Re: CEDA-L digest 730State Governing bodies for High School Debate

ATTENTION!

I am trying to compile a listing of the governing bodies for high school
debating in each state.  I would appreciate it if everyone could help out by
sending me the name, address and phone number of the appropriate contact for
whatever sort of coaches association, teachers assocaition, state board,
etc. which you may know as having some jurisdiction over debate.  Help me
out with both your home states as well as any others you may be familar
with.  I know that some states like Wisconsin may even havre more than one
assocation.  (Wisconsin has both a Wisconsin Debate Coaches Association as
well as the Wisconsin High School Forensics Association which sponsor State
Tournaments.)  As well, let me know how much dues are and share with me any
other information or thoughts you have regarding any particular association.
