1	1	Thank you Dr. Fische for helping me with my probs. You listened when others wouldn't. You are an incredible person, caring, kind and thorough. Insurance:Aetna	5	5	5	5
2	1	I saw Foa for several years. I agree his bedside manner is not the best & I believed he was out to help the patient. Yes he got to the root of my prob. only, after I persisted. He didn't seem to think I had many symptoms but I always came out having the prob. (way 2many2 describe). So i believed he was taking care of me, until i really needed him in a crisis & I became another statistic. I felt like he truly didn't care & only wanted his Apt $$$. It truly hurt. Doubt I will ever go back to Foa after years of seeing him. I just became a number. 4	4	3	4
2	1	Very knowledgeable and thorough. Noticed things other doctors didn't - or at least pointed them out to me as he was explaining my symptoms. Got to the bottom of my problem (cervical stenosis) without delay. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	4	5	5
2	1	Very helpful and knowledgable on severe RLS, Current with everything I have been able to find on the net regarding this disease Insurance:United Healthcare	4	4	5	5
2	1	I am a little torn on evaluating Dr. Foa. He seems very black and white and doesnt seem to care much for "chit-chat" and is quick to steer conversation back on topic which I guess makes his "bedside manor" poor but I think he cares. He is just hard to read. He is not much for going into the minutia of my disease (MS) just a therapy program. He appears a little stand-offish. So if you are looking for a warm and fuzzy Neurologist, Dr. Foa is not for you but if you are OK with a doctor that "cuts to the chase" then he might be fine for many. I cant fairly evaluate his knowledge but I am of the opinion that his knowledge far exceeds his friendliness. 5	4	3	4
2	1	I saw doctor while in hospital that caused me to be paralyzed from the neck down. This doctor helped me from day one and still sees me. He consulted with many other doctors about my problem and now I have regained just about all function back. I know he is very knowledgeable about his specialty. 5	5	5	5
2	-1	I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis. He did not give me a thorough examination. He declared me able to work even though I suffer from extreme fatigue and weakness w/ lack of hand coordination. He wouldn't discuss anything with me. Doesn't think that ms can equal disability. Treated me like crap, I think because I was on Medicaid. WILL NOT go see him again!!!! He was very demeaning and condesending. I am very disappointed. Insurance:Medicaid / Medi-Cal 2	1	1
3	1	Awesome surgeon, great doctor. I was in for prostate surgery on one day, home the next. I never needed any pain meds, and the recovery of all my functions is proceeding quite smoothly and speedily. Insurance:Anthem	5	5	5	5
3	1	Dr. Fagelson and his staff were professional, clear on the implications of my surgery (both pro/con), had outstanding follow up and the surgery went well beyond expectations. I would recommend Dr. James Fagelson to anyone who is looking for a Urologist. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
4	1	Chronic daily migraines are a difficult disease to treat, since you have to try a number of medications and lifestyle changes before you find a combination that works. You really need to have a doctor who will invest in you over time without getting frustrated or making you feel guilty for not responding to his or her recommendations. The thing I appreciate most about Dr. Feldman is that he himself suffers from migraines, and so his understanding for how debilitating they are is such a welcome relief. He is the most knowledgeable and professional neurologist I've been to in the last 30 years. He keeps up with the latest developments in the field, and is always able to offer alternatives when particular medications don't work. My migraines are triggered by so many things and tend to change over time, so it's imperative that I have a neurologist who specializes in this area.I can't say enough good things about Dr. Feldman. I always leave his office feeling more hopeful about my life. 5	5	5	5
4	1	Dr. Feldman helped my wife a great deal in coping with a long history of migraine headaches. He believes in treeating the causes rather than just the pain. The result has been a significant reduction in the number and severity of the headaches. Insurance:Medicare	4	4	4	4
4	-1	I did not see Dr. Feldman , I saw the other doctor in his office, Dr. Graesser. I can say the office staff was unhelpful, dismissive and borderline rude. Your appointment will be on time, but that is because patients go so quickly in and out of this office, like cattle. Expect to see at least 5 other patients in the waiting room at all times. These reviews sum up Dr. Graesser:http://www.vitals.com/doctor/profile/1063568681quite accurately. I am posting this in the hopes that Dr. Feldman the senior doctor of the practice sees this. 1	5	1	1
5	1	This guy is great. He's intelligent, gentle, and thorough. I've never gone to a dentist office and had the dentist spend so much time with me... usually you see the hygienist for 99% of the time and see the dentist for may 45 seconds. Not with Dr. Fiscus... he gave me a thorough exam and was happy to answer all my questions (and I ask a lot of questions). He's especially great for college students and people with disabilities or handicaps as I've heard he's quite flexible with rates. I have always hated going to the dentist, but I don't mind going to this place at all. The facilities are modest, but comfortable and the equipment is modern and well kept. The location is great - the building has actually won at least one award for its architecture. If you're looking for a dentist in Boulder, esp. in north Boulder, do consider Dr. Fiscus. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
6	-1	Misdiagnosed me. Possible malpractice. Stomach tube caused a blockage he couldnt diagnose for 3 weeks. I dropped from 178lbs to 125. I almost died until we fired him and the next surgeon had me on the operating table 10 hours later. While I was on the hall he had two other cases with abseses. STAY AWAY from this arrogant man. 7	-1	I've always had good teeth. I went to Dr. Filter because I was new to town. After a routine exam, x-rays and cleaning, she informed me that I needed $3000 worth of surgery, which included crowns and a bone graft. I scheduled another appointment with her but then heard that two previous patients had suffered intolerable pain and damage to their mouths after she'd worked on them--one patient said she'd suffered so much trauma at the hands of Dr. Filter, she'd gone to a therapist for a year before she could make herself return to another dentist. I then made an appointment for a second opinion. The second dentist found NO evidence of me needing crowns or a bone graft, and he felt that any surgery on my mouth would have been detrimental, seeing as I was in no pain and had no problems whatsoever to report. In adition he showed me that the x-rays provided by Filter were so hazy she could not have accurately diagnosed any problems. When I canceled with Filter, I was verbally abused. 5	1	1
8	1	In all honesty, Dr. Fedele is the best Doc I have ever had. I have a chronic pain issue and have needed alot of care the past few years and she has impressed me time and again with the care I have received from her. I have been sitting at home with my wife on a Tuesday night around 8:30 pm and she has just called out of the blue and said, " I was just sitting here thinking about you and wanted to make sure you are ok, is there anything you need from me, or anything that I can do for you, to make you more comfortable with my pain levels, and or my treatment. When I go in for an office visit she listens, and you can tell she is paying attention, some DOc's read your file and half listen while you are talking, with Doc Fedele she pays attention to what you say, and she cares. I can not say enough good about her! Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente	5	5	5	5
9	1	Front office extremely knowledgable about insurance. Office very modern. Great information . very nice hygentist Insurance:Delta Dental	5	5	5	5
10	1	This guy is very good at what he does, very detailed, takes his time to talk with you and be sure that you do not have any questions. He is obviously well seasoned at this and it shows. I only wish I could have him as my Doctor as well as my babies Doc! Very highly reccommended! 4	5	5	5
10	1	This is an excellent Doctor. Very thorough. 5	5	5
11	1	The doctor is prompt and professional, but his staff is extrewmely slow to respond to prescription refill requests. 1	4	4	4

