Re: what does "federal" mean?



It seems to me that your topicality concerns would be easily addressed by 
whether or not "Federal Government" is capitalized or not.  If the words 
are capitalized then perhaps you should consider writing a case germane 
to the United States (or at the very least write some answers to that 
argument, because I know that is what we would run against you :) )
