High School Brochure for CEDA

"What is the status of the descriptive brochure on CEDA for new programs 
and mainly for high schools?"

The CEDA outreach project I am working on nears completion this summer with
the production of a high quality brochure about CEDA. Target is for Fall
distribution along with publicity about outreach project.

I know I was given $500 to spend, but I do not want to spend ANY money
without discussion and approval.

My current plan:

Timeline: Approval of plan at July meeting, printed in late July, available
in August, then piggyback on national high school mailing I have going in
late August-Early September about Debate Central.

Costs: Photos & prep >$100, printing put out to bid (color or B&W) for # we
decide, distribution via national HS mailing at no charge, then made
available to our members at cost, just give some away when we want to!

Text has been approved, but I will use updated #s, and I am still working on
photos. I should have a pretty final proof at July meeting.

I am sending this to CEDA-L as well.

To be honest, all things are on hold until June 10 publication date of our HS
handbook on China.
