A friend of mine from the East informs me that Cornell folks have been trying
to convince people not to attend the Pflaum tournament but rather to attend
the San Diego State Tournament....surely, our Cornell friends realize that
The Emporia Pflaum Tournament and the San Diego State Tournament are not on
the same weekend...I obliged Greg Miller's request and moved to the weekend
of the 21st to 23rd......and the response from programs around the country
has been excellent....The Pflaum entry should be one of the nation's
strongest.....BTW, does Cornell ever travel out of the East during
the Fall semester...:)