11	1	Interested in patient's condition, orders the right tests. Isn't dismissive of patient's condition and doesn't blow it out of proportion. Fox's staff call with test results in a timely fashion. 5	4	4
12	1	Dr. Flanigan, has always been attentive and caring to me, even when I see him outside the office. He saved me from an unnecessary surgery that others had recommended, so I really liked that! My experience with him goes back over twenty years, and he's always been great and I highly recommend him. Insurance:Anthem	5	5	5	5
12	-1	This man is very rude, he needs to learn that he cannot treat people like there idiots. I would not recommend this doctor! 3/4/09	3	1	1
12	1	As of 2008, we have been with Dr. Flanigan for 18 years. During that time he has treated our family with great care. I can't believe the other comment talking about his bedside manner not being good. He has been excellent to all of us! 4	2	5	5
12	-1	This physician should look up the word "compassion" in the dictionary. I don't think he has a caring bone in his body. A doctor should be helpful towards his patients. I hope when this doctor needs medical attention he receives better care than he gives. 1	1	1	1
13	1	Dr. Faircy is a kind, efficient, knowledgeable physician who is highly skilled in his trade. He's a 5+! Insurance:Anthem	5	5	5	5
13	-1 3	1	3
13	1	I had prostectomy due to prostate cancer. Dr Faricy genuinely cared about me. Before surgery went to hospital and checked with med-surg nurses who all agreed he was one of best drs to work with. 5	5	5
14	1	He listens very well and asks the right questions. He has been spot on with my problems and I have been much more comfortable and active since following his advice (I'm in my 80s) I had seen many doctors and was getting a little desparate but am doing much better now. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	4	5	5
14	-1	During my checkup I told Dr. Flake that my mother had had melanoma and I was concerned about a new mole I have developed on the back of my thigh. I also showed him a scaly spot that developed on my nose a couple of years ago that never heals. He didn't even look at the one on my though and just told me to keep an eye on them. Insurance:Anthem	3	4	2	2
15	1	I've been going to Dr. Fink for over a year. He was great in getting me a second opinion and helping with my treatment. He asks lots of questions to make sure of how I am feeling in order to made adjustments to my meds together as a team. He's a really nice man too. His staff is great, but the girl at the desk in the office he shares on Wed in Boulder sucks. 4	2	5	5
15	1	I worked with Dr.Fink for about 6 years and he is a very nice man and doctor. From 1990-1996 he worked on my case and he tried extremely hard on a very difficult case such as mine. I admired him for his dedication and perserverance and he was also very congenial. He gave me a much better lifestyle than I would have had on my on. He was also willing to take my case during very difficult times. I feel that he deserves respect for taking on such a difficult case as mine. We worked as a team and he kept me going against almost impossible odds. I really appreciate his hard work while we worked together on my disability. He is a pleasure to work with. Insurance:Humana	5	5	5	5
15	-1	During my visit I felt that I was treated horribly.I would NEVER recommend this doctor to my family and friends. I felt this visit was a complete waste of time and money.Overall I would rate this visit : AWFUL! 1	1	1
16	-1	Independent medical exams are a game, and a perniciously evil one at that. These IME doctors make vast amounts of money, testifying 99 percent of the time on behalf of the defense. They almost always minimize the personal injuries or damages to the plaintiff based upon one-time,15-minute exams. These IME doctors Ie Dr Allison Fall are, if anything, more outlandish than in most other states. The main insurance company defense strategy seems to be to turn to IMEs now more aggressively than ever - so they can find “nothing wrong” with seriously injured accident victims. these doctors use terms like "This patient is a malingerer" no evidence that this Patient is in need of treatment. if you have inform that you would like to send them send it to matt.flener@9news.com Its time we get rid of these Doctors that get rich on false reports. Also I will display my blog site soon showing all the Horrible Doctors that have harmed victims here in Colorado 2/4/11	1	1	1
16	-1	Part of a huge Scam by IME in colorado these group of Doctors file False reports for the Insurance companys so they can deny or delay your treatment. They screw with injured workers Vet and family and don't think its going to end bad one day 1	1	1	1
16	-1	"Independent Medical Examinations" (IMEs) upon which their insurers rely to determine benefits are unfair. Insurance company adjusters typically send claimants to medical examiners who can be counted on to issue reports favorable to the insurer's position. Doctors who routinely side with the company can expect to have an unlimited supply of referrals and can expect an appreciable income flow from their efforts. In Colorado, the practice of certain insurance companies using just a handful of notoriously biased doctors to perform IMEs in auto accident cases became so predictable that those doctors became known by the not-so-affectionate name, "the 'A' Team." Generally, an "A Team" report did not have to be read for one to know its contents and conclusions precisely. one of the members of the "team", a psychiatrist Allison Fall who performed over 200 consecutive auto IMEs in a several-year period, without ever finding a single case in favor of the injured. Insurance:Medicare 12/23/10	1	1	1

