Topic Wording Papers Welcomed by this Topic Comm. Member

Last year I had suggested, but we didn't have time to do it, that people look
at the winning topic area and then compose a topic, write a short paper
defending it, and then hand it on to the committee and the general public.

I want to repeat that request now, I hope Carrie as chair of the Topic
Committee won't mind.

Write a topic that you would want to debate, write a short paper defending
it, and then post it. I will try and gather them and post them at the CEDA
web site.

I know that as a Topic Committee member I would greatly appreciate that. AND
I think it would lead to greater input from the community.
