of which I was impressed with. On the other hand, it was easy to schedule appointments and the website was helpful. In the end, I would not recommend this office and I have already found myself a new doctor. Insurance:United Healthcare	1	3	1	3
30	1	Dr. Redal is an amazing doctor who is a wonderful combination of caring and smarts. He is my parents' physician and is very reliable and conscientious. I am a surgeon myself...and I consider him my doc. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5

30	1	Dr. Redal is exceptionally knowledge and thorough and really listens to patients. He approaches patients as individuals, with kindness, respect and sensitivity. He is especially great with kids, too. His office atmosphere at Northwest Family Medicine is warm and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Redal and his staff, including the competent PAs who I have also seen on occasion. Insurance:Humana 4	5	5

32	1	great surgeon, great guy I went to him partly based on these ratings and he didn't disapoint. I was in agony with pain in my back and my leg and when I woke up from surgery my pain was completely gone. It was unbelievable. He's a miracle worker. Insurance:CIGNA	5	5	5	5
32	1	I had a severe condition and after researching my symptoms online, I called Dr Rauzzino's office late evening (afterhours) one day around November 2010 and he answered the phone. He listened patiently to my frantic call and asked me to set up an appointment by calling his staff the next morning for an MRI appointment. I had my MRI results in 4 days and the Dr Steve and Dr Rauzzino were very concerned with the results. I had a very severe stenosis at c3-c4 and c4-c5 level and needed to be operated immediately. Within two weeks I had 2 surgeries ACDF and laminectomy to decompress the spinal cord. Now it is more than a yr... Although i do have some residual pain which is tolerable most of the time, It is way better than the pre-op pain I suffered for 1 month before my surgery. No more pain in the crown of my head. The entire staff is always courteous and helpful. They will always listen to you and return your voicemails. My family and I are very grateful to Dr Rauzzino’s practice. 32	-1	Waiting more than 2 hrs before being told he was not even there. Had to come back later. Dr. Rauzzino NEVER came into the appoinment even though he was in the next office! He refused and sent his holier than thou assistant. He did not listen to a word I said about my problem. Most caring award my behind. Will not be going back to this doctor and will not be referring people either. You cannot understand a word his office says due to their heavy accents. And coming from working in a doc's office, wearing thigh high boots and mini skirts are inappropriate. Insurance:Humana 4/17/11	1	1	1
32	1	Dr rauziino was very helpful in explaining what happened to cause an injury in my neck from a car accident. He was very easy to communicate with and has a great sense of humor. I felt very at ease with both Dr. Rauzzino and his office staff. I am looking forward to having surgery to alleviate the pain and numbness in my arms and hands. I would recommend him to anybody having neck or back trouble. I will write again post surgury. 5	5	5	5
32	1	Dr. Rauzzino performed a double lumbar fusion on me on 15 Feb 2010 (L4-L5-S1). I am unusual in that since the surgery I have had no back pain at all. I have had right calf and foot numbness which is supposed to go away slowly over a few months. I also ended up with two blood clots in my right calf (being treated with blood thinners by my PCP). Dr. Rauzzino talks with patients about your condition and the treatments. He requested to talk with my wife and let her know what was happening and answer any of her questions prior to surgery. Dr. Rauzzino treats his patients as a whole person, not just a medical problem to be fixed. I had extreme pain prior to the surgery. The fusion went very well and I attribute that to Dr. Rauzzino and his staff. This surgery has significantly improved my quality of life. Three weeks post-surgery and I'm off all pain medications. Electing to have this surgery and selecting Dr. Rauzzino to perform that surgery were both excellent choices for me. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
32	1	Dr. Rauzzino performed a diffult brain surgery on me and he did an excellent job. I am ahead of schedule on my recovery and know this is because my procedure was done by an excellent neurosurgeon. My surgery was four weeks ago and he has already seen me for two follow-up visits to make sure I am doing well. As soon as I met Dr. Rauzzino, I felt he was confident in himself, which put me at ease. My anxiety about brain surgery was relieved and I knew I was in good hands. His staff is very professional, courteous and caring. Dr. Rauzzino's response time to any concern I may have is immediate. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a gifted neurosurgeon who will take the best care of them possible. Insurance:Tricare	5	5	5	5
32	1	VERY PERSONALABLE, TAKES A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING THINGS TO YOU AND ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS, WITHOUT MAKING ME FEEL IT WAS A BOTHER. VERY CONSIDERATE AND KNOWLEDGABLE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. KALENA Insurance:Medicare	5	5	5	5
32	1	I'd been to 2 other neurosurgeons who both recommended a radical fusion. He was able to decompress the nerves thru a tiny incision and I was out of the hospital the next day. i have been back to work for two weeks now and I feel great. I would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of having back surgery! 5	4	5	5
33	1	he' the most dedicated doctor and surgeon i have ever seen. he truly does this out of love and desire to make a difference in the world and not one material deire for himself. he is supported by his incredible wife and four children. truly a hero. 5	5	5	5
34	-1	Use your intuition and be careful with this doctor. My experience was that he didn't appreciate it was a life changing decision to have surgery for chronic pain, and I felt pressured into doing it on his schedule. Insurance:CIGNA	2	1	1	1
35	1	I started seeing Dr. Ray a few months ago, after years of various other doctors and treatments. I have chronic neck, back and shoulder pain from a car accident and was amazed how much better I felt after just one visit with Dr. Ray. I am used to PPO doctors who spend 5 minutes with you after you wait 45 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Ray spent nearly an hour with me and I found her to be compassionate, sincere, trustworthy and knowledgeable. My chronic pain has disappeared, but I now consider Dr. Ray my primary healthcare provider. I pay out of pocket but it's worth it as she is so much better than my PPO doctor. She knows what she's doing. She gets to know her patients as individuals, then treats the cause of the illness, rather than just the symptoms. I highly recommend her. 5	5	5	5
36	1	Dr. Reeves and her staff are excellant at answering all questions, explaining what they are doing, and calming all fears and concern, The docter is willing to answer any questions or to see you 24/7. If I need any additional retina surgery I will go there. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
36	1	Dr. Reeves seems knowledgeable but she is difficult to understand and doesn't explain things well. This has greatly affected my level of trust. Except for one excellent technician, her staff needs improvement. Take a book as time spent waiting can be lengthy. As result of all this, I'm looking for another doctor. Insurance:Medicare	3	3	4	5
36	1	Very caring and attentive physician. She always takes the time to listen, answer questions and address concerns. She is very knowledgeable and accessible which is crucial for a macular degeneration patient. Very competent with lucentis injections. I was terrified about the injections and my eye disease but she helped me face the injections, was reassuring and I was able to be treated. I highly recommend her to anyone with a retina concern. Her office is crowded and there is often a wait after appointment time but she is worth the wait. I would never consider leaving her as my physician. Insurance:Aetna	5	3	5	5
36	1	Called at the very end of the work day with what I thought might be an emergency. She personally took my call and worked me in the next morning with no referral. Very empathetic. Expert diagnosis and treatment. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	4	5	5	5
36	1	great diagnostician. Pleasant atmosphere. very easy to understand procedures suggested and treatment.overall a good experience Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	4	5	5
36	1	Doctor is fairly knowledgable and is effective in diagnosis. However, entire office is poorly run and staff seems bitter towards doctor which carries over to patients. Don't feel as if I am receiving the best treatment available. Insurance:United Healthcare	1	1	3	4
36	1	Dr told patient she'd waive deductable, then went back on decision. 3	2	5
37	1	Dr Reusswig and his staff were all very friendly and professional. I felt like I was in good hands from the moment I walked in the door. My wait was short and my procedure went very smoothly, better than I anticipated. Afterward my pain spiked and the nursing staff did their best to mitigate and prepare me to go home. They also were able to get my imaging done ahead of my scheduled time. 5	5	5	5
37	-1	questioned me why my ortho wrote what he did, using medical trems I had no clue of. Told me that I needed to just go back to work, and gave me an rx for a drug that was marked on my medical records "not good for this patient" talked trash about Dr. Jansen who uses him, ignored me condition, felt I was at a drug pushers office, not a Doctor office, test results were failed fusion, and require another surgery, he did not even look at that. I would say stay away. 1	3	1	1
37	1	Dr. Reusswig is compassionate and caring. He has a wonderful sense of humor and willing to think outside of the box. He also open to new suggestions will give me his honest opinion. Going to the special procedures unit is a pain, it's a long walk for those of us in pain - ask for a wheelchair. Also, procedures can involve a lot of paper work and do try to get it pre-approved with your insurance. Just makes everything go more smoothly. Some of the nurses can be really cold - Heidi is the nicest. If possible request her for procudures. The office won't solve problems over the phone during the day - this is office staff, not the doctors. wait till afterhours and then call to get the physican on call They have rule that you must give them 2 business days notice for refills. Oh, PA Jonathan is also pretty cold and a poor judge of character. 2	4	5	5
38	1	Dr. Reiner and his staff were very polite and patient. Everyone seemed very caring and I was comfortable with the care I received. I would definitely recommend Dr. Reiner and his office to anyone with an ear, nose or throat problem. 1/3/12	5	5	5

