UPDATE ME, PLEASE!

This is a preliminary list. It only lists dates. Based on this, if you want
to change your dates (I did so for our tournament), let me know. If you
have a tournament and it is not listed, please let me know.

LATER I will put out a list with info like divisions and # of prelims.

None of these are marked as "CEDA" or "NDT," but just as "Team Topic Debate."
