Case List for CEDA Nats 1997

I am willing to be persuaded to put this list together this year like last
with a few changes:

I would prefer to ask for the info voluntarily from any electronically
conneceted members attending CEDA nationals.  I would prefer that all of the
information include 1) full plan text (with the caveat that it could change
round by round) and 2) The solvency author, publication, and date.

I would prefer that it be complete ASAP.  Last year was a nightmare of
attempting to serve the community and my team and get ready for the topic
meeting.

Obviously, nobody should disclose a case that will be new at nationals.

If people would rather I do not attempt this massive undertaking I am as
willing to be persuaded against it.  I do, however, believe that such a list
helps increase the quality and chances for those not financially able to
travel the entire nation.   I am all for equality of opportunity at nationals.

Because this would be a large undertaking, I would certainly prefer that all
messages by e-mailed to me rather than the "L".  I will have a hard time not
skipping peoples messages since I get the L in digest form and frequently
cannot read every single message.

Please tell me what you think and if you support the idea.  If you have
opposition to your inclusion I will only include information that is accessible
on current data-bases such as Debate Central and tournaments that I have cases
for.  If you are absolutely opposed to inclusion....I will not include you
although I disagree with your choice.

I hope everyone is getting excited for what will be an exciting CEDA nationals
in Wichita.  Thanks to Jeff for all the great preperation work (although I am
certain that it is his fault that I am still John Hoe in the Heart book).