39	-1	Dr Reeves and his nurse. Its takes several times to get a prescription and follow up from this office. My father has gone to this man for one year and I am not impressed. Drug interaction is questionable and I had to check online for the answers. Doctors including this one do not seem to understand the needs of a geratric patient. I am very disappointed in their helpfulness with the elderly. I thought that was their business. But of course it is a business. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	3	3	1	2

40	1	Have seen him over 20 years. Wonderful bedside manner, always kind, listens, accurate. 5	5	5	5
40	1	Dr. Reese is worth the time, effort and money. He's intuitive and if you work with him he can hone in on your problems or disease process and heal you with natural supplements. I spent years and many thousands through the regular medical doctors to no avail. He is worth a shot. 5	5	5	5
40	1	I highly recommend Dr. Reese. I wish I had found him sooner. Truly the best holistic doctor I have ever seen. His staff is very competent and helpful too. Within just a few months I am feeling better than I have in years. Very competent. High quality supplements. Really listens. 5	5	5	5
40	1	Dr. Reese has done for me what no other western medicine doctor could do and I found immediate results and continue to feel like the person I am supposed to be. 5	5	5	5
40	1	After spending a fortune within the standard medical community and having no diagnosis a single trip to Dr. Reese and he nails it. 15 years of illness and brain fog are now a memory. 5	5	5	5
41	1	i have taken my children to reich for almost 13 yrs. great doc... she takes awhile to wait for. but when shes w you.. you have her full attention.. and all of her time. Insurance:United Healthcare	4	2	4	4
41	-1	Overall I have been very unhappy with Dr. Reich; she laughed off much of our concerns and as such, my oldest has gone for 3 years without any treatment for ADHD. She told us "he's a little boy, they act like this." I have also found out from a trusted source that if you are not a stay-at-home mom and do not have lots of money, she calls you names and talks trash about you. I would never recommend her! Her staff members are pretty nice, but give the impression that they are verbally beat up constantly. 3	1	1	3
41	0	i myself was a paitent of dr. reich from age 10-20. after having my first child, there was no one else i would consider taking her to see. however, i found the wait time incredibly hard to ignore, especially with a new born. my daughter was having bowel problems causing her severe pain and discomfort, that doctor reich had no answers to. i had to make the tough decision to switch doctors after years of trust, but i am glad i did because my daughters problem was handled immediately and she now leads a normal toddler life. Insurance:Aetna	5	1	3	3
41	1	A doctor with a heart. Connects with the parents, encourages and calms the children. Very caring and knowledgeable. 4	4	5	5
41	0	I have only gone to Dr. Reich twice, but both times I waited for an hour in the exam room, once with a sick feverish baby. I also find her advice to let my 6 month old "cry it out" for 2 and a half hours at night without any comfort or intervention just to eliminate a feeding completely ridiculous. Any baby who cries that long needs attention. 4	1	2	4
42	1	We love Dr. Reddy! She is very knowledgeable, supportive of parents. She helps advocate for your child. She well respected in the medical community! Insurance:Medicaid / Medi-Cal	5	2	5	5

43	1	He's kinda like the absent minded professor, very smart, in his own world, but compassionate in his actions. He knows his drugs. He listens and has a good memory. I like him. I recommend him to many people. Wish they were a little more timely though.... Insurance:Anthem	3	2	5	5
43	0	The Dr seems to be very intelligent and when he can make his appointments on time he has valuable diagnosis and dialogue. The problem is I would estimate 80% of the time he he late and frequently very late and approximately 25% of our appointments the Dr was a complete no show and often with no phone calls or warning. Hours upon hours of wasted time driving to and from his office often wasting an entire 1/2 day. Absolutely unreliable,...so how can a Dr help you if he isnt there! Mt recommendation is to seek other professionals Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	3	1	3	2
43	-1	This guy is a moron an insurance zombie only wanted to get out of the office a real jerk with a past of abusing women 1	1	1	1
43	-1	Dr. Raynak often did not show up for my appointments, would run up to two hours late, and would rush through our appointments. He was hell bent on making me take a certain medication and would not consider any of my input about my other health issues that may interfere with this. Also, I had trouble with his office and administration staff who refused to file my insurance claims correctly until I contacted legal aid. 1	1	1	1
43	1	During my visit I felt that I was treated very well.I would absolutely recommend this doctor to my family and friends. I felt this visit was a big help.Overall I would rate this visit : outstanding! 4	4	3

45	-1	4 years ago I went in for a breast augmentation, nothing drastic, but I hoped to improve the shape of my breasts. Dr. Replogle left me worse off than when I started. He lowered my fold which has now left my with "stacked" breasts. It looks like my a cup is stacked ontop of a larger implant, that still is not the correct size anddd he overfilled one of them so the ripples show through. I am thin so I expected something could possibly show, but never could have expected this. I also have no feeling in my nipples and sometimes get shooting pains. I did not know better, but I believe that it was he and his nurse also doing the anestitia, which is frightening, because it was in office. When I went back into him 2 years ago to address the issue he said would get better with time, he told me I needed silicon instead and a different type of cut on my own breast. Why was this not said in the first place? He was also completely lax and had no compassion for my condition. Do not go to him. 2	2	1	1
45	-1	Dr. Replogle does not listen to what you want. I had to have revisions because of bad results of procedure. Talks down to you like you are an idiot. Acts like he's bored the entire time you talk to him. I'm not happy with my results. I do not recommend him. I wish I had used a different plastic surgeon. Other people I know have had disasterous results. His front of office staff is extremely nice and his nurse is amazing. They are the only good thing I could say about my visit. 5	5	2	1

