A recent trend in South Florida High school debate has moved away from 
policy and has started a rather strong movement into Limited Current 
Issues Debate.  From my understanding of it, the debate is structured 
like Policy, (different time limits, but two persons, a *limited* policy 
implication discussion occurs, has stock issues, etc..), but I'm not very 
familiar with the activity.  Unfortunatley, neither are many other people 
in the activity in So Fla... Anyone heard of this activity in other 
regions, or have sources that we can find to read up on this type of debate?