18	-1	His office staff, bedside manner, and surgical skills fall short. I was hospitalized three times within a month of delivery all due to his care. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	1	1	1
18	-1	I had a repeat C-Section with my 3rd child and haplhad problems every since! He left my placenta in me I had to return to the hospital to have emergency surgery to remove it I would not reccomend him to anyone I am going in 2 weeks to have the 3rd surgery from his poor poor work that has caused me pain for 4 and a half years. take a word of advice and check with other doctors before going to jeffery fowler. Insurance:Medicaid / Medi-Cal	4	4	1	1
18	-1	I am pregnant and need hormones to sustain the pregnancy and this doctor lead me to believe that he was taking me as a patient and would prescribe the needed medications to me. Four days before I was to run out of estrogen his office informed me that he did not want to help me at all.I am frantic as he has endangered my baby and me. 1	1	1	3
18	1	very knowledgeable and caring. I had a repeat cesarian, and felt very well taken care of.This was almost a year and a half ago and I still have good memories of the experience. 5	4	5	5

20	1	Dr. Ferrell does excellent work! She is very caring and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Her staff is friendly as well. I would highly recommend her. 5	5	5	5
21	1	I've been going to Dr. Ford for over 15 years. Dr. Ford is the best thing that has happened to me. He is extremely knowledgeable and always concerned and helpful. If there is one down side it is his office staff. Reaching the office by phone on the first try practically never happens and it may take hours to get a phone call back. Office staff is not overly friendly. But would never consider changing the terrific care I get from Dr. Ford. Insurance:Anthem	3	5	5	5
21	0	Dr. Ford rushed through every appointment I had with him. He did not take the time to address my concerns or discuss my interest in changing birth control medications. If you are a younger woman, he is likely not a doctor who will be willing to discuss your needs. Insurance:CIGNA	1	4	2	3
21	1	I've been a patient of Dr. Ford's for 23 years, and I hope he never retires! He's patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. He's always punctual, and shows geneuine concern for the patient. I'd highly recommend him. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
21	1	I have seen Dr Ford for 27 years off and on. He only does GYN now so I had to leave for a couple years when pregnant. He has always answered my questions , been pleasant, and I have never had a problem with his office. 4	5	5	5
22	1	I have found Dr. Fairbanks to be both compassionate and knowledgeable. She always takes time to explain the situation to me and helps me to make my own choices. 4	4	5	5
23	-1	This doctor overdosed my botox injections so badly that my injection area sunk in from over-weakness in my muscle. The recommended dose is 360 units and I was given 800 units in one month. Do not recommend Dr. Finn because he sends you to his PA(Dante) and that doesn't get any better. Insurance:Tricare	3	3	1	1
23	1	I'm reading several reviews about the wait time to get an first appoint is difficult but I booked so well in advance that I cannot rate this. I originally booked a month out just for back pain and within that time I had severely ruptured a disk so I was lucky to have had an appoint already. Initially saw him on a thur and sent for a MRI that very day and told that he would call me the next day but found out he's off on fridays so was in extreme pain through the whole weekend. Monday booked spinal epidural but he's so booked up that had to wait 11 more days in pain because he only does injections once a week and he was already booked. My best advice would be to go in prepared with a list of questions because if you want "warm&fuzzy;" you won't get it. He's all business, professional and gets to the point so be prepared. Followup with is PA (Dante) I was question prepared then and he took his time and answered everything.Offic staff very nice. Rating 3* over all. 5	1	3	4

24	1	I look forward to each visit to Paul and Susan's office. Their cheerful staff and nice personalities make my chiropractic appointment a pleasure. They use many advanced technologies and offer affordable services from relaxing massages to dietery supplements. If you are looking for relief from back and neck stiffness or pain, give them a call. No better place in Evergreen to take care of it than Fontana Family Chiropractic. 5	5	5	5
24	1	I no longer have low back pain!!: Drs Fontana (Paul and Susan) have the DRX9000 and it saved my life. I had severe low back pain from a disc problem and the doctors and their staff were awesome. Drs Fontana make the DRX so affordable it was a no brainer to get treated at their clinic. Everywhere else I checked was charging thousands more for the DRX. I not only received DRX treatments, but chiropractic, massage and exercises, and I have never felt better. Thanks again to the Drs. Fontana. 5	5	5	5

29	1	Dr Felix is probably the best doctor our family has had. We are prior military and have moved around a lot, so have had quite a few doctors over the years. Dr. Felix treated my 9 year old son as an individual. He spoke to him about how He was feeling, not me. I could see as their conversation went on, my son began to relax. Dr. Felix treats the patient not the symptom. I would absolutely recommend him! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
30	-1	This Doctor left Ct. very abruptly. He is very difficult, rude and unprofessional. Strange and no compassion for his patients. After he left I was diagnosed with osteoporosis by another Doctor. Stay away from this Doctor if you are smart! 2	2	1	1
31	1	I think Dr. Fahey was great. Didn't have a family doctor and started having problems with my stomach, her office got me in the next day as a new patient, she told me about different tests and what I needed vs. what I could get if I wanted too. Took care of me, got it fixed, and helped me understand what was going on! Insurance:United Healthcare	4	4	5	5
31	-1	I have been Patricia's patient ever since birth, and she just recently switched her office. Her new staff and practitioners are all very unemotional and do not offer very good service. My mother went in for a SCHEDULED appointment and there was a walk-in that got in before my mother! She also does not put that much effort into trying to find out what is wrong with her patients. I've been having dizzy spells for 3 years now and she has not even begun to try to pin-point it. My mother and I are both trying to find a new doctor because of all of this. Insurance:Aetna	1	1	1	2
31	-1	She was my doc years ago, when I went back to her she had no record of me. Her nurse tried to get a blood sample 3 times before calling her in to do it. On my second visit, for a med check, she wanted to remove a mole that she had seen on the first vist, but overlooked. During the removal, her nurse used latex gloves even though it says all over my chart that I'm allergic to latex. she told me that she wold have the biopsy results in two days. five days later she called me at work {Iwork with the public} to tell me that I have stage 4 melenoma, and that someone from the cancer center would be calling me.It was another 10days before the cancer center called me,which leads me to beleave that she did not refer me to them in a timely fashion. My treatment with them has been great and I have been cancer free for a year and a half. I have not had any contact with Dr. Fayhey during this time until I got a collection notice from a seprate agency for $35. This is not the way to treat people. Insurance:United Healthcare 1	1	1

