First who decided the panel for this conference. Did NDT people decide or
ceda or etc..... From reading this i take it ceda gains some
disadvantages. Well is that true. What is this all about anyway? Who
really gains. If ceda gains this item proposed should have been done
before. I think this panel should consider more than meets the eye. Why
not leave it as it is? I believe ceda is fine as it is. However i have a
open mind. Convince me, no convince ceda why whatever you are doing is good
for this great activity.
