There is no level playing field. Never has been never will be. Now HOW DO 
WE MAKE OUR ACTIVITY AS FAIR AND DECENT AS WE CAN GIVEN THIS?????

Absolutely correct, Professor Hunt.  There never will be a level playing 
field.  I guess we should just give up and continue to let the competitive edge 
drive the field?  Obviously, you wouldn't agree, given the nature of your 
concluding statement.  I agree that we need to discuss this metaissue.  Can you 
offer any suggestions other than divisions?