35	1	Dr. Foti is very personable and approachable. He does very good cosmetic surgery. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5
35	0	This doctor is constantly changing and cancelling appointments. His staff even scheduled an appointment and when I called that day to confirm it, had no knowledge of me. Then, we have been scheduled for surgery for a month when they called me and cancelled it, on a Friday past 4pm, and said to call them on Monday. When I brought my son to him, he didn't know if he worked on him or not (cleft lip/palate). Tries to rush the appointments that he does keep. Insurance:Aetna	1	1	3	3
35	-1	Dr. Foti does the bare minimum. I had a breast reduction and suffered major wound separation on both breasts. When I was asked if I was happy with my size, Dr. Foti couldn't care less that I was left too big. He even charged me for an office visit when it was a follow-up appt. 1	1	1	3
35	1	Dr. Foti is the most caring, skillful, dedicated doctor I know. He always answers all your questions whether by phone, letters, or in person. 40	1	Since 1976 when I first told I have maniac depression, I have seen many doctors and had all of them treat me bad. Dr. Fine has changed all that. For the first time I feel like a doctor has all of my best interest at heart. I cant thank him enough. Insurance:Medicaid / Medi-Cal 4/5/12	5	5	5

40	1	Dr. Fine has been so wonderful with my health care. He is a great listener, and gives the best medical advice. He is a true expertise in his field. We definitely need more doctors like him. Doctors that care and are compassionate, just like Dr. Fine. I wish I would have found him sooner. I will always recommend his clinic. 3/6/12	5	5	5
40	-1	Dr Andy Fine runs a poor practice. He is most concerned about getting you in the office so he can charge an office visit...even when you just need an rx for the lab. He's not very knowledgable and not very professional. He does not address problems well and does not resolve. He has poor communication. Stay as far away from him as possible!!! After the 5th or 6th time of hearing this I agreed to see Dr. Fine. First visit he nailed it! Graves Disease, I am not stupid, crazy, nor a drug seeker! I have felt like I have had the flu everyday of my life for I cannot remember how long. He will listen to you! I never knew that such a doctor exsited. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	5	5	5

40	-1	OMG. What the hell just happened. My appointment was on time but that was the end of anything good. The nurse came in to give me a shoot without even explaining what it was foor. The doctor came in and told me to decrease my hb pressure meds that I did not need them. But my pressure is 210/140. Then he yold me to stop seeniong my nephrologist and nerologist that they were just a waste of time. He said he was going to step out and have the nurse do a ekg. I waited in the office 20 min then the nurse bcame back and said oh the doctor aint back and I said no. Then came the crazy. The office lady said oh andy left. I said excuse me are you searous. He did not give me no new meds did not explain what the shoot was for and did not come back like he said he would. He just left right in the middle of the appointment with out saying a word. 40	-1	He does NOT listen to or even ask about symptoms. Runs tests he can charge for. Won't see pts after 10:30am and nurse wont even give him msge. Went to ER with life-threatening symptom and was told by him to not bother with any of the ER's recommended follow-up - SO, ended up in ER again with same life-threatening situation, switched DR and am now being followed by appropriate specialisty. 40	-1	Cliped my toenails, $75.00, insisted I have diabetes, I don't, and never have, after clipping my toenails, he shook hands with another patient, GROSS! did many un-necessary test over a four year period for illnesses I don't have and have never had! I changed to a different doctor because he didn't listen to why I came in, he was convinced that he knows everything, and this patient, at least, knows nothing. (I am 70 years young). Finally, after I saw the sign advertising for new patients, I realized what kind of doctor he is. He runs an assembly line business to generate as much income as possible and to hell with what the patient wants or needs. Insurance:United Healthcare	1	4	1	2
40	-1	Do not see this Dr. I am a nurse and found his annual exam very short and incomplete. He charged me for a test he did not do and refused to take it off. He did not ask any questions about my health. He is only after your money. I do not trust him at all. Sure, you can get into him quickly but that is because he does not spend the time with his patients and probably doesn't have that many. He wants to push them through as fast as he can. Really, you are much better off to find another Dr. even if you have to wait longer. Insurance:CIGNA	1	2	1	1