47	-1	This doctor has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen!! My 70 year mother-in-law had just got out of the hospital ans was told to go see Dr.Rath. He ask her what hospital she went to. When she told him, Medical Center of the Rockies, he told her if she is going to go to that hospital, she might as well see a doctor from there. RUDE!! My m-in-l has been to the Banner hospital 4 times for the samething and they have not been able to help her, why would we continue to return? Dr. Rath needs to get off his high horse!! I would never tell anyone to see this doctor!! 3	3	1	3
48	1	Very careful, thorough at diagnosing and treating complex problem, and empathetic too. Felt better just after consult knowing I was in good hands. 2	5	5	5
49	-1	The doctor is rude, with a horrible bedside manner. I had this doctor as a child, he was always late for appointments and in a hurry. He acted as if a child (of 10 years of age)could not or should not speak unless told, and it was only the adults who should have a right to speak. And I was the patient! His staff was very bad at drawing blood and we once made special arrangements for a friend's dad to come in and take the blood I needed for some test. When the man was running a little late (not as late as the doctor was known to run) Dr. Ramos got aggravated and rude and aggressive. He stated we could not wait and GRABBED MY ARM jerking it towards him to begin wrapping the rubber strap around it. His grabbing me so roughly and unexpectedly freaked me out (I was already nervous about the blood draw from prior bad experiences)and I ended up punching him to get him to let me go. After a few more horrible experiences we changed doctors! 3	1	1	3
49	1	He is a very wonderful doctor. He was my personal doctor and my obstetrics doctor. I have since moved to California and no matter where I go, I cannot find a doctor as nice and educated as him. His staff is also very helpful and friendly. Insurance:CIGNA 4	5	5
50	1	I go in for routine physicals, and the office is really the kind of care I like: the waiting time is low, the staff is very nice and Dr. Ramatowski is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly while maintaining her professionalism. I used to go to a place where it seemed like they had a rotating staff, and where they hardly did any testing in-house. But at Ramatowski's office I saw the same friendly faces and blood tests were done inhouse (rather than sending patients to a testing center). I highly recommend to others to go see Dr. Ramatowski. 5	5	5	5
51	1	I have been a patient of Dr. Reichart for three years. Prior to finding her I had all but given up on any physician actually caring about their patients. She is hands down the best rheumatologist in the business. 5	5	5
52	-1	I went to Dr. Repine because I dislocated my kneecap skiing. I saw him right afterward and he prescribed PT since I had my leg in a splint to immobolize it after the dislocation. I saw him again after PT and again a few months later. He thought I tore an MCL on one knee and sprained one on the other. I asked why he didn't order an MRI and he said that doctors can tell from doing tests just as well. Since I still had residual problems with mobility 5 months later, I was scheduled to have arthroscopic surgery to do a "bi-lateral release" and to clean up any meniscus tears. Since I wasn't comfortable with his diagnosis, I went to a different doctor who immediately ordered an MRI. Finally, six months after my original dislocation, I found out that I had torn my PCL, ACL and MCL in my left knee and and ACL in my right knee. I don't know how that can be missed personally and if it's truly that hard for him to diagnose, he should routinely order MRI's. 3	5	1	1
52	1	I am very please with my shoulder repair. After surgury I only inacted with his staff, but they are very good and helpful. The PTs in Boulder rated him excellent. I would recogmend him. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
53	1	Dr. Reeder is a very likeable person. Very warm and friendly. I just love his computerised way of adjusting the back. Doesn't hurt a bit, but you sure can tell you've been adjusted. 5	5	5	5
54	1	Dr. Reznick is a kind, compassionate, wonderful physician who probably saved my life. I was diagnosed with cancer a year ago and would have given up if it wasn't for the excellent care I have received from Dr. Reznick and his staff. 5	5	5	5
55	1	Very compassionate, explained everything to me and seems to be the only doctor that understands pain and how to control it. Did NOT push me to take either non narcotics or narcotics and told me that it might take some time to figure out what works for me. He has moved to a new clinic and it is in the Remax building. The staff were just wonderful to me. I was extremely impressed with my first visit!! Insurance:United Healthcare	5	3	5	5
55	1	He is great and caring and is renown through several states. Colorado, Kansas, Wyoming, Utah and Arizona. He is concerned with taking care of your pain issues. I have been going to see him monthly for over 4 years. Someone was concerned about the "old" abandoned motel he was in. I don't don't think it was all that old and not abandoned as people were/are living there. He was there for only a short while and the principles of his staff have been with him for as long as I have been going to see him. As for police circling the compound, it is not because of problems, but because it assures the residents that they are safe. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	4	5	5
55	-1	He practices out of an abondoned hotel in pueblo west. he caters to "methadone patients" over patients will real pain issues. His blood pressure machine doesn't even work so can't even take a blood pressure. Staff changes each monthly visit. The police circle the hotel all the time and now he has "assisted living" in his hotel who are not typical individuals they walk around and smoke all day long. His facility is close to me so I see these things just in passing. NEVER on time, visits longer with his "methadone patients." Your UA's are not sealed in front of you. It is a nightmare. I have been in his office waiting to be seen and junkies coming in demanding appointments. One woman got her appointment set up for the very next week on demand. The place reaks of various smokers - I would not recommend if you have valid pain issues... 1	1	1	3
56	-1	Although Dr. Rector is very highly regarded for performing hip replacements, I found him to have very poor communication skills, and not very knowledgeable about the condition I saw him for (AVN). Not every ortho is an expert in every disorder, I understand. But I found him to be extremely negative about my situation and potential outcomes, without even spending any time with my diagnostics or explaining the reason he felt my outcome might not be ideal. I promptly sought another opinion from an ortho with expertise in my disorder and my outcomes have been very positive. For the patient who needs a prosthetic hip, Dr. Rector has performed many (which is very important) and has had much success. Insurance:CIGNA	3	3	1	2

74	0	The dental work was OK; He was informative and did the work. But did not treat me well as a person. Another dentist did my root canal and told me I would need a crown. I went to Dr Revoir for the crown and because another tooth next to it was loose. First the staff asked why I thought I needed a crown, then the Dr asked why I thought I needed a crown. As if I go around getting crowns for fun! He then asked how I knew my tooth was loose? WHAT? He then asked if I was a refugee from Hurricane Kartina! After the crown I told him about pain and swelling I had with one of my canine teeth. He grabbed the tooth and literally yanked it back and forth. The assistant commented on this and he said, "Oh its alright she's tough, she can handle it"! He also said I better not show my gold crown to family they might want to steal it! I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The crown is fine but I would never go back. This guy has obvious issues if you arent the 'right kind' of person. 2	3	3	3

