As I understand it, the ballot will have a primary question on top asking
"would you like to continue the fall '95 Mexico topic in the spring of '96?"
and if 51% or more of the CEDA schools vote 'yes' we shall continue our
current topic, otherwise we will do something in the comm info problem area.
my question is this: if 51% or more vote to continue the Mexico topic, will
the comm info problem area be bumped to fall of '96 or will we start the
topic selection process ALL over again from the beginning... ?