Insurance:Medicaid / Medi-Cal	3	5	5	5
40	-1	Dr. doesn't listen to my concerns, he seems to know it all. He treats what he wants to, not the serious condition that I came in for. Orders tests only if it benefits him financially. Doesn't provide physical exam results unless you make appt. with HIS nutritionist. Looks for gold in your ears, meaning $75 if he finds any wax. He was rude and blew off the fact that my palatalets in my blood were extremely low, and he refused to take my call on the weekend becaus " It was not an emergency. 40	-1	Doctor did not listen to reasons why we were in the office. Instead he stated we were to return in 2 to 3 weeks in order to get physicals, blood work and other tests. Yet, it was not time for our yearly physicials. Due to his not listening why we were there to see him, we were shuffled from exam room to exam room. He kept seeing other patients during our appointment time (new patient 30 minutes times 2). He saw us for a total of 20 minutes. In response to complaints about arthritis issues, he said to take ibuprofen and tylenol (up to 12 per day each). No other suggestions. He ignored what my husband said and wandered off to treat another patient. No sanitary practices were observed. Getting a prescription for needed meds was next to impossible. Avoid this doctor at all costs. Performed cardiac tests yet gave no reason for doing so. Used unsterile items to examine husband's ear and would not stop when wife attempted to tell him to stop. He is a nice gentle guy, but he expects you to do your part and to take care of yourself, so don't be surprised if you get an earful from him if you do not follow thru with your obligations to take care of yourself. He told me he has a plan to get me well. I was very very ill like I said. He went way out of his way to help me truly cared! I will never ever forget him and his compassion for me as a human being! I witnessed him the same warm-hearted to all of his patients he did not choose whom he liked better. Dr. Fisher did not know my husband was abusive to me I was ill from it. He looked at me as a human being that needed help and care! My husband acted nice in the hospital. Dr. Fisher was the only doctor there that was truly genuine and caring, that I saw! 44	-1	Threw me under the bus on 9/26/11 over the phone! Discharged me as his patient just five-1/2 working days prior to my next appt. Saw him for five months, spent $1,050 for seven appointments, and got 17 prescriptions /refills / samples. He also did not call in a Rx for a medication that I cannot suddenly stop taking — left me hanging. Said he was uncomfortable with my suicidal ideation, but later I learned that it may have more to do with his brother’s case (Dr. Clinton Fouss) and divorce issues within his family of origin. He seems to like his comfort, control, and having his wife’s office next to his. Very angry and frugal – has no staff on his payroll, uses answering service (very impersonal) and online scheduling. $300 for initial and $125 for follow-up, perhaps because his military retirement isn’t enough income. No insurance or medicare. Seems to seek high-end, compliant, non-complex, cash-paying patients. Very overpowering. Still trying to discern if he did more help than harm. 1	2	1	1
44	-1	During our initial and follow up visit, Dr. Fouss appeared to be both professional and caring. However, when I called to have my child's prescription refilled I was told I needed another follow up appointment beforehand. I felt terrible for having forgotten the follow up timeframe, and explained to Dr. Fouss that I would not have the $175 follow up fee for another week, and asked if I could have a refill for ONLY that amount of medication. Dr. Fouss became irrationally aggressive, and informed me that he was not at the "mercy of my money" and that he "had a business to run". He treated me like complete garbage, and even as I apologized, he continued to berate me. No history of missed or cancelled apointments with him, so there was no precedent for this kind of treatment. After I reiterated that I could not come in for another week, he angrily replied that he would refill another 30 days of meds but I would have to find another doctor. As if I would ever return! Please Beware! Insurance:CIGNA	2	5	1	3
44	0	This therapist charges $300 just for an initial consultation, and does not accept any insurance. I gave him a shot as a family member referred me to him. To be fair he is a nice man who seems to do a good job and understands ADD/ADHD. I just feel that he is doing a real disservice to his patients by charging such exhorbitant fees. $300 for initial consult, $150 for follow up 1/2 hour's. Dr. Fouss has a fancy office but no receptionist to answer the phones. You have to play phone tag with his answering service to set an appointment. Dr. Fouss feels like he's not charging alot "in comparison to what lawyers charge." as he mentioned several times, implying that he feels he should be making what Lawyer's make and that is his primary focus- making as much money as possible (gouging his patients) saving as much of that money as possible (not taking insurance and using a 24 hour answering service.) Psychiatrists are nuts. Go to your regular doctor and save money and aggravation. 2	4	2	3

46	1	PA's and staff: So so; Dr. Feldman: 100% fantastic! She is knowledgeable in so many areas, does not order unnecessary tests or prescribe unnecessary drugs, and is completely supportive of preventative care. I cannot say enough good stuff about her. I've been a patient for almost 10 years and though I am now in a position insurance-wise that is costs me a premium to "select my own doctor", I will do that for as long as I can afford to. 46	-1	**This reflects only experience with front desk staff, not the physician.** I've been trying to get an appointment for weeks now. I've waited on hold, been hung-up on, and have even been spoken to in a condescending manner. I was referred to doctor Laura Feldman by my long-time OBGYN and would rather go to someone who's reputable which is why I"ve endured so far. However, I'm having a really hard time getting any help. Each time I actually speak to someone, I feel like she isn't too interested in helping me, even though I've made Dr. Feldman my primary care physician. I plan to show up in person to see if I'm treated the same to schedule an appointment (which I've been told is months out for new-patients). 46	1	I just want to reinforce all the positive comments here. Dr Feldman has a down-to-earth, caring attitude I have found rare in Colo Springs doctors. She listens, and listens more, then asks great questions and listens to your reply instead of just jumping to a prescription pad. She's very bright but not the least bit condescending as she takes the time to explain her thinking about your symptoms. She also has a great reputation so it takes a while to get into see her as a new patient - it's entirely worth the wait. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5

50	1	I have been a patient for over ten years and find Dr. Farag to be exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes there is a little wait but it is ALWAYS worth the time. He will work til he finds a solution to any problem...simply amazing!! And now I have started using his New Skin Laser Clinic services for Botox, skin fillers, and most recently, fractional CO2 laser, and I look like a new, younger person. A great experience. 50	1	I have gone to Dr. Farag for about 15 years. He is an amazingly caring doctor. He does have his moods, probably due to chronic back pain. He will make you wait for hours too. Even with these things, I will continue to see him, because he is well worth it. He is thorough and wants to get to the bottom of problems, emotionally and physically. The office is horrible about return calls for anything though. I have accepted that because of the wonderful health care provided. Good and bad, but the good outweighs the bad, by far. 50	-1	This doctor's office is full of caring people, yet they are extremely understaffed which means they cannot devote the time to you that you need. Good luck having them follow up with you or return your phone calls. They did not call me with my MRI results, leaving me in the lurch because I had no idea what was wrong with me. It took me having to call them several times until an assistant finally told me what the MRI results were. (It's not my fault they are understaffed. With the amount of business this doctor's office gets, they should hire enough employees to deal with customer demand.) They also told me they would call me "tomorrow morning" with a referral to a badly-needed physical therapist. That was a lie; two days later and no phone call. I left them a message telling them I need the referral, but they did not call me back. So this means now today is Saturday and I have to wait until Monday to be able to see a physical therapist. Avoid Farag's office! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	2	2	1	1

59	-1	I DO NOT recommend this dentist. The office staff are highly unprofessional. They quoted a price, in writing, that was supposed to be good for 6-12 months. One month later they raised the price by $450, however, the treatment plan did not change. I confirmed the original prices on the phone one week before my appointment. When I got to the office their excuse for not honoring the original price was that their lab fees had increased. They do not reply to emails. The secretary refused to give the doctor a message to return my call. This was $4500 that walked out Dr. Feghali's door today. 60	-1	We had our first ultrasound today and according to my LMP I should be almost 10 weeks. When Dr. Foust did my ultrasound he couldn't find the baby. He did not explain much of what was going on. I have Gilbert's Syndrome, and he didn't even know anything about that. All he told me was that I miscarried and need to wait for it to pass, or that the baby is much smaller than we would've expected and I'm going back in for an ultrasound in a week and 2 days. 3	3	1	1
60	-1	I STARTED BLEEDING IN MY 30TH WEEK. I CALLED DR FOUST. (HE WAS ON CALL FOR MY REGULAR DOCTOR-ONE OF HIS PARTNERS)HE ASKED VERY FEW QUESTIONS ON THE PHONE, TOLD ME TO GO HOME AND REST AND CALL OFFICE IN THE AM. (IT WAS A SUNDAY AFTERNOON). WHEN I WENT IN THE OFFICE THE NEXT MORNING, MY DOCTOR FOUND I HAD PLACENTAL ABRUPTION AND WAS CONTRACTING. i WAS SENT EMERGENTLY TO THE HOSPITAL AND LUCKILY I DIDN'T HAVE MY BABY PREMATURELY. I WAS VERY LUCKY. I HAVEN'T HAD ANOTHER PREGNANCY BUT I WILL NOT RETURN TO HIS OR HIS PARTNERS PRACTICE. 5	4	1	1