76	0	Moving here from another state, we had to choose a primary care physician. Dr. Ravin was chosen and we were always displeased. He is very overbooked and your lucky if you get to see him and not his assistant. I could go on and on, nut there is no reason. CHOOSE DR. RAVIN and you will see what I mean. Terrible service, understaffed and overbooked. Overpriced for your 7-10 min. visit. Move em in and move em out. He will retire wealthy. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	1	3	3
76	1	Dr. Ravin is good but, working on the Health Care Business, I believe that he is over his quota of patients; because it's almost impossible to get an appointment with him and also the amount of time he dedicated to me, not even my 15’ slot. The last 2 times I was there, I was 15’ early, got in 20’ after the actual appointment time and he came into the room 10’ after that. While in the room a nurse came in and took him away for another 5’ and upon his return he only spoke with me for 5’… and this was MY PHYSICAL! The ladies (nurses?) in the front desk are VERY rude and short, especially the brunette (she was paying more attention to her daughter who was playing behind the counter). It is really too bad that that they don’t realize that, that line of work (customer service) is vital to help people, maybe they are burned out. Insurance:Humana	1	1	3	4
76	1	I've always been listened to, respected, and extremely well cared for! Of course, I've also listened, given respect, and expected great care. Dr. R is very up to date with current medical advances, and is a great DO. If you want a handful of new scrips, go see an MD. Dr. R will tell you all of the non-scrip ways to help your ailment, and prescribe only what's necessary, if necessary. If you want to own your own health, and get the caring help you need, go see Dr. Ravin. Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente	4	2	5	5
76	1	exceptionally knowlegable. great diagnostician. great bedside manner,staff very helpful 5	5	5	5
76	1	I'm not sure what all the negative comments are about. I have been seeing Dr. Ravin for about 35years. He has always been very upfront and forward, which if you need someone to hold your hand and tell you what you want to hear he is not the doctor for you. He knows what he is doing "if you tell him what your problems are" Not what you want him to know. So if you are willing to tell him your life medical history and be honest he is the best. My wife recently swichted to him and he has done a 1000% better than her last doctor. As far as the waiting times, they are pretty long but worth the wait. If you have a problem with the wait do what I do, walk up and tell the girls at the desk you only have a certain amount of time and would like to get in asap. They will get you going. So for all the neg comments, try being honest and not to get free meds. 4	2	5	5
76	-1	This uncaring beligerant person berated and huniliated me for having chronic health issues. I am a patient and that is ehyI an seeing him! As a person with a lifelong disability, I was upset and very disappointed in Dr. Raven's poor attitude and but was most shocked by nasty, juvenile and unprofessional behavior of the administrative staff. I am surprised he has any patients at all. Insurance:Pacificare	1	1	2	2
76	1	I have read some of the comments left here and can't believe we are commenting on the same doctor. I agree his wait time is a little long, but definitely worth the wait. He saved my daughters life 20 years ago (after another ER doctor misdiagnosed her with a chest cold when she actually had a very severe case of RSV) and I have taken my family to him ever since. I don't know what we will do when he retires. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time with each patient (which explains the wait time). My family and I think of him as a part of our family and absolutely love him. If you are a hypo-chondriac who wants to diagnose yourself or expect him to just write a bunch of prescriptions because you ask for them, then he is not the doctor for you. If you are looking for a doctor who loves kids, will have straight forward conversations with your teenagers and earn their respect,or want a doctor who genuinely cares about your well being then you have found your doctor. Awesome!!! Insurance:CIGNA	4	3	5	5
76	-1	Dr. Ravin made me feel horribly rushed after I waited almost 2 hours to see him. He does not listen to the patient to make a proper diagnosis. Is a bit arrogant! His front office staff is terribly rude and unprofessional. Insurance:Humana	1	1	1	1
76	0	Only saw Dr. Ravin 2 or 3 times. Was insulted on first visit, given medication for headaches that were caused by medicine, waited 45min-1 hour in waiting room, then up to 15 minutes in the room. 2	1	3	3
76	-1	I used Dr. Ravin as my primary care giver for about six years. When we were leaving Colorado to come back to Illinois I was very sick and was dismissed as "stress"...on the last visit he didn't even take my b/p even though he had me on large quanties of b/p meds. My b/p was all over the map at that time and I was very sick. Because of high medical costs and loosing our insurance I was accepted as a patient at a free clinic. They diligently ran medical tests until they discovered my problem. My gallbladder has stopped funtioning and had fused with the small intestine..both organs had pencil size wholes in them and I was told by my surgeon that I would have not made it much longer in my condition. since my surgery I have controlled b/p on only a small amount of lisinpril. 3	1	1	1
76	-1	Took over an hour to be seen. MISDIAGNOSED me(gave me a full annual exam in under 10 seconds!!!! HOW?) and prescribed a full year's worth of antibiotics for me - on a misdiagnosis.......sheesh, luckily I found a REAL doctor who recognized what was wrong with me and was able to fix me right up - without taking antibiotics for a freaking year. Dr. Ravin needs to give it up and get OUT of medicine - he's TERRIBLE!!!! Insurance:Pacificare 3/4/09	1	1	1

76	-1	Dr. Ravin was not the doctor for me. Each time I saw him I felt rushed and like I was bothering him if I wanted to ask questions or discuss research I read about certain conditions (the attitude of "he's the doc so don't ask questions"). I did not even trust his diagnosis because I felt like he just wanted to diagnose "something" without proper follow up or testing to hurry up and get me out of there. This is just my experience and opinion. Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente	2	2	2	2
76	-1	I am very unhappy with my treatment by Dr Ravin, he was very condescending and un-helpful. I was in a great deal of pain, and I asked for a specific anti-inflamatory that had helped me greatly in the past. Dr Ravin gave me a different anti-inflamatory, my pain continued to get worse. I finally stopped taking the drug he gave me, because it was not working. I started to get better immediately. I am no longer seeing Dr Ravin and my only regret is that I did'nt disassociate myself with him sooner. Insurance:United Healthcare	3	2	1	1
76	-1	I always have to wait one hour or more in the office before getting in. I have NEVER had a wait time of less than one hour. I love Dr. Ravin's P.A., and his nurses are extremely kind - but the office staff is very, very rude on the phone and the wait time is always ridiculous. Insurance:United Healthcare 1	1	3

