FSU RG:  Case gives micro-loans to women in Mexico.  Advantage is empowerment.
Actor is State Department.  Current economic assistance (small development
programs and SAP's) are causing harms.

Capital JF: Case does something which causes Mexico to stop deforesting the
Sierra Madre.  Advantage 1 is defo kills species, moral imperative to save
species.  Advantage 2 is defo kills culture, moral imperative to preserve
culture.

Southeast Louisiana ST: Strawberry fields being sprayed with pesticides. 
Pesticides are bad, violate human rights.

MTSU MS: Tuna.

Miami HF: Alvarez Machain.  Claims international modelling out of 1AC.  Law
Critique answers are law=rights, rights good and CLS bad.  Judicial Activism
responses are non-unique, court activist now and rights good.

Miami WP: Bailout.

Western Kentucky: Do SETI in Mexico.

I forget who: Public Backlash DA, "us versus them" mindset when we blame mexico
for problems/point out problems with mexico.  93 evidence.

Not a whole lot of terribly interesting stuff.