63	1	I highly recommend Dr. Folk. I had an abdominoplasty redo and implant redo. She did NOT do the first surgeries. She researched the options in for my belly which was a bit unusual and really took pride in her work. She is amazing and I am thrilled with my reconstructed figure. I don't remember any discomfort only support, empathy and continual improvement. A+++... 5	5	5	5
63	1	I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Folk a few years ago, and she is wonderful. She really made me feel confident that she would do a great job, and that she knew what she was doing. My nose came out great, and I am very happy with her. She is caring and knowledgable and trustworthy! 5	5	5	5

65	-1	The staff is just rude. Dr. Fineman didn't seem very interested in my issue. He seems to just be there to write prescriptions and move on to the next patient. I only saw him once, but have a relative who was under his care for some time and received very poor care, to say the least. He has no personality and is slothful. 72	-1	This doctor dumped me because I questioned why I would need to pay another co-pay for a quick follow-up for an unnecessary and costly MRI that she ordered. I'm sorry I don't show any signs of MS Dr. Fodor, that seems to surprise and disappoint you. Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente	1	3	1	2
72	-1	I went to see Dr. Fodor for migraines and after one MRI was told that I likely have MS. She dropped this news on me in a monotone and 0 sympathy for the potentially life changing news she delivered. I do not have MS, just complicated migraines. I saw her several other times. One of those times, she perscribed home oxygen for the headaches. She never mentioned though, that this costs over $350/month. She was rude about bringing my baby with me to appointments and callously told me I should stop breastfeeding if I wanted my headaches to stop. Wanted to give me all sorts of drugs, but never gave any answers about what/why I should take them. She was downright rude to me. I will NEVER trust this woman with my health again! Insurance:United Healthcare	1	3	1	1

72	-1	In 2003-My mother was diagnosed by Dr. Fodor as having MS-SHE did NOT and NEVER has had MS! She moved to STL 4 months ago, and her neurologist here did a spinal tap first thing! NO MS! Dr. Fodor put her on COPAXONE for 8 years based soley on and MRI! If you have been diagnosed by Dr. Fodor as having MS and you DID NOT have spinal tap to confirm your diagnosis, may I STRONGLY urge you to: 1. Get a spinal tap done (This can confirm or deny with about 90%!!! accuarcy your diagnosis) 2. Do not return to Dr. Fodor if this is YOU! Please get a thorough diagnosis! Anyone esle had this happen? Insurance:Medicare	1	2	3	1
72	-1	Didn't get as far as to see the doctor. Spoke to her incredibly rude staff. The kind of people you have answer your phones says a lot about what kind of person you are. Maybe Dr. Fodor should consider hiring a representative for her practice who isn't so obnoxious and rude. 1	1	1	1

72	1	I have been seeing Dr.Fodor for over 3 years. When I was refered to her I was told she was the best MS Dr. in the city, which she is! I will admit her bedside manner is not the greatest but do you want good bedside manner or a Dr. that knows what they are talking about?? My MS was not progressed, I see Dr.Fodor every 4 months and I am living a good life because of the care and guidance she gives me. I will agree with her staff being grumpy I wish she would bring Laurel back, she was great. (in this economy who is not grumpy) Insurance:CIGNA	3	4	4	5
72	-1	DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!! She is very rigid and uncaring.I do not recommend her to anyone. I tried to refill my Copaxone RX in Dec. 08, her staff told me she refused to do so because I hadn't been to see her in 14.5 months. I agreed to see her Jan. 6 and asked for the refill but she refused. This made my deductible start over again and now a RX that would have cost me $50 then is now $4000. Niether Dr. Fodor nor her staff care about helping a patient. I took the printed sheets from my insurance website showing how much I would have paid for Copaxone in Dec. and the $4000 I have to pay now because she refused to refill my RX and she very dispassionately told me 'that's my policy and you have to do what you have to do.' Today I got her 2/19 (the date of my visit) letter firing me as her patient. She ordered an MRI w & w/o contrast & blood work to check B-12 level. She did go over the MRI with me in her office but the blood work has never come up. BAD DOCTOR - DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR! Insurance:United Healthcare	1	1	1	1
72	1	Dr. Patricia Fodor was my first neurologist that acknowledged it was all in my head (pun intended) :). The only time she was late (very late) for an appt, she waived the fee. I'm a very inquisitive patient and always prepared with questions for appts ahead of time (I think everyone should take this responsibility of their health). I think this surprised and amused her, but in a great way. She always answered my questions in depth. I know some people that weren't wowed by her personality, but if the patient makes an effort, I know she'll reciprocate. I also feel she warmed after regular visits. All in all, I regret that I had to move north for work and find another doctor. Her staff was always welcoming and helpful (although the candy bowl is quite sinful). I recommend her to any patient that is yearning to be informed and has questions about conditions/health. Thanks!! Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	5	3	5	5
72	-1	Dr. Fodor told me that she would send me the results of my blood tests because she doesn't call people to discuss results since they usually forget what she says (implying her time is too valuable to have to repeat herself). I went the next day to have my blood drawn. 5 weeks later I still had not received the results, when I called, her staff seemed bothered, confused and didn't seem to even care, but agreed to send my results. There were no notes from the doctor (I don't think she ever looked at them). When I called to ask about them, i was told that if there were no notes everything was fine. I figured I would just speak with the doctor at my next appointment, but she cancelled it. I rescheduled for two weeks later and she cancelled that one too the morning of the appointment. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	2	4	1	2
72	0	After treating my husband's MS symptoms for more than five years, Dr. Fodor terminated him as a patient after we requested assistance from her staff with prescription authorization. Her staff is unbelievably unprofessional, uncooperative, and rude. The representatives at Provigil Helpline had nothing but difficulties with her staff who were either overworked and/or under educated - they couldn't be bothered with our requests to resubmit medical information. Patients with chronic disease processes deserve compassion, professionalism and kindness. Dr. Fodor offers none of these. She abandoned a patient without cause. I would never recommend her to anyone. Insurance:Blue Cross / Blue Shield	1	3	1	5
72	1	Dr. Fodor is like several other neurologists I have seen--none of them have fabulous communication style (bedside manner). However, Dr. Fodor used our appointment times well, responded constructively to my requests for pain relief and further information about my rather rare condition and was never dismissive or derogatory about my situation. She listened well and we developed a good rapport although she seems by nature rather reserved. Insurance:Kaiser-Permanente	5	4	4	5
72	0	I would not recommend Dr Fodor, she did not tell my why I had to have certain treatments, and when I questioned her she did not react well. Insurance:United Healthcare	3	3	2	3
72	1	On first visit Dr had no sense of humor or friendly bedside approach. However, on second visit, she addressed my concerns with care and humor. Do not judge on the first visit... Insurance:Tricare	5	5	4	5
72	1	I felt Dr. Fodor was extremely knowledgeable at least in my specific circumstance (MS) but she tended to treat MS patients, across the board, exactly the same. That cookie cutter approach didn't work well for me as I have a very atypical course of the disease. I agree, as I saw mentioned in another review, that her bedside manner could use improvement. For me she wasn't an ideal physician but I did appreciate that she at least knew what she was doing when I've met many neurologists who do not. 3	3	4
72	1	Dr. Fodor has been excellent Neuro for me. She has done (I believe) all that she can for me. She does not have a bedside manor but that is not important to me. What is important is that she is an ms specialist and I have benefited from her knowledge. Insurance:Medicare 5	4	5
72	-1	Dr. Fodor acted as if I was an taking her valuable time. I have MS and she failed to do tests required to confirm this and instead told me I had eplipsy. When I tried to explain my hands shaking and walking problems, she informed me I just should stop having the problem. Generally I would call her hateful and uncaring. Insurance:Tricare 1	1	1
72	-1	Doctor gave poor quality care. Cancelled multiple appts. Tests had to be rerun because it took her so long to reply to questions about tests. After the third last minute cancelled appt, I asked for my test results. She had obviously not read them in the eight weeks I had waited. Then sent me a letter firing me from her practice because I had an attitude. 2	1	1