83	1	Dr. Reid is an A++ surgeon. I consulted with a couple of others first, and I know I made the right choice. He was actually recommended to me by another surgeon. His poor reviews here seem to involve his social skills. He is an intelligent man who goes straight to the point. Personally, I would rather have a good surgeon operating on me rather than a good salesman. (I have also seen him on the sidelines of the CU football team, and that has to say something). Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
83	-1	Dr. Reid was abrupt, dismissive, and short. He did not take the time to my questions fully. His surgical options for me were based only on how quickly he could operate. His office staff did not tell me the same facts Dr. Reid told me. EX, I scheduled an appointment by phone, came in and my chart was not available, but the receptionist said I had an appointment. They were later faxed, but apparently were not complete. The nurse thought I had a knee problem, when in fact I had only ever been seen for a wrist. Then Dr. Reid entered, almost shouting, "This is a legal document!" I did not tell me what he was referring to for quite a while, then said could not talk to me about my appointment because of my HIPAA form, and that I did not have an appointment scheduled. I had made some changes before signing the HIPAA form, which is my right. Later, trying to let the office know I would not be having surgery, there was NO option for a message, and the emergency person refused to help. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	1	1	3
83	-1	I went in for De Quervain's tendonitis. Dr Reid only offered the steroid shots or surgery. It felt like he was not really interested in any other alternatives. Also during the visit, he talked on this voice recorder 80% of the time. It basically refrains me from asking questions. I was not satisfied with the treatment provided by Dr Reid. I wish he will be more helpful and also interested in providing advice that does not involve surgeries. I had to get more information on how to treat my tendonitis through other means. 86	-1	We saw Dr. Rauch with our son 3 times because he was recommended to us by a pediatrician. He never took the time to talk to or get to know our son and in fact did not address him at all except to tell him to stay away from his desk and other supplies. We provided him extensive information in writing and on video tape about our son, but at each appointment he basically asked the same questions and repeated the same lectures, which told us he had not paid attention to any of the materials we had provided. To top it off, at the very first appointment when our son came to him with an ADHD diagnosis, which explained some but not all of his difficulties, Dr. Rauch said, "If, God forbid, he should have bipolar disorder, well, we''ll have to deal with that then." Well, it turned out our son DOES have bipolar disorder - his language was not, shall we say, very reassuring. We stopped seeing him and went to see a psychiatrist who listened to us and to our son. 2	2	1	1
87	1	If you are able to get an appointment with Dr. Ray, then you are lucky. He is sometimes backed up for weeks, which isn't helpful if you are actually sick. His receptionist is incredibly rude, and I don't think she delivers messages when you call with questions, as it is days before you may get a call back. Also, don't expect to ever get s call back with your lab results if you have labs done. You might as well die or get sicker before that happens.... Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	1	3	5
88	-1	I went to this office for several years and wonder why I stayed so long. Each time, they were less and less helpful. The office is very inconvenient because they don't take credit cards and don't do reminder calls. Expect to see one of the insincere Nurse Practitioners who take the party line with treatment. If you have are a textbook case, with textbook symptoms and want textbook treatments, then this is the office for you. Anything outside of that, they are stumped. Dr. Rees-Jones himself takes a long time to get in with. I can understand this if there is knowledge on the other end. Why wait months to get the same answer the NP gives? Initially, I found him via 5280 Top Docs. However, it has been years of dissappointing thyroid treatment. I kept hoping for better. His reputation comes from serving on boards NOT from his superior patient care. I would look elsewhere as this practice's focus is about filling the pockets of an overrated doctor and staff. Insurance:Aetna 2/16/12	1	4	2
88	1	i have been seeing dr. rees-jones for 15 years - and NEVER have had any of the problems some of the other patients have written about. i see the doctor each time; he spends more than enough time and his np's are always thorough. so what if the results are mailed - if i have a question or concern i call the office, and always get an answer. i trust dr. rees-jones implicitly. he has worked with me over the years to ensure that my thyroid is under control and that i feel well as a 'whole' person; not just a thyroid disease. 88	0	I am a type 1 diabetic and have been going to this office for approximately 2 years. I usually see the same NP each time I go. I noticed recently that he seemed very rushed, as if he was over booked for the day and needed to get to the next person (I'm usually only in there for 15 min max, not a very needy patient)... however he gave good treatment/advice/was very friendly. This past visit, however, I saw a different NP and I had the worst experiance I've ever had in my 16 years of seeing endochrinologists for my diabetes. She actually NEVER looked at my blood sugar readings, not one. She didn't even ask me how much insulin I was injecting, did not ask me about what I was eating, or anything that would be pertinant to a office visit for a type 1 diabetic. The visit lasted no longer than 5 minutes and she circled lab work she wanted me to have done. For all she knew, I could have never taken a blood sugar (I do 4+ readings/day). I will now be looking for a more thorough practice. Insurance:United Healthcare 10/24/11	3	3	2
88	0	I initially met with the doctor but once I was stabilized I was handed off to a PA. My husband who was diagnosed with thyroid cancer was only able to see a PA. As scary as the diagnosis was, it was very disconcerting to be told when we asked to see and discuss his options with the person with MD after his name, Dr. Rees-Jones, that we would have to make an appointment and wait the 6 or so weeks it would take to wait until we could see him. We have both since changed doctors. 8/4/11	3	3	2
88	0	I was referred to RJ in 2004 when I was suffering from Graves Disease and *very* ill. I had a stack of books with me on our first visit - his attitude was like..."not another informed patient".. would I be trouble? He said there are no alternatives to drugs, surgery or nuking you. I never saw him again, but saw his NP Amy, who was genuinely warm, caring, and tried her best. At least she always ordered FT3, FT4, but unfortunately relied on TSH to medicate me. I was on PTU for a few months then asked for a CBC and told that it would mean I'd have to cut out or nuke my thyroid. Stupidly, I had it removed and the aftermath was really terrible! I almost went blind and gained 40# in 3 months. Since then I found out that most thyroid problems are due to lack of iodine and fluoride/bromide toxicity. This knowledge would have saved my thyroid. I fired RJ 12/2010 and see Dr Kayta Meier who is getting my meds to a level where I feel better. For better care see stopthethyroidmadness dot com 3	3	3	3
88	-1	Dr.Rees-Jones office is focused on generating revenue rather than helping patients. First they do not accept credit cards for co-pays as a convenience to their customers. They will only speak to you directly when you are there for your paid visit. They do not call you with lab results, even if they've swung drastically. This is because you do not have a co-pay associated with the discussion. I would consider lab results from a visit included in that visit!! Additionally, you will never see the doctor - they have a number of NPs they encourage you to see so they don't have to pay an encdocrinologists salary, but they do get to collect specialist rates from their patients even though they're not even seeing a doctor, much less a specialist. 5280s sytem of selecting best doctors is seriously flawed in not considering patient feedback. When I tried to provide feedback to Tammy she hung up on me because they are not trying to help people - they just want your money. Insurance:United Healthcare 12/23/10	1	2	1
88	1	I almost cancelled based on the other reviews. Glad I didn't. He was fantastic and when I questioned the ability to see him directly, he said no problem and wrote on my chart that I was to only see him, no nurse practitioners. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, kind, funny and I am almost giddy about the results he is certain I can acheive. Bottom line, ask for what you need from him and he will accomodate you. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
88	1	While the staff could be more friendly and less robotic, I cannot say enough about Dr. Robert Rees-Jones himself. He has given me my life back! Over a period of several months he has come up with the correct dosage for my thyroid meds and I feel alive again! I am stating to lose weight and I must credit him for all of my success! I highly recommend him to anyone suffering from thyroid disease. Insurance:Aetna	3	3	5	5
88	-1	The negative reviews are right on, and I really don't have anything else to add - especially since I am *still* exhausted due to the ineffective "treatment" I received from this practice. Do not waste your time or your health on this place! Insurance:Anthem	1	1	1	1
88	-1	This office doesn't follow through with goals set in first appointment. I have been driving over an hour each way to see this doctor for over to years. He stated in my first appointment that he would schedule if office appointments every other visit since I was commuting such a long distance. I have never been able to see the doctor again only is PA Amy. After two years they have made no improvement on how I feel. At my last appointment (after an hour drive to get there) I was seen by Amy for less than 5 minutes. If you are looking for quick with no results this is the place for you. Insurance:CIGNA	3	4	1	1
88	-1	My experience with the provider was very bad. He does not return a phone call to a patient in distress, he is certainly not a provider who seems to really care about the patient or their symptons. In my experience, both he and his para-professional staff make many errors on which they make a diagnosis, and then refuse to acknowledge their errors. I really feel sorry for his patients and hope they can educate themselves to find a better and more sincere provider and a more careful medical practice. Insurance:GHI	1	3	1	1
88	-1	I fired this doctor after 6+ months of "treatment" for hyperthyroidism - mostly from his unhelpful PAs. He had the nerve to tell my chemist husband (in front of me) that his extensive knowledge of thyroid disease backed by published clinical research wasn't worth his time. Rees-Jones wouldn't even address BASIC questions about peer-reviewed, published clinical research trials we pressed him on; he couldn't believe that we had done our own legitimate research to learn more about my disease and had found credible alternatives to his proposed and clearly ineffective course of treatment. I moved on to a new doctor who acknowledges Thyroid System Dysfunction as a real disease and sees me personally - and promptly - EVERY TIME I VISIT. I couldn't be happier now! Don't waste your time, find yourself another doctor. Insurance:Aetna 9/24/09	1	1	1
88	-1	Exremely unfeeling and heartless doctor who pretends to care about you. You wait 6 months to see this delicate genius -- he spends 5 minutes with you -- you are charged $150. But that's not the worst of it. I went to him to be treated with T3 supplement to my T4 regieme for hypothyroidism. (He's supposedly famous for treating people with this combination of medicines and no other endocrinologist in the state will prescribe T3.) After 4 years and much suffering and begging, I finally was put on Armour Thyroid, which has made me feel so much better. But that had to do with my persistence, not Dr. Rees-Jones or his staff's genuine concern or helpfulness toward me. I could go on and on about these people masquerading as healers. They are everything that's wrong with our health care system. 1	1	1	2
88	1	Dr. Rees-Jones and his nurse practitioners are awesome. I saw him initially and have been followed by his NP's. They are clearly trained in Endocrinology and follow the same principles that he does. If you can't get in with him, you will get the same care with them! Highly recommend this practice! 88	0	All the most recent comments are true! He may have been a top doc at one time but who would know when you are not allowed to see him and the staff are like gatekeepers refusing to let you see him (because they don't think you need to). Nothing is timely even trying to talk to the PA's assistant takes all day. I had the same situation where I wanted to see the actual doc (am an est pt) because I was having prob and they want to put me 3 mo out and cx my earlier appt with the PA- can't have two appts on the books- give me a break! My questions are met with resistance and I am made to feel like I am the prob even though my numbers show me to be overmedicated and I feel awful. Insurance:United Healthcare	1	5	3	3
88	0	The other negative comments posted below are so true! I have been a patient of RJ for two yrs. and only got to see him on the first appt. After that you are referred to NP's! Last fall, I was getting off some unrelated meds and mentioned to the NP my concern. She told me not to worry and set a 6 mo. follow up. In a couple of months I was having many physical symptoms & depression. Went in for a blood test and was told my TSH numbers were fine. I pushed for an appointment (1 1/2 months later) and another NP said that my TSH was high! NO kidding! They chose not to listen to me and my symptoms. The original 6 mo. appt. was now coming up and I wanted to add an actual appt. with RJ to get his opinion of my deteriorating health. He was booking out three months and if I did book an appt. then, I would have to cancel the upcoming appt. with his NP. Considering my symptoms, he and his office did not call or contact me. Despite my struggles, not even a call from RJ. I am moving on! Insurance:United Healthcare	2	5	3	2
88	1	The service has been great in this office, from the staff, assistant, and Dr Reese-Jones. He explains matters well and has a good manner about him. 88	-1	Ever heard of the "bait & switch" technique to sell cars or other items? You get lured in with the promise of just what you are looking for only to find out they don't have it and then you get talked into buying something similar but not as good? That is what happens to 100's of patients at this office. Dr. RJ will tell you just what you need to hear and then you will be forced to see Nurse Practitioners who ignore what he told you. Dr. RJ is pompous, does all the talking (it is a total "script" he tells to almost every patient) and doesn't listen. I had this experience and so have two of my friends so I can speak from personal comparisons of how we were treated. Don't be fooled by how smooth Dr. RJ sounds. You will be asked to spend at least a year coming to his office and most likely will only see Nurse Practitioners. Bryan Goree is the worst NP so if you have to go here, avoid him! I truly wish I could say something positive but I can't. A waste of time while my health deteriorated. 1	1	1	1

