non-Southeast Asian resolutions



just for clarity these were the previous topics that supposedly include
nations in southeast asia but none of the listed countries/nations
(whatever) seem to overlap the topic paper's countries/nations.

1990-1991     That the United States should substantially change its
trade policy toward one or more of the following nations:  China,
Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan.

1992-1993     That the United States should substantially change its
development assistance toward one or more of the following:
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Burma, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, or
Pakistan.
