The Lynchburg weather today is sunny and 68.  The golf course is greening
up fast and will be ready for the first NDT Open.  We already have about
twenty signed up to play.  If you have not signed up, please notify me
immediately so I can reserve your tee time.  $23.00 includes greens fees,
cart, and lunch (and don't forget prizes for all--sponsored by Pepsi-Cola).
We will run vans from the hotel to the golf course at 8:30 am on
Wednesday.  Meet in the lobby.

On a more serious note, the hotel does not have reservations for the
following schools that have qualfied for the NDT:

Gonzaga
Miami of Ohio
John Carroll University

Perhaps you have them for the wrong time or under another name.  You should
call the Holiday Inn immediately and reserve your rooms.

If you plan on dropping or adding rooms please do this immediately.  The
block has officially expired so the hotel will begin selling the remianing
rooms.