The new Dr put me in another temporary cast monitored me closely and we did end up doing surgery 1	2	1	3
73	1	Dr. Fitzgerald is outstanding. Caring, compassionate, and listens to what you have to say. I had ACL reconstruction after a skiing incident and he let me know up front what to expect throughtout this long process. He followed me for almost a year after surgery. I was a little inpatient at times and he had to tell me a few times that the healing process takes time. I wanted to get back to my active life and he reassured me that would happen. I would recommend Dr. Fitzgerald to anyone dealing with orthopedic issues. His staff is always pleasant and ready to help and assist in any way they can. His assistant Carla is wonderful. 74	0	This doctor lacked the knowlsdge to make prudent decisions during surgery and weigh the life-long consequences of his surgical actions. I am now permenently impaired and my quality of life has been compromised. My condition is irreversable and managing my symptoms are the only option. I entered surgery in perfect health and now suffer from a rare disorder. I believe his intentions were good but he needed more training in this type of procedure. 74	1	Excellent surgeon & person! Dr Fox did my port for chemo to treat very aggressive ovarian cancer 3 wks after big gyn-oncology surgery. I'm only 42 & watched my mom go thru horrible chemo. I was totally freaked as this made cancer & chemo very real. As I dropped off insurance stuff, no appt. "Hi, I'm Rich Fox, let me talk to you and show you what I'm going to do." Very reasuring! Going into surgery, he teased me in a polite, warm way about my new 'short do' as I just had haircut in prep for chemo. I was a tough port placement, but he got it and explained things post op. When my port failed (not his fault),same thing--no appt, but he wanted to see me, reasure, tried other options, never charged me. Clinically very sound, professional,& thorough with exams. High praise from my gyn-onc re: bowel resect he did on another patient of hers. His MA is wonderful--great rapport with her. His warmth, humor, made a very tough time much easier. In it b/c he loves people and loves what he's doing. Insurance:United Healthcare	5	5	5	5
74	1	We all know- most surgeons are complete jerks with a massive God-complex. Dr. Fox is a complete exception to that general understanding. He is perhaps the BEST Doctor I have ever had. He is, without question, the most compassionate, caring, and understanding surgeon I have ever had. I have Stage 4 cancer, and by admission, I am an extremely difficult patient. He took his time with me and explained why these surgeries were necessary. Even when I started to give him a very hard time about the procedure- he carefully guided me towards the correct decision. (I had an APR- removal of my rectum and a colostomy). He was also very willing to work with me in financial matters. Please- if you are looking for an extremely competent, caring, compassionate surgeon- use his services. He is AMAZING. He not only saved my life, but also my QUALITY of life. Dr. Fox, quite simply, rules. 5	5	5	5
75	-1	I am a health care provider and former patient. He is a terrible doctor. He was only interested in surgery ($$$) which turned out to be unnecessary. He did not follow up after my surgery. I had to call the nurse that evening to find out what he had found because none of his nurses stayed after my surgery to let me know what they had found. Then, they were irritated when I called. (Apparently, they told me the results as I was waking up from anesthesia.) He also placed me on pain meds for 3 weeks prior to my surgery and then cut me off 24 hours post op. He has horrible bedside manner. I would advise patients to avoid him!! Insurance:Anthem	1	2	1	1
75	-1	Dr Foley put me on a medication that I HAVE to take everyday and then REFUSED to refill that medication because I had missed my annual exam. I offered to make an appt for the annual and he STILL would not refill my medication. Very poor service, uncaring attitude and not willing to work with patients on daily medications. I will never go back and requested my records. 1	3	1	3
75	-1	Dr Foley was abrupt and extremely rude. He didn't listen and cut me off before I could finish any sentence. His office staff also had an attitude as others have said. I could not believe the amount of disrespect and disregard they have for their patients. I will never return and think I deserve a refund. After all, I'm the customer and the service stunk! 1	1	1	1
75	0	I guess I am not the only one put off by this dr's staff. The doctor is super nice and a good listener. However, most of my visits have been with his assistant Kathy. She puts me off as well. It's her demeanor and attitude. She doesn't really listen to your complaints and she cuts you off. I also did not return because of her the front desk staff. The front desk is abrupt and not friendly. If you wait in front of them, they will finish a personal conversation before even acknowledging you. Not professional at all. Now they have one less patient to deal with. Insurance:Pacificare	1	1	1	4
75	-1	My last appt at the Dr's office was supposed to be with Kathy. I waited 45 minutes and no one called me in. When I asked the front desk what the problem was they said that Kathy had to leave early and they were trying to "squeeze" me in to see someone else. I wasn't worth a call either before wasting my time. I left and NOW I am getting a bill for the visit I never had. NICE!!! I also agree with the previous posters about Kathy. She really puts patients off with her demeanor and attitude. The front desk is also very "attitudish". That's why I'm no longer a patient. Too bad because I LOVED dr Foley. His staff is really doing him a disservice. Insurance:United Healthcare	1	2	2	2
75	0	I also agree with the above statement of Kathy. Dr. Foley was great and supportive in the beginning. However after a couple visits he seemed to be a little forgetful and not as concerned about my health issues. He is a nice man though. The bulk of the staff is nice too. Insurance:United Healthcare	4	4	3	3
75	1	Dr Foley is very nice, personable and professional. I don't much care for his nurse, Kathy. She is pushy and is also his nutritionist. Supportive, encouraging, doesn't blow off medication side effects as being "no big deal" if they're a problem to me. Doesn't treat me like I'm crazy. 95	-1	Dr Feliz was late for both surgeries he performed on me. If my appointment was scheduled for 10 a.m. I was lucky to be seen by noon. Most of the time I had to see his Nurse Practioner. Neither he or his NP listen to what I'm telling them about pain. 96	-1	Dr Fernandez is the most uncaring and unprofessional Doctor that I have came across. I had scheduled a complete physical a month in advance because that was the soonest he could see me. One week before the physical, he cancels the physical after I put in for leave at my work to make the physical appointment. Once I put in for leave, I cannot cancel the leave. He would not even take the time to return my 24 calls to his office. All Dr Fernandez cares about is his vacation time. Even if he has scheduled appointments and decides to take a vacation than he does not care about the patients he has already made appointments with. His office staff has no care and or compassion for the patients and their needs. Dr. Fernandez and the Foot Hills Family Medicine staff are very incompetent even when it comes to scheduling appointments and communicating with the patient. The bottom line is they just do not care about their service to their patients. I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Frenandez Insurance:Anthem	1	1	1	1
97	-1	Dr. John Feeley of Arbor Dental Group is lacking empathy for any physical and mental pain or concern. He was rude, arrogant and diligently insulting. He is what is known on the streets as a "Hack". Someone who slipped through the cracks. He would not cooperate or help answer questions. When i informed him of my condition he said he was not to blame so he could not offer any medication in any shape or form. This included the complete denial of basic antibiotics. What he failed to realize is that his overly aggressive method caused severe irritation to my condition, which any professional would have immediately acknowledged. As he concluded this operation i was ushered away quickly so as other patients could not see his poor work. I was offered no after care instruction verbally or on paper. I would NOT recommend Dr. John Feeley. Insurance:Delta Dental	2	1	1	1
97	0	I don't really like the arbor dental group. I originally went there b/c you can do everything in their office--it's big and extensive. But they are expensive as they don't do the PPO network. Every time I went in there I paid $300-400 for practically nothing. You have to have attend a "consultation" first and then make a 2nd appt. That just irritates me b/c more days off work. Then they took x-rays twice within 3 months, which I didn't realize my insurance wouldn't pay for the second set until I got the bill ($400). When I had 3 cavities filled, the dentist (Dr. Feeley) didn't even do it. A tech who was still in school did everything and Feeley just walked in every 30 mins to check in. Dr. Feeley was angry and critical that I wanted the white filling instead of the silver mercury. He was upset that the tech was taking too long and kept trying to rush him(he was obviously still in training and was trying to be thorough, but that doesn't make me feel any better about the quality) Insurance:Pacificare	4	4	3	3

