Re: spring topic

For my money, either the transportation topic or the military topic are 
clearly the way to go. The military topic offers lots of debatable ground 
(forward deployment, no-first use, budget issues, etc.) and isn't 
completely boring. The transportation topic also covers quite a bit of 
good territory (more than people probably think) like the environment, 
energy security, budget issues, as well as a host of other important 
domestic and foreign policy concerns. In short there appear to me to be 2 
good topics. The internet topic, regardless of what Mr. Chud says, will 
not be a good topic.