88	1	I was referred to Rees-Jones over 10 years ago. I became dissatisfied when they dropped my dosage too low so I stopped going. My GP wouldn't treat my thyroid (it's fine) so I went back to Rees-Jones. Of course it wasn't OK - I was super hypo. I typically see Tammy (NP) because I request her. I'm sure if I wanted to see the doc, I could. My only complaint is the medical community keeps lowering (raising?) the TSH limit & now the doc won't increase my dosage of Levoxyl. In fact, they always wants to lower it. I wish Tammy would put my dose back to where it was 3 years ago. That worked GREAT for me, but what do I know? I'm no doc OR nurse practitioner. 88	1	I started seeing one of Dr. Rees-Jones' nurse practioners and she is wonderful. I have never felt better. After discovering that I was misdiagnosed 3 years ago, they were willing to work with me and got me feeling better than I ever thought I could. I'm so glad I decided to go! 5	5	5	5
88	1	I SWITCHED TO HIM FROM ANOTHER ENDOCRINOLOGIST AND VERY HAPPY I DID. HE NOT ONLY IS EXCEPTIONAL KNOWLEDGABLE BUT THE NICEST DOCTOR I HAVE MET. HE IS CARING AND GIVES HIS ALL., 5	5	5	5
88	1	Dr Rees-Jones is wonderful. I have seen him for two years. He is the only doctor who has been able to successfully treat my hypothyroidism. He is prompt and his staff is also knowledgeable and helpful. 5	4	5	5
88	0	Caution that you don't catch Dr. Robert Rees Jones on a bad day. His staff said he was having a bad few weeks. This does not give the right to a doctor to treat a patient in the manner he did or an exuse. Insurance:Aetna	5	1	1	4
88	-1	I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for several years now. When I saw Dr. Rees-Jones I was really struggling to get through my days. I was too exhausted to get out of bed and I was suffering from a long list of other symptoms. The first time I saw him I liked him but unfortunately every visit after that my opinion of him sunk further down. He would say all of the “right” things – things I expected to hear from a doctor about how my hypothyroidism should be treated – that he treats patients based on symptoms and that my free T3 and free T4 should be in the upper part of the normal range. Then my lab results would come back and he would refuse to make any adjustments to my medications despite my low free T3 and free T4 and my horrible hypo symptoms. He preached one thing but practiced another. I was severely under-medicated and I was suffering! After losing two years of my life to this man, I changed doctors, had my thyroid medicine upped significantly and now I feel terrific. Insurance:United Healthcare	4	3	1	1
88	1	I have been hypothyroid for years. For the last three years I went to my GP with symptoms of exhaustion, muscle pain and depression and 'brain fog'. He tested my T4 levels and sent me home with the 'within normal limits' assessment. Knowing something was wrong, I found Dr. Rees-Jones on my own. He tested my T3 AND T4 levels, and said my T3 levels were as low as any he's ever seen. He's added three small pills daily to my meds, and I feel GOOD again! SO easy! He's always on time, courteous, listens, and most importantly, has taken the time to get my levels in balance and my health back! To imagine I 'lost' 3 years of my life with my young children, feeling awful, simply because no one would test my T3 levels. And as HE says, this is not rocket science! I give his card to everyone I know with thyroid problems. 5	5	5	5
88	1	Dr Rees-Jones is the most helpful, understanding, caring doctor I have ever been to. He has worked with me on my Type 2 diabetes and is helping me achieve my goals. I alway feel very good after my appointment with him. And contrary to the woman who's husband was released as a patient,I feel he has more ethics than anyone that I have been to. I agree with the person right before me... It must have been you! Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
88	1	Dr. Rees-Jones is among the best of the best. he has been my endocrinologist since 1994. He is brilliant, honest and actually has a sense of humor. He goes out of his way to work with me on issues that most diabetics don't have. I don't trust many doctors but Dr. Rees-Jones is the exception to that rule. I trust him with my life. <br> To the person that posted the message on 10/25/07. There are only a couple of things that could get you kicked off his service - continuing non-compliance with his requests, lying to him about important issues, etc. Sorry but he didn't get rated as one of the Top Docs in Denver by 5280 magazine for 9 years running by treating people badly. I have to assume it was you, not him. Insurance:Anthem	5	4	5	5
88	0	This doctor is unethical beyond belief!!! After years of seeing him, my husband was "fired" from Rees-Jones' practice for no disclosed reason. (We did NOT owe him money.) We were not informed that my husband was being cut out of the practice until the day of a very serious emergency (a stroke and heart attack). When we requested to know why, we were told, "I find giving reasons non-productive." We have reported this physician to the Board of Medical Examiners, the Medical Ethics Committee, the American Medical Association, and the American Diabetic Association. I have never experienced such a breach of medical ethics -- patient abandonment! We have an appointment with a new endocrinologist, but could not get one until several months from now. In the interim, Rees-Jones has REFUSED to refill my husband's prescriptions for insulin, test strips, or anything else. He is contemptible. He may be knowledgeable about endocrinology but he knows nothing about ethics or human relations!! 3	1	1	4
88	1	Huge patient load, unfortunate long wait times sometimes, but once you get in, GREAT Doc! Really knows his stuff and is committed to helping you achieve your goals. Tough sometimes to see him and not one of his PAs. Sometimes a bit rushed, you might get 15 mins with him if you're lucky. Insurance:United Healthcare 3	4	5

