kicking out

Question: do you think a 1NR can kick out of arguements made in the 2NC?  I
mean 1AR can kick out of 2AC arguements and 1NR can extend 2NC arguements, so
can a 1NR kick out of an arguement made in the 2NC just like you'd scratch a
card you wish you hadn't read.  There are supporters for both positions here at
UMKC.  I tend to think you can't because if you allowed such a kick out it
would prohibit the 2AC from getting clarification on possible double turns,
etc. for fear the other team would catch on to the inconsistency and kick it.
