this is the information i have recieved so far about the DSR tourney next 
weekend in Flagstaff, AZ.  various people noted that they might be 
running a new case.

if you are attending and not on the list, please backchannel me.

if you want more info about a case, backchannel me and i can get you the 
address of the person i have correspended with.

Air Force Academy

    Briscoe and McMullen (O): Same old warming case
    Baumgartner and Sullivan (JV):  I think they are planning on running
    their prolif case.

    Also, both teams may be breaking a new case and it is our team policy
    not to disclose it until after the first round it is run.


University of Alabama

    LS: Alternatives to the military's incineration of chemical 
    weapons.

    HP: MOX and Tampons

    LO: Tradeable permits and Eco-Racism

    BV: Eco-Racism and Tradeable permits


Arizona State University

    LS: ban MOX reprocessing of nuke waste (or one below or new case)
    KR: ban the govts claim to sovreign immunity from enviro regs like CAA
        ban methyl bromide
    KV: agroforestry to regulate selenium runoff into crops

        ban the production of tritium
