Terry's Stance on Eligibility

I just want to say I support Terry's stance on eligibility. I do believe that
students should be both enrolled and in good standing. Not just for CEDA
Nats, but for all tournaments. I believe that I've been pretty consistent on
the importance of these standards.

I have not heard of anyone attending CEDA Nats who is illegal. I've heard
nothing of forged stamps. 

I have, however, heard plenty about teams that debated all year long and
won't be at CEDA Nats because of their inability to be certified. From the
debaters themselves, not just from the DoF's denials.

Maybe we do need a standing ethics committee. Not just for CEDA Nats, but for
all tournaments during the year...
