Glen Strickland is correct that all should chill out about
difficulties--and I would add, handle them as privately as possible.

I know from directing tournaments (with a little help from friends) that it
is not an easy process, and especially appreciate the efforts of
professionals like Drs. Crenshaw and Thompason to serve the greatest good
for the greatest number in hosting fine tournaments such as Tuscaloosa.