98	1	She is not a he. Why do these questions assume a male? Also, she is not a pediatrician, she is a psychologist. She is good at putting things into the perspective of the person she is talking to. She does not commit to much she lets you make your own decisions, but tries to give you things to think about that will guide you. 5	5	4
99	-1	I saw Dr. Ferguson for a prostate issue. He suggested the Green Light, photo ablative procedure in June, 2010. The surgery was done 12 Aug and immediately afterwards I had difficulty urinating. On 3 separate occasions, I requested appointments with him and each time arrived to be asked for a urine specimen and given a bladder scan but was not able to see the doctor. I asked if I could see one of the other urologists in the practice but was told no, that HE was my doctor. Finally, in Oct after 2 months of continuing problems, I had a series of events where I could not urinate, the 1st, in Virginia. I called and insisted upon a visit with him but back in CO, was told that I was scheduled for a urine specimen and a bladder scan AGAIN! Then, I had 3 ER visits within 36 hrs. because of an inability to urinate. The 2nd visit involved Dr. Ferguson as an on call Dr. and he was able to get a catheter started. More than 1 yr. later, I still have my original complaints only they are now worse. Insurance:Coventry	3	3	1	3
100	1	When regular PCP wouldn't listen to my concerns, Dr. Ferrer listened and made appropriate immediate referrals. 4	5	5	5
100	-1	This doctor's office says they accept Aetna, but they tricked my wife into signing a form claiming that we would pay any amount not covered by insurance despite what we agreed over the phone. Then they insist on cash and overcharge, so when Aetna doesn't reimburse the claim, they can keep all of the money despite what Aetna says they are supposed to charge. I am still working with Aetna to get my money back and am considering small claims court if necessary against the doctor. The doctor's staff is also very rude and unhelpful, and the doctor does not seem very knowledgeable. Insurance:Aetna	1	1	1	1
