I am a college librarian trying to help some high school debaters. They
believe that another team is fabricating evidence. I have searched Lexis,
OCLC, WWW, and Ulrich's and I cannot find the publication. Any ideas about
how to advance a fabrication argument in a round? I know what to do about
falsification, but how do you prove something made up does not exist?

Keep in mind that this is not like college where you can say send me the
cites and people are cooperative. That level of cooperation has not reached
in this area.
