bear and kritiks....
Bear,
if you aren't in disagreement with my opposition to pre-resolutional
language critiques, then why are you posting against me at all. I think the
post you are looking for in reference to post-resolutional kritiks and their
theoretical ligitamacy was covered by Kelly Young in his "rollin down the
critique highway..." post. i guess there has been a lot of confusion in terms
of the way kelly and i chose to divide our ground. The reason why there have
been no theoretical opposition to kritiks comming from me is that kelly and i
decided that he would deal with the post-resolutional kritik theory and i would
deal with pre-resolutional language kritik "application." i think that you are
agreeing with me in terms of what i'm arguing in this area. i guess i just
don't understand why you bothered to respond to my original post at all.
especially since we seem to agree that the application of pre-resolutional
language kritiks have no theoretical ligitamacy. my post was not designed for
the in-depth theory discussion at a high level; it was designed to seek some
sort of theoretical justification for the application of these pre-resolutional
type kritiks.
i think that if you want to respond to my disagreements with the kritik
theory you're advocating then i would welcome some constructive discource (i
think we can both agree there is nothing constructive in the current discource.)
as i said before my theoretical opposition is in the post "rollin down the
critique highway.." and i welcome your responce.
