Re--Will and the Vision Statement

I didn't respond to the Vision Statement because I read it and it sounded
good to me and I went back to work on other stuff. I've reread it again and I
still like it. My only concern with it is how we achieve these objectives. I
think Pam has done a great job setting up committees to address a number
of these objectives and I am hopeful that we will set up real, working
programs to achieve these objectives. Objectives without ways to achieve
them are not worthing have.
