Re: Debate tournament software

I indicated in a ppost and in the most recent CEDA mailing that a new 
version of the SMART Tournament Administrator would be available in mid 
to late September.  Unfortunately, my programming and testing schedule 
has not proceeded as rapidly as I had hoped (sounds like Microsoft?!).  I 
am still 7-10 days away from shipping (I don't want to increase the bugs 
that anyone confronts).  Thanks for your patience.  If anyone NEEDS the 
software sooned, I will send 6.03 immediately and send the update later.

PS The good news is that the new version should be a good one.  I've 
simplified the user interface, added some power enhancements and 
streamlined options that noone ever uses.  Thanks particularly go to 
Terry Winebrenner for his ongoing advice (both personally and in review).
