Carrie's vote in the topic ranking

Dear Community,

I expect that Greg's Executive Secretary's post will appear soon with 
the ballot so I thought I would go ahead and share my _individual_ 
vote (NOT the final overall committee vote) with you all if you are 
interested.  

Personally, I thought all the topic papers were excellent and I 
appreciate the time and effort that the authors took in putting them 
together.  I would like to echo my thanks to them in my earlier 
post.  I already mentioned the critera I thought was relevant in my 
earlier post.  As a committee, we truly had excellent options.

This is my _individual_ rank vote as a single member of the 
committee/NOT the final committee result:

1. Civil Rights
2. Southeast Asia
3. Treaties
4. Campaign Finance Reform
5. Domestic Terrorism
6. Russia
7. Space

I hope your semesters are wrapping up well.  I look 
forward to your suggestions for resolutional wordings when the topic 
area is chosen.
