I understand Tim's concerns about disclosure.  However, I guess
that I see a difference between diclosing WHAT is being run versus
HOW something is being run.  A simple disclosure list over the
net explaining what cases exist does not necessarily explain the
"tricks" of a particular version of the case.  I agree that a
detiled disclosure before a round can minimize strategic advantage,
but I fail to see how a public domain disclosure list would
have the same effect.
