	(1) To make a claim at all is to claim that the claim is true and
correct and that any claims incompatible with it are false.
	(2) This includes the claim made in (1).
	(3) And the one in (2).
	(4) Etc.

	That doesn't sound right.  Being outside the rez is necessary but 
not sufficient for being neg ground.  Neg ground is the alternatives that
compete with the rez (or, if you prefer, plan).  That still leaves lots of
ground that is neither exclusively aff (resolutional) nor exclusively
neg (competes with the rez or plan).  Some people think this ground can
be claimed by neither team.  I think it can be claimed by either or both,
as they choose.  (Affs: you can put as much extra-topical stuff in the
plan as you like as long as you also take resolutional action.  Negs: you 
can put as much extra-competitive stuff in the plan as you like as long
as you also include competitive action.  Just remember that your opponents
can also do that extra- part.)
