The more I read about why we need to encourage the NEDA and other groups
not to split off from CEDA the more I think we should merge with NDT.
Are there any reasons why we should encourage the NEDA people not to
leave CEDA that wouldn't also be reasons why CEDA should try to reconcile
with NDT.
