Pflaum dates

Several of you have expressed concern that the Pflaum tournament and San
Diego State's tournament are both on the weekend of October 14 to 16.  I'm in
the same situation in that I had planned to attend the San Diego tourney this
year.  Greg and I had visited at nationals about arranging the schedule so
that we would not conflict this year.  He made every effort to switch to the
weekend of Oct. 21 to 23 and was unable to.  I have spoken to our Conference
and Scheduling Office at ESU about the possibilities of the Pflaum switching
(for one year only) to the weekend of October 21 to 23. Our only major
conflict so far appears to be with homecoming (but that's happened the last
couple of years).  Please send me feedback and let me know your
preferences....I don't think we would be conflicting with other Mid America
tournaments.  The Director of our Conference Scheduling is supposed to check
and call me Thursday...What should I do if the university would allow the
switch???
