I think that Tom Murphy (formerly of UNLV, SUU, and Miami-Ohio) suggested
this concept a few years ago. I don't think that boat sailed too far....
(If it wasn't Tom, sorry.....I'm pretty sure someone tried to lobby for
this a while ago)