88	1	Absolutely the most incredible endocrinologist around and the best doctor for diabetics in the country. I don't even live in Colorado but wouldn't think about treating an endocrinology problem without first consulting with Dr. Rees-Jones. And to top it off, he's one of the nicest, most caring people I have ever met. 5	5	5

91	1	I had a full tummy tuck, muscle repair, lipo and breast augmentation performed by Dr. R in June. I am incredibly happy with the results. Dr. Raskin and his staff made me feel completely comfortable and their follow up was amazing. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Raskin to all my friends. 5	4	5	5
91	1	Dr. Raskin did an amazing job on my augmentation. I am beyond happy. His staff was great and he personally called me the evening of my sugery to make sure I was doing well. I highly recommend him 5	5	5	5
91	1	I had an amazing experience with Dr. Raskin. From the minute I attended the free consultation, Dr Raskin and his amazing staff made me feel immediately at home. This was not my first consultation but it was the first and only doctor that I felt comfortable and had the experience and knowledge that I was looking for. I had a tummy tuck in October and Dr. Raskin has greatly exceeded expectations. I was very nervous on the day of my surgery but Dr Raskin was smiling and relaxed and it made me relaxed, too. His follow-up goes above and beyond. Not only did he check in with me during the first few days, he came in on a Saturday just to remove the drains. In addition, his office staff knows everyone on a first name basis. In fact, my name is often mispronouced but his staff is so friendly and caring that they see you as person---not a dollar sign. They've gotten my name right every time. I highly recommend this doctor. 5	5	5	5
91	-1	After researching a couple of doctors and not really having too strong of a pull to go to one or the others, I chose Dr. Raskin. I had my procedure, and afterwards had complete numbness in one nipple. Dr. Raskin was very arrogant in the way that he explained that it would not be permanent and in his history, he had only had one "dead nipple." I have had pain issues ever since and when I called during the first few months after, I was told by his staff that the nerves were still settling and that I did not need to come in. They would not make me an appointment unless there was a "problem." I have since seen other doctors for consultations to have them redone, and it is apparent that there is nerve damage, they were not properly placed under the muscle, and I am bottoming out. I am getting ready to spend almost double what I paid to Dr. Raskin to have them re-done. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone. I feel that his bedside manner is terrible and his after care is even worse. 10/19/11	2	3	1
91	1	I got my 1st augmentation over 10 years ago and have since had 3 ruptures. Dr Raskin, Sandy, and the crew have been very helpful each and every time and best of all he's worked with the $ the implant co gave for the replacement surgery. Most other surgeons will charge you on top of that. He has told me many times how sorry he is that I've had to deal w/ so much w/ my implants. He is a caring Doctor and I've never had any problems with him, his wife, or staff since 1999. 5	4	5	5
91	1	Dr. Raskin is an excellent surgeon. I had a breast reduction a year and a half ago and I am thrilled with the results. I interviewed three surgeons before selecting Dr. Raskin to do my surgery. He is very professional, compassionate and understanding. His office staff is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Raskin. 5	5	5	5
91	1	I am now two years out from augmentation done by Dr Raskin. I healed very quickly with no complications. R is a little higher, but that could be because I'm right handed. Dr Raskin was responsive and personable. I would recommend him to friends. 5	5	5	5
91	1	I had an appointment with Dr. Raskin a few months ago and had to wait about 30 mins and then his wife talked to me for another hour before I even got to see him. She was nice but half the things she said didn't even have any relevance to the consult. When he did finally come in she was pretty distracting to him and I felt uncomfortable. I just don't think it is very professional to have his wife trying to help in the consults. There were other people who worked there but I am not sure what they did? everyone was friendly but I decided to go with another Dr. which I was more comfortable with his office practices for my breast enlargement. 4	3	3	4
91	1	I had breast implants by Dr. Tasking and I love the whole process was so easy and his staff was really nice too. I got his name from a friend and I am grateful I found him. 5	5	5	5
91	-1	I had surgery five years ago with Dr. Raskin. He was very nice I had gone to several consultations with other doctors and decided to use him for my elective surgeries. Which was a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. I had the surgery and a few weeks after my right breast was much lower than my left.I started research and from everywhere I read it appeared that my implant "bottomed out." I went back to him telling him I wasn't very happy with the result. He told me that since it was just my husband and I that saw it that it really shouldn't matter. I was willing to pay the fee for the facility to have it fixed. He also told me that it was because I have thick pectorial muscles and had me touch his wifes pectorial muscle to prove how much bigger mine was than hers. To me that should have been determined before surgery. Now I have permanent numbness in that breast. According to the other plastic surgeon its because of how the implant has come out of the pocket and pressed on the nerve. 4	4	2	2
91	1	What an outstanding doctor! Dr. Raskin and his staff were wonderful to work with. The whole experience was remarkably simple and stress-free. I am sure his years of experience helped me feel at ease. I am 100% happy with my breast augmentation and highly recommend him to one and all! 5	5	5	5
91	1	I am 5 days post-op from a breast augmenation and mini tummy tuck with everything going great. I was not rushed in to anything and the staff, including Dr Raskin, was very helpful with everything from the start. Any questions I had were answered to the fullest and to my satisfaction. I came in to his office expecting to have to get a breast lift and after a thorough explanation was informed that I did not need one. Dr Raskin looks at your current body frame, what your expectations/needs are and then works with you to get where you want to be. Even now that I am post-op, if there are any questions I am encouraged to call in and ask. I would suggest Dr Raskin to anyone. I could not have asked for a better experience. 5	4	5	5
91	1	Dr. Raskin performed a breast reduction & reconstruction on me in 1992. He was very realistic explaining outcomes and tempered my expectations. I have seen other similar surgeries-- as the years pass breasts are not always equal in nipple placement, roundness, etc. Mine have turned out so well that every mammographer comments on how great they healed and ask who was my surgeon in order to recommend him to others. They would know. I personally don't like how the breast tissue healed under my arms (and I tell friends to specifically ask for lipo in this area), but if the mammographers think it looks good, I'll shut my mouth and be grateful. 91	-1	Went in to see this Dr. because he was the stand-in Dr. for mine who is on permanent sabatical. My complaints were very direct. MY IMPLANTS HURT AND ARE SHRINKING. Within 2 minutes Depression was the diagnosis...in addition by the end of the visit I was also given a possible secondary diagnosis of Collagen Vascular Disease all symptoms with the disease identical to leaking implants & implants that are ladin with mold and bacteria. He stated that an auto immune issue may be the culprit as well. After leaving the office FUMING and insulted I returned home to look up the implants and any problems ever associated with them. I was SHOCKED to read that every symptom I had was identical to others who had needed bacteria-ladin implants removed leaking or not. I have been sick almost a year and to have someone w/ no medical history on me poo-poo me like that and dismiss everything I communicated in that manner was beyond ridiculous. Only Consult With If You Have No INTELLIGENCE. 4	5	1	1
91	1	Dr. Raskin has excellent credentials and it shines through in his work. I am VERY impresseed and pleased with the outcome of my breast augmentation and all the follow up care. He is the best surgeon in Colorado Springs in my opinion. I highly reccomend Dr. Raskin, and his personable staff. 5	5	5	5
91	1	I had a breast augmentation with the doctor. Not only is he an extremely talented surgeon, he is an intelligent, competent dr. I would recommend him to any one interested in breast surgery. He has a very friendly and helpful staff too. 5	5	5	5
91	-1	I was referred to this physician for a consultation regarding reconstructive facial surgery resulting from a distant car accident. I was in tears by the time I left his office. I tried to tell him that I was interested in the way my face would appear after the surgery but he seemed disinterested. He left the examination room, commenting that I should follow him. By the time I got out of the chair and into the hallway, he was gone and I had to track him down to his office. He was searching through surgery books and showed my pictures of unfortunate individuals that had experienced horrendous burns to their faces, indicating that I should not expect results any better than their's. While in his office, he called another doctor and ranted about having to do "insurance work" because of the low reimbursement rate. I have been treated by 4 other professional, courteous, caring plastic surgeons who worked hard to improve my appearance. I guess this doctor would rather work with nose jobs. 4	4	1	3
91	-1	This doctor needs to learn how to related better to his patients. I felt he wasn't a good listener and more old school in the sense of "I know better what's best for you." In the end I had to see another doctor to get the second opinion I required. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. 1/26/07 3	1
92	1	He is a good Doctor..does very thorough exams...but I may have to stop taking my kids there because of his sales pitch/guilt trips about buying glasses from him. (Which are way over priced.)Last time I refused to buy glasses from him he tracked me down in the parking lot. So embarrassing. We went straight to Walmart Vision and got a complete pair of glasses with transitions lenses for $125. 3	5	3	4
93	0	When I made the appointment, I didn't ask for Dr. Reistad specifically, I told the receptionist what I needed to be seen for and she scheduled me with him. He acted as though I was wasting his time and told me I just needed to see an optometrist. I wanted to get punctal plugs and he didn't want to put them in, he wanted on of the optometrists to do it. When he finally put on of the puntal plugs in, he put it in too far and made it sound like it was my fault. Insurance:United Healthcare	4	3	1	4
93	1	This doctor has one of the best personalities of any MDs ever - he has always been very courteous and helpful as well as punctual. I have seen Dr. Reistad many times for botox and have always been more than pleased with the results. His bed side manner is top notch. 5 stars all the way!! Highly recommended!!! 5	5	5	5
93	1	He is unreliable in contacting other doctors even if it is important. I waited an hour past appt time to see him, and he prescribed medications I was allergic to that I told him I was (he said everything was fine) and refused to prescribe different meds when I called him even though the infection it caused has landed me in the hospital before, so I had to call a different doctor in order to get them, since I was too far away to come to an appointment. I can't speak for his ability as a surgeon (I am told in that area he is good), because I fired him before I got to that point, but in all other areas, I wouldn't recommend him. 4	1	3	4

