Todd,
	Dude, I agree with Max that cp are rather effective and powerful
tools in debate and yet I still see where you are coming from.  How do I run
a cp on a res-o-fact res.  Adam and I(Alex) have been talking about it and
hopefully I will have a good answer for you soon.  One word of caution. 
Even if it might be hard to see where the ground for cp exists the
discussion of their relevancey is very important considering we wll be
hearing them at nationals for sure.  Chudd man and Maxwell, what are your thoughts on
establishing cp ground on the res o fact debate.