95	-1	Do not go to Dr Resig. He is rude, spends no time with you, and after he leaves you injured with more issues after surgery than when you went in, he will not do anything to help. He should not be a doctor and this facility should be shut down. All around terrible doctor, staff, and facility. DO NOT SEE RESIG! 1	1	1	1
95	1	As an orthopedic nurse of 22+ years, Dr. Resig is one of the best ortho surgeons I have had the pleasure to meet. And even as an overweight individual who was allowed to put NO weight on my broken leg for 6 weeks, he worked with me as other symptoms developed in my non-affected side due to complication of having to bear all my weight on one side of my body. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I am very, very blessed to have him on call when I fell down 16 stairs which resulted as one of the worst break (largest breaks) he has seen. Thank you Dr. Resig. You and your staff are wonderful (especially his PA--Jarod, he is very, very knowledgeable and compassionate. Thanks to all for your key role in my recovery. 95	1	My 8 year old daughter saw Dr. Reuse after an injury to her ankle. He did the surgery and so far so good. When we saw Dr. Resig in his office for a follow up visit, he was very kind and helpful. My daughter was upset and scared and Dr. Resig came in and was very calm and patient with my daughter. When her put her cast on, he was also very patient as my 8 year old changed her mind several times about the color of her cast. 5	5	5	5
95	1	Dr. Resig was courteous and knowledgeable. He suggested a non-surgical remedy to try which has worked! Another doctor's surgery ten years had failed due to re-injury and I hoped to avoid more surgery. I am thankful to Dr. Resig and would recommend him. Insurance:Medicare	4	4	5	5
95	-1	NEVER, EVER go Dr. Scott Resig for your orthopedic care. Over two years have past since he attempted to fix my foot. Instead, it's worse now than it was before I broke my foot. I went back several times after the surgery still unable to walk right and chronic pain and he didn't do anything, nothing. So now my foot is severely deformed and the ONLY was to fix my foot is to completely rebuild my foot and have several more extensive surgeries. He doesn't have a clue what he is doing! 95	-1	Dr Scott Resig is an arrogant, rude physician. I went to see him due to pain in my knee. He was in disbelief that I actually had pain. After multiple visits he finally ordered an MRI on my knee reveling damage. He then performed a surgery to repair. His billing office coded the procedure incorrectly and insurance would not pay. So they billed me. His office continued to resubmit over and over and sending me bill for amounts due each time. I just received another on today and called cigna and they have finally closed the case. However I ended up with another 170.00 due. Resig was always late for appoints or usually brushed me off to his PA. He is probably very good however his rude attitude makes him a poor choice of doctors. Insurance:CIGNA	4	1	1	3
95	0	Spent two hours in the waiting room. Sometimes this is a good sign, because the doc spends too much time with his patients. Not the case. Dr. Resig asked no questions about my injury & seemed bothered that I tried describing the symptoms. I was in & out with a cortisone shot. Absolutely no analysis, or care. This is clearly a man trying to make money as quickly as possible. Not that it matters much, but his staff at the front desk were apathetic & rude. Insurance:Anthem	1	1	3	2
95	1	Dr Resig was very helpful. I had a problem with my foot for almost 7 years. I had gone to other ortho doctors who were very dismissive of my condition. Dr Resig was the only Dr who took me seriously. He found a rare cyst in my foot and removed it. I knew it would be a successful proceedure, but I had no idea how well I would be taken care of. The surgery has improved my quality of life tremendously. I recommend Dr Resig to friends and family all the time. Insurance:Humana	5	5	5	5
95	1	I went to Dr. Resig after another orthopedic surgeon diagnosed my ankle fracture as a sprain because he could not be bothered to examine me or look at my x-rays, and after his partner wanted to immediately operate. Dr. Resig examined my ankle, took new x-rays and reviewed them with me and answered all my questions. He did not believe there was any need for surgery. Now 2 months later, and a lot of physical therapy, my ankle is well on the road to recovery - thanks to Dr. Resig; no thanks to my 2 Boulder orthopods. I can't thank him enough. I still have issues with my foot surgery he did 1 yr ago and may have to have another, BUT it won't be by Dr. Resig again. Very cold to his patients and not knowledgable. 99	-1	"Doctor" Ravin works in his home basement. He performed prolotherapy on my hip and went in blind- no flouroscopy, ultrasound, anything. It was EXCRUCIATING. He and his nurse told me I was the first patient that hadn't screamed through the procedure (I am NOT exaggerating!). It hurt so bad I wanted to die. I was told this was because they have to go through your sciatic nerve with the needle to get to the joint. I threw up immediately after the procedure from pain. Only afterwards did I find out from other doctors that that is not only completely unncessesary, but could cause permenant nerve damage. I have since seen Dr. Centeno in Broomfield (well worth the hour drive for me), and he does his procedures under running x-ray and they do NOT hurt at all! No one should go to Tom Ravin. EVER. No one should have to go through what I did. He was a nice enough guy, but should never be allowed to practice on patients. 5	5	1	1
100	-1	Horrible experience. Awful manners. Dishonest. Rude staff. Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Lost instructions from my dentist, so he just did what he wanted and tried to charge for work he didn't even do. Lost my xrays my plate. Never accepted responsibility for all the mistakes made by himself and his staff. Awful. Incompetent group of people. 1	1	1	1
